All gyms are different. Trust me when I say this is one you won’t want to miss out on. Spot on coaching (and scaling doesn’t feel like you are less than other athletes), a large open space with plenty of room, great location off Route 4 in Chichester, and athletes who are welcoming to all and turn into such a great support system. If you want to see what you are capable of, step outside of your comfort zone and come give it a try. Many different times for classes, and always a great time. You won’t be sorry

Absolutely love this place! Always clean and has all the equipment you could ever need in a CrossFit gym! The staff are incredible and all the members make you feel like family! Best CrossFit gym for all levels of fitness and no judgement ever! If you’re looking for a fun workout this is the place!

Today was my first day TFG and I can’t be more thankful for amazing gym I now call my second home. I went to class tonight not knowing what to expect and left there being in love with CrossFit and I just started!
TFG is so welcoming! Ryan and his crew are wonderful and the gang is so welcoming as well!

I needed to join a gym to get out of the house (because... 2020) and improve physical fitness. At TFG I was challenged to give it my all and never quit. The coaches are down to earth and really care about your physical safety and health. They push when you need pushing and they encourage when you need that too. All movements are adapted to meet your needs / abilities / limitations. The small group classes were just right for me. I saw personal improvement and results every month. I can call all my gym buddies 'friends.' They see you struggle and celebrate your successes with you. It's a great team to join!

Been going to TFG for about 3 months now and Ryan and Chris are awesome! When I wasn’t sure the 1 hour class was right for me, Ryan convinced me to give the 30 minute class a try and it’s perfect! I love the atmosphere, the people, the workouts...it’s all good! Great place to get in shape and make new friends.

TFG has been great for our family! From the time we started we were welcomed in! The foundations class was great and was able to get us to a point that we could slide into regular classes with minimum difficulty!
