Kim is a fabulous teacher. I enjoyed the Fundamentals of Yoga class and subsequent classes that I took with her. I'm looking forward to doing more yoga with Kim as soon as my schedule allows.

Eden yoga has been a wonderful experience for me. A warm and welcoming place. I have dabbled in and out of some yoga practices over the years and found that Kim's thoughtful and caring approach has kept me coming back for more. I particularly like Iyengar style yoga and is difficult to find in this area and is so wonderful that Kim has brought this style to the community.

Kim's classes are awesome! She takes time to work with participants to be sure each pose is aligned (and supported as necessary) to get the most benefit. She has a talent for finding the areas that need work the most while mixing up the workouts so they are always fresh and interesting. The large studio space is open, clean and comfortable and it is stocked with yoga props, mats, bolsters and everything needed for experts and novices alike.
