I absolutely love this gym and have for over a decade. Any issue I have is addressed swiftly by the owner himself. I'm truly impressed with the rapid response as my recent concern about the facility is already being addressed, WITHIN THE HOUR! Incredible service and glad to call this place home!

Called some local gyms about free trial programs and this one was the friendliest and most attentive on the phone. Walked in for the free trial offer and after sharing my drivers license was in the gym within minutes.

The facilities are exactly what I am looking for and I will be signing up officially now that my trial has ended.

Express is one of my favorite gyms in NH.. its so clean well up kept and the equipment works very good nothing chickity or shaky. The staff is so sweet and will help with anything! one thing i appreciate and always look for is a nice womens locker room and theirs is gorgeous, comfortable and clean of course. the SPIN classes are better then some ive paid hundreds of dollars for.. i would join just for the spin.

My fiancé and I just moved up to the area from Boston, MA and were shopping around for a gym in the area. After viewing a couple of other places which we weren't too impressed with, we explored Express Fitness and it has checked all of the boxes for us. We've been members for over 2 months now and absolutely love it! Great atmosphere, nice open space, friendly staff, and plenty of updated equipment.

Told we weren't allowed to work out since the daycare is closed, and our 7 year old is not allowed on property. They have yet to "reach out" and do the assessment promised by the manager at sign ups, called still no response from them. Save your money huge financial waste!

I'm a member here and am enjoying the renovation, which added all new cardio machines, weightlifting apparatus, and an area to use weighted sleds. I do have a gripe, though. In the area in the back where most people stretch and do light core work - it's a mess. The medicine balls are all over the place because the rack is all broken, the mats are so filthy and old that i just do core work on the floor without a mat, and there is ZERO organization for the rest of the "odds and ends" equipment that's back there. Granted, some of the disorganization is because members don't put stuff back when they're done with it, but it's hard when there's nowhere to put it. The staff could do a better job organizing after closing time, too. I come in first thing in the morning and all the grips and accessories for the weight machines are all over the place. Take 30 minutes and put things where they belong after the place closes. Again, yes, it's the members' fault when they don't put stuff away, but after that, it's the staff's job to make sure everything is orderly at the end of the day.

They just remodeled the place early 2018, the place still needs work especially for the price of the membership you pay for. The bathrooms are gross they are never clean the fan they mounted on top of the mirrors is full of lint and dust surprised it hasn't caught on fire yet. Parts of the floor are cracked and not fixed, the equipment is crapped in and you feel claustrophobic. They are not open 24/7 but should be for the amount you pay, never seen anyone from management then again, the originals owners gave the responsibilities to their 2 kids and you can see what has happen to their main place Executive Fitness that place has gone down hill fast. I would seek other alternative for a gym, there are better ones out there for sure.

No problem with the actual gym but be very careful of the hidden fees. Never that busy so I assume they need to gather money any way they can. Youll be charged $50 maintenance fees and $50 membership fees in addition to $30 per month. In total this gym cost $460 per a year. When you cancel youll be required to pay one additional month and theyll hit you with that maintenance fee once last time for good measure. Just a heads up to anyone considering this gym as to not be surprised like I was.

Great gym! They've recently updated the equipment and it looks amazing!!
I've had some problems with the gym, but the manager, Josh, has always taken care of every one of them with a smile and a laugh every time.
Also, most of your fellow gym-mates are friendly and courteous. Gym etiquette is a must! Which is great!
When my kids were younger they would ask me to go to the gym just so they could play with the girls working in child watch. One of my daughters called me out for being lazy on my off day just so she go to child watch!
Best gym in the area. I highly recommend them.

I join Express Fitness 2 months ago so far I have great experience the manager Jess he was able to work with me for the finance and Greg the trainer is absolutely great guy will work your butt out and I can say with any hesitation all ready see great results overall Great facility Great people

This gym will take advantage of you at every opportunity. Aside from always being overcrowded this gym is a labyrinth of hidden fees and shady practices. In my two years as a member I have had nothing but issues with the cost of this gym.

At the end of my first year I got a new credit card and forgot to update it with the gym for both my wife and my account. I was charged two $30 late fees on top of our monthly payments all without being told it was going to happen. A few months later without any warning I was charged a $25 maintenance fee on both accounts, this is in addition to the annual fee also charged on both accounts.

After 2 years I decided I would not be wiling to pay another annual fee on top of an increase to $30 a month x2 I called and canceled my accounts early november. Come december I am charged for a month of membership. Thinking there was a mistake I call and am told that there is a 30 day cancellation period that not was previously mentioned and during that time they charge your account as if youre still a member.

If you can avoid this overcrowded and shady gym do so at all costs. I would not recommend this gym to anybody unless you absolutely have no other choice.
