Brie is amazing!! I am comfortable with Brie which is so important to me as this is the first time I’ve worked with a trainer. She encourages me to work hard and I love the workouts. Brie makes the workouts fun and challenging, while accommodating anything I have going on physically that week. She is so supportive which is so helpful to me. I am surprised at how much I look forward to working out now, and how great I feel afterwards. I am thankful to have found Brie and can’t recommend her enough!!

I really enjoy Brie and her workouts. I was very hesitant before starting personal training with her, but am so glad that I committed. Every session is different but always tailored to my needs. Brie was voted "best in NH" for a reason. Every lesson is personalized and fits into a cohesive plan. Brie is extremely personable and motivating. Every lesson is challenging, but you feel fantastic when you are done. The extra knowledge and emphasis on stretching and core strength I think sets Brie apart.

I spent over a month looking for a strength trainer to help me with my fitness goals. I am a cancer survivor and wanted to focus on health, not weight. While many trainers professed to not be weight focused, websites or social media accounts generally indicted otherwise (which is understandable - that’s a common reason to work with a trainer, so no judgement - it just wasn’t going to work for me and my new normal). I happened across a post from Brie on a local town page and looked at her website. I loved her messaging and loved her even more after meeting her in person! We have been working together for a little over 3 months and it has been the best experience. I was apprehensive about what my body could handle. Brie somehow manages to be the perfect combination of understanding and kind, while also gently nudging you to keep pushing. I feel so supported and actually look forward to working out. I will even get up early for a session, which is high praise indeed from this anti-morning person. I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with Brie!

I have frequented various gyms over the years but I have never experienced training like Brie gives. She is the owner as well as the sole trainer of her gym. She understands your skill level and tailors your workout so you get the most out of every session. Besides the workout itself you get the benefit of a life coach as she is in tune to your lifestyle and your eating habits and has many ideas on how to make adjustments for improving both. I cannot believe how much better I feel since working with Brie.

I had rotator cuff surgery and started working out with Brie after my recovery. I thought having her help me focus on rebuilding my muscles, stamina, and confidence would help get me back to my pre-surgery form. That was over a year ago. She has helped me surpass my goals. Brie is wonderful! She listens to your needs while listening to your body's needs. My daughter started joining our sessions when she was 14 yrs old (now 16) and has gained so much confidence and knowledge about her body and strength, mental and physical. My older daughter (19 yrs) is at college but joins our sessions when she is home. My husband and sons join me when I'm working out during the week using the circuit Brie gave me, and I can tell you, even my boys (21 yrs and 17 yrs) are learning how to improve their workouts. Brie is a household name loved by all!

Brie is the best personal trainer! She pushes me outside of my comfort zone on a regular basis and has never led me astray. I’m much stronger and more confident in my body’s abilities thanks to Brie’s workouts that are tailored to me and my goals. Nothing beats the feeling of being able to use heavier weights as I progress. Brie celebrates each success with me and keeps me interested in working out, moving my body and making healthy lifestyle changes. She makes the workouts fun and the time flies by.
