This gym rocks! The regulars here are really friendly and helpful, so it felt comfortable from the start. The instructors are all knowledgeable and attentive. They offer help with alternative exercises and form adjustments. The circuits are varied so that I had the opportunity to listen to my body and learn about where I was improving and what needed more attention. The owner, Callie, is very responsive. She and her instructors have built a great community to support folks in their fitness journey, at their pace (with some gentle nudges to level up a bit!)

I have always been too intimidated to go into a large gym with lots of machines where I didn't know what I was doing and had minimal guidance so after doing some research and finding Durbrow Proformance Training I can say this place is great! I love the small group classes and the changing workouts. The trainers are kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! The environment is great and I look forward to each class!

Durbrow is one of the best strength training gyms I have been a part of. The trainers truly care for everyone and remember their training needs. The training is switched up frequently so you don’t get bored. The community is so welcoming, I absolutely recommend you check them out.

I have had a good experience with Durbrow. What I enjoy about working out at this gym is working out with others as a team or in teams because everyone motivates one another. You go at the pace and level you are at and grow from there. I highly recommend Durbrow if you are looking for motivation to reach your fitness goals.

Well, I've never been very good with the gym thing or classes or even the bike I have at home but recently I noticed I had to try something. This gym is unlike anything I have ever tried. It's different every day. It's not typical, it's not just for those who are already fit, it's all ages, sizes, shapes and it's about what YOU can do not what everyone else can. The classes are small enough for individual work and assistance and believe it or not I can say it's fun! I look forward to it, I wonder which part of my body is going to feel different next and I appreciate the fact that it's not repetitive, or boring, or typical!

I saw DPTs ads on FB and it sounded like a great place so I thought I'd look into it. I'm SO glad I did! I'm nearing the end of my 2 week trial and plan to keep on going. They obviously want you to stay and become a member but I have not felt one ounce of pressure to do so. Callie truly just offers support and motivation for your goals. The gym atmosphere is fun and inclusive. They work with where you're at physically and adapt to your needs. It's an amazing place!

This is a fantastic gym! It's all small group HIIT classes. The trainers are friendly and supportive. They meet you where you're at in terms af ability, so if there's an exercise that you can't do (if you have a bad back or bad knees for example) they'll find you an alternative that you can do.
They mainly advertise to women, but men are welcome and there are a few guys who come to classes regularly. If you want a welcoming, friendly gym that will encourage and support you this is the place!

DPT is AMAZING!!! I went here 3 years ago then had to stop due to going to college - but as I finished my college years I found myself back into this gym. No other gym compares to the incredible trainers that work day in and day out to push you at this gym. This has been one of the only gyms to feel so welcoming and fun to go to. I never dread those 6:30am workouts because everyone at DPT feels like friends & family. I workout here with my mom and sisters...definitely always love being pushed and getting a little extra competitive when working out side by side with my family.

Been at Durbrow for 3 years now and its the best decision I ever made for myself! They truly meet you where your at. All the coaches are experienced, motivating, friendly, and truly care about your health.
The groups are small and the coaches really get to know you on a personal fitness level.

I decided to try the 6 week program two years ago and it honestly changed my life in ways I never imagined. DPT is more then a gym, it truly is a tribe! The trainers in Manchester are the best in the business, they actually take the time to get to know you, they care about your success and they meet you where you’re at. They don’t just tell you what to do an watch you do it, they are vested in making sure you are doing it correctly so you don’t get hurt and if you are hurt, no worry, they will personalize your workouts to maximize your time at the gym.
There is a saying “your vibe attracts your tribe” well DPT is the epitome of that statement... everyone there seems to be vibrating at the same high frequency. The friendships and support from other like minded people makes a world of difference.
I haven’t even gotten started on the nutrition programs offered by Emily and Erin... a.ma.zing!!! If you want to learn about nutrition and how to fuel your body and see amazing results, you will want to take advantage of this program.
You should absolutely take advantage of one of the free or low cost trials that they are always running, you need to experience this for yourself! Best of luck and I hope to see you there.
