We created a fun, unique environment, for people of all ages and fitness abilities, to work on improving their health and fitness goals.
In addition, we offer a number of various classes, yoga and private training.

The gym is a decent gym for the average person. I had to remind myself folks up north are different when interacting with the owner. I find your shoe policy to be odd at best. He demands that you not wear shoes from outside into his gym. There is a ridiculous rack of shoes when you walk in to the left. Why the heck would I want to drag an extra pair of shoes into the gym when the shoes I have on are very clean? I get it in the winter but on a warm summer day with nothing to bring inside on your shoes it's just silly.
As a business ower I know that every person that owns a business is entitled to run it as they see fit but I also know my decisions will influence a person's decision to ever offer me repeat business. I am not going to be a jerk and give your business a hurtful rating because it isn't a bad gym. You shoe policy is just silly.

After losing a lot of weight, I realized I needed to commit to exercising to increase my overall health. Being a beginner in my 40s I knew I wanted to avoid the big gyms in the area and find a small local gym where I would be comfortable. CFC has been great. I've been comfortable there since my first session. It's the perfect size - it has everything I need without being overwhelming. The other members have been friendly. Dustin and Jason have been super helpful. The space is clean and the 24 hour access is awesome. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

I am a 54 yr. old male and haven’t exercised in years. I recently had hernia surgery and got cleared by my PCP to start physical therapy. I decided that I wanted a personal trainer.
I made an appointment at three places in the Concord area. I met with Dustin first, and after only a 20 min. conversation I decided to go with him. I canceled the other appointments.
I was nervous and reluctant because I didn’t want to overdue it or damage the hernia repair.
Dustin is awesome, he made me feel very comfortable and helped me safely get back in shape.
I was impressed with his knowledge of the body and what position & form produces the best results.
I lost the weight I wanted and feel stronger than I have in years.
I highly recommend Dustin and CFC.

I signed up for circuit training at Capital Fitness for two reasons. First, I don’t have to think. Dustin has a plan and a seemingly infinite number of challenging exercises for us. Second, I wouldn’t work this hard at home. I would do more of what I like, less of what I don’t and certainly take longer – maybe indefinite – breaks.
Dustin quietly coaches people on their form if he sees something out of place and he can explain it in as much or as little detail as you like. There’s always music. Apart from some occasional chit-chat, everyone pretty much works out without talking. Nobody is yelling to get you pumped up!
No one is keeping score. Whether they’ve been coming to Capital Fitness for three months or three years, everyone is working too hard to notice your form or your balance or count your reps. If you’re willing to drag your butt to the gym at 6am, that will earn you plenty of respect. Do what you can do and work at your own pace.
You’ll quickly see improvement in your strength, balance and endurance. Whether you go for three months or three years, though, it will always be challenging. As an added bonus, you start your day with a WIN at 7 am!

I have been taking Dustin's classes for a year and a half. I just had a cholesterol test, and my total and LDL (bad) cholesterol are down 40 points!!! Dustin's classes are challenging and fun. He designs a new workout every day, keeping it interesting. He is a talented trainer, and can modify every exercise based on your physical limitations (knee, shoulder, back, etc). Thanks, Dustin!
