I went there quite a few years ago. Jay was awesome. Everyone else is, too. They accept newcomers very nicely, and out-of-state yogis like me. They are very down to earth. I was going through manic and paranoid mental health challenges at that point in my life, and Jay was so accepting of me, and treated me equally despite my awkwardness. Even when other people didn't find me "acceptable" or easy to understand and get along with, Jay absolutely did. Jay is amazing at developing strength and discipline in both mind and body. The other leaders are awesome, but I really resonated with Jay's firey tenacious real spirit, his compassionate heart, and how he tried his best to facilitate harmony. The environment is comfortable, like a tree house! They have good merch. They are very knowledgeable and motivational. Thanks, BT. -nick

Frankieβs meditation class was fantastic. His 1 hour in person class was more helpful to me than any of the online classes I have tried. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and a great teacher. I very much appreciated his approach of doing/experiencing different types of meditation for the first part of class and having a planned discussion/check in at the end. I will definitely sign up again so to help better my practice. Would definitely recommend.

I first walked into Banyan Tree Yoga when the world was opening up during the Covid pandemic. This studio became my salvation. Warm, nurturing, and accessible. This is truly a yoga studio for every body.

3.5 years ago I joined a friend for a yoga class and didnβt realize then the ever lasting impact this practice would have on my mental well-being. Banyan Tree has become my second home and a place where I feel emotionally supported, connected and an overall sense of calmness when stepping onto my mat. I have had the pleasure of creating bonds that will hopefully last a lifetime not only with the teachers, but with the students and community of this wonderful studio. I am forever thankful for stumbling upon Banyan Tree and the community that comes along with it.

About 3 years ago, I arrived at the mat in Banyan Tree yoga studio. I had practiced yoga off and on for about 20 years, but had never been a member of a yoga studio. This happened to be a time period in my life of losses of a family member and a marriage. My heart was broken and I was significant emotional pain. Banyan tree yoga studio, its instructors, and members literally saved me. The minute I walked into the building, I could feel myself relaxing. The studio has become an oasis, a safe place for me to be my true self. I have felt unconditional love from the instructors, especially Arianna and Leah. I have developed life long friendships. I believe that all women need a safe place to slow down, let go, release emotions, center oneself in a spiritual environment. Banyan tree yoga quite literally carried me over the past 3 years while I transitioned to a new life. I am forever grateful! ππ

When I first started going to the studio, it was in a time of mental and emotional turmoil in my life. BTY, the community and the practice brought me back to a place of sanity and stability. The teachers all bring their own unique style to the practice, and I always feel better after stepping off my mat back into the world. Thanks BTY for all the support and good vibes over the years! β€οΈ βοΈ

Iβve had the pleasure of taking a few classes with different instructors - love that I can still practice in the comfort of my own home and stream in. Need to make it over in person again soon :)

Great studio, fantastic instructors! They always help you feel where your body is today, and remind you its yoga practice, not yoga perfection.

Always feel amazing when I finish a class. It feels like a full cardio workout without all the bouncing around.

My boyfriend and I recently took a private yoga session with Leah and it was beyond phenomenal!! We are both newbies. He had never taken yoga and I had taken yoga several times many years ago. We had both been struggling emotionally and physically and were looking for a new outlet to help us reconnect and this was just what we needed. This helped jumpstart a "new beginning" for us. Leah was patient, prepared, and kind. She made us both feel comfortable with something we were unfamiliar with and a little unsure of. In the end with both had a fantastic time and talk about taking another session together soon. I highly recommend Leah for your personal session needs!!

I signed up for Banyan Tree's emBODY LOVE yoga workshop this past February, it was my first time attending a class at the studio. The classes in the workshop and the expertise of the instructor, Leah, were wonderful. Leah made all participants (in-class and virtual) feel extremely included, comfortable and safe. The flow and vibe of the class was great. I would definitely sign up for another class or workshop at Banyan Tree yoga again! I would highly recommend any of Leah's yoga classes for a beginner or frequently practicing yogi. I have been practicing yoga for the past 8 years on and off and I felt the class taught me a lot about my practice and myself in general. Banyan Tree is a great studio in the greater Nashua area!!

Great studio for all levels of practice; what I like most is that the instructors will offer several variations of a pose, to ensure everyone in the class finds their own comfort level... I always leave a class feeling renewed and refreshed.

This is a wonderful studio with a variety of styles practiced and instructors as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class that I have taken. Extra workshops every month and great pricing with memberships. I started last fall with BTY to start my journey to a better, healthier, more active life. Without the guidance and encouragement of this studio I would not have found the way to loosing 20 lbs for my wedding and fitting into a smaller dress! Highly recommended!

Banyan Tree Yoga is amazing and highly recommended! I did the prenatal class starting at 19 weeks pregnant through week 39 and I truly believe that the prenatal class is a major reason I was able to fulfill my goal of going all natural without any pain medication for the birth of my baby. Not only did the physical preparation help, but the mental preparation more than anything with the positive birth affirmations and the other birth stories shared in class gave me the mental strength to know that I too could deliver all without pain medication. Thank you Brandy and Banyan Tree! I will certainly be coming back once Iβm through my postpartum recovery!

Excellent instructors who are very patient in teaching and making sure we learn it the right way! Instructions focus on the important of maintaining a peaceful and healthy living! The poses are both rigorous and relaxing! All instructors come out with new poses in every class. I would definitely recommend this place for someone interested in Yoga. They also have an introductory program to start off!

This is probably one of the only "traditional" yoga studios in the area. When I say "traditional", I mean it as it focus on mind, body, and soul. The atmosphere is very relax and the staff are extremely kind. They offer a wide variety of classes for everyBODY, thus there's no issues finding a class that fits you best. This place also offers a ton of workshops so if you ever wanted to deepen your yoga practice, being a member of this studio will help. The only con would be the location. The road to this studio is pretty bad and is hard to find on your first visit.

I have been to other yoga studios in Nashua. Banyan Tree Yoga is by far the best, and the place where i found a wonderful yoga community and classes to suit everybody! They offer such a wide variety I really believe there is something here for everyone. I found different types of yoga here and now I love a wide variety of their classes. Some classes are hard, some make you sweat, some are fun, some are quiet, some are gentle, they also offer yin and restorative classes that you will absolutely fall in love with! I get so much out of my yoga practice and I'm so glad I found Banyan Tree Yoga!

I was nuts about yoga when I lived in Boston, but let going to actual classes fall by the wayside when I moved up to Nashua. After trying out the various studios around the area, I can say that Banyan Tree Yoga is easily the best, most comprehensive yoga studio in the Nashua area. I've been to Brandi's Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, Jess's Yin Yoga and Jackie's Zumba class and they've all been consistently excellent. What I love best is that they keep yoga relatable while still helping you keep that proper yogi mindset (I've had too many yoga instructors in my life fall into the categories of either "Too focused on the mystical side that it makes it bewildering for the us Western folk" or "Manic Pilates Instructor Disguising Herself as Yoga Instructor"). Very much recommended!

I HAVE A NEW LOVE....for YOGA :D This studio is amazing! Brandy is in tune with her students needs and abilities and adjusts accordingly. Most importantly, she is a genuine sweetheart! I am new to the studio so I have only taken classes from Brandy but I met the other instructors and they were all so welcoming and positive. All around great studio to find balance in your life! ~Rose Lancaster
