The name Empower says it all. Practicing yoga with Kelley has given me the opportunity to grow both physically and spiritually. She is a fantastic teacher who has the ability to determine the unique needs of her students. Each class is different and powerful. Kelley accepts each of us where we are while encouraging us to dig deeper. She empowers us to let go of beliefs, attitudes and feelings that no longer serve us. Her classes provide us with a safe space to stretch our bodies and our minds. Kelley has been a real asset to my practice and a true blessing in my life.

I met Kelley five years ago as we were seeing the same physic energy healer and were together in several group sessions. Fast forward to a couple of years ago when I decided to reach out to Kelley for some independent work via life coaching. Kelley helped me see into parts of myself that were hidden, stuck and paths that needed to be cleared. She is very relatable, which puts you at ease when you’re in her presence. Upon seeing her several times with coaching, she mentioned the start of teaching yoga classes that would go hand-in-hand with her coaching.

Kelley’s demeanor is calm and as o already mentioned relatable. She isn’t afraid to speak her truth, your truth and to be there for you when it may seem hard to hear. Through her yoga classes, my job is to show up. She knows why I’m there, what I need and her classes are geared towards it. You leaving feeling empowered and that is what’s most important. The days to follow are “A-HA” moments and what keeps me motivated till the following week or session. It’s just an amazing experience each time because each class taught is always different from the last.
