DID has been an incredible experience for our daughter. We have been with Amy and the crew for almost 9 years. The teachers invest their love and knowledge into each one of the dancers. So much more than just a dance studio but my daughter's second home/family. I love all the noncompetitive opportunities she gets to dance and the performances are simply TOP NOTCH!

I danced with this studio for eleven years and it gradually became a place where I felt I truly belonged and was so happy to call home as I grew up. Dimensions in Dance follows its mission to the fullest and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you are at your best. The faculty are professionally trained and the nicest group you will ever meet. This studio has endless performance opportunities for you with beautiful costumes and sets as well! I won't forget to mention the friendships you will make there as well. The dancers are so welcoming and loving and will help you succeed as well as make memories. Not to mention, when you come back from college or a short break (like I did in Summer of 2017), it's like you never left! I have been dancing at this amazing studio for twelve years and I have loved spending everyday in such a loving and supportive community! Everybody is so nice and it's impossible not to be friends with everyone who walks through the door! The teachers are amazing and extremely knowledgable, they can answer any question and are truly committed to helping every single student improve and be successful in whatever it is they want to do. We don't participate in competitions but that doesn't mean we don't have ample opportunities to perform throughout the year! Whether it's at the currier museum, in the park, in a nursing home, the ymca, a fisher cats game, our annual nutcracker or spring performance, it always seems like we are getting ready for another exciting show! They also privide us with a great way to get involved in our community! There are a wide variety of classes offered, from ballet, lyrical, and jazz, to Acro, modern, and theater dance, and so many other amazing styles, allowing students to become very versatile as artists. One of my favorite things about this studio is the full length production we present every spring such as Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland, and Mary Poppins; every class gets to have a role in the show as a whole and we get to tell a story to the audience! Fortunately, once the school year ends, the dancing doesn't have to because there are classes most weeks throughout the summer and also different summer camps and intensives for kids of all ages. We get to learn new things like aerial and water ballet during these fun and educational camps! Another awesome aspect of this studio is that I don't have to worry about not being able to come back and further improve my technique after I graduate because Dimensions in Dance has one of the largest adult programs! So as you can see, choosing Dimensions is choosing professional training in a fun, loving, and supportive atmosphere!

Where do I begin? Dimensions in Dance has been a aspect of my life for 11 years. Having danced at another studio for 2 years before coming to Dimensions. I can honestly say, there is no other studio quite like this one. Dimensions has a supportive and loving environment, the teachers are positively amazing and everyone is extremely friendly and caring. The non-competitive aspect of the studio is truly what makes it one of a kind. I love everyone at this studio, I've been offered so many amazing opportunities and I've taken every single one. It's a home away from home, and it has changed my life. I've become confident in myself and I hold every moment at this studio near and dear to my heart. It's all thanks to the wonderful staff and all the friends I've made. Dimensions in Dance is truly a wonderful place. I love this studio with all of my heart. My girls have danced through this studio since they were both young. It is a welcoming environment that challenges them to always strive to do better and encourages them to always believe they can. My daughters loved it so much that my wife has taken advantage of the adult classes they offer. The annual productions are not a competition, rather, they are full length productions that are truly a joy to experience.

Over the years, Dimensions in Dance has become like a second home to me. I have made more than friends at Dimensions, I have made a family. Whether a student is 3 or 83, there is always an opportunity to connect with everyone at the studio. As I begin college this year, I can look back and say that Dimensions has helped to prepare me for my future as a dancer, an academic student, and as a human being. I truly believe that the training I have received in all dance disciplines has prepared me future dance experiences. Having been a part of Dimensions in Dance for almost ten years, I can honestly say it has become my second home. The teachers are excellent, well-trained, hard-working, and supportive, and they devote so much time and energy to their students. The classes are taught in a supportive and non-competitive environment, and there is such a wide variety of them to choose from. There are several performance opportunities, including Nutcracker and the annual year-end production, throughout the year, for all ages. All are wonderful, both to watch and be a part of. Everyone—students, teachers, and parents—at this school is very supportive of each other, and the studio really feels like being a part of a family. Words cannot describe how I feel about Dimensions in Dance! I have been part of the "DID family" since I was 9 and continue to this day at the age of 24. A variety of classes are offered in a fun and supportive environment. There are several opportunities to perform throughout the year including The Nutcracker, presented by our non-profit company Ballet Misha, and a spectacular end of the year show. The teachers, students, and parents are all so hard working, dedicated, and supportive...it is like nothing else I have ever seen. I recommend it all the time to family and friends.

Recently I had the privilege of attending a Ballet Misha performance (Resident company of Dimensions in Dance) called the Wild Swans. What an amazing production. The best costumes, props, backdrops, music and choreography with such attention to detail. Felt like I was watching a NYC production. The dancers which ranged from 5 years to adult were spectacular.
Amy Fortier, artistic director and her faculty have shown dedication and commitment which definitely was displayed throughout this amazing show. Looking forward to seeing Nutcracker in December. I recommend going to Dimension in Dance in Manchester to check out this top notch quality.
