I love working out with Staci! She is upbeat and energetic. Staci is our fitness fairy godmother!!
Before joining, I hadn’t worked out regularly since high school and was off the fitness wagon. I knew I needed some guidance to get back into it so I looked around for personal training. You will not find a better program for your fitness journey, trust me.
Staci encourages listening to your body and doing what works best for you while also motivating you to push yourself to pick up bigger weights and do more challenging things. The workouts are flexible and fun and never intimidating. If you don’t like going to the gym, this is the place for you. I started with 5-7 lb weights and in just a few months I’ve been upgrading to 10-20 lbs!
Whatever your fitness goals are, Staci will help you achieve them with positive energy and encouragement. I see myself growing super strong and capable because of Staci, which I never believed could be possible. Thank you Staci!!

Mondays can be a tough day where I often feel lethargic! Going to one of Stacy’s classes completely rejuvenates me! I love how she continually challenges me but doesn’t make it feel like Boot Camp! I would highly recommend Stacy as she is knowledgeable and makes working out so enjoyable!

I have been going to Staci since 2013. It is, hands down, the most consistent exercise I have ever gotten. Here are the reasons why what she is doing works for me:
1. She will text me if I don’t show up to find out if I’m okay, so I have that accountability like I would if I was committing to working out with a friend.
2. She varies the workouts every day so you never do the same thing twice.
3. She really gets to know your body and makes suggestions about how much weight to use or alterations to the exercises to help you get stronger.
4. Even her Zoom workouts leave me sore and I haven’t missed a workout even with the pandemic.
5. Occasionally she puts on “challenges” where you can win money and prizes. I am secretly very competitive and usually win something.
6. She’s awesome, hilarious, tells great stories, can give you all kinds of suggestions for restaurants, wine tasting, products, things to do, etc., and she used to be a social worker so there’s nothing she can’t handle.
7. Whenever anything goes wrong she blames it on my husband, which we all think is hilarious (he works out with her, too).
8. She makes a great lasagne.
I highly recommend Fiori Fitness. Staci is worth paying more than a regular gym membership because you will actually go and you will actually exercise.

Staci customizes her workouts to meet her clients' needs. I have had partial and full knee replacement surgeries and have autoimmune issues affecting my joints and my energy level. She is able to work every part of my body to make me fit and strong without compromising my health or risking injury. Even in group settings, she offers alternative exercises for people who have physical or equipment limitations. Staci is the best trainer I have ever had! She is warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and her business!!!!!

Staci is SUCH A GREAT personal trainer!! I have been wanting to get into shape for a long time, and knew the only way I was going to be able to do it was with a personal trainer as I am awful with keeping myself motivated at a gym plus I have no idea what I’m doing once I’m there and I’ve always found it intimidating. However there where so many to chose from in the area but I kept coming back to Staci’s reviews and decided to send her a detailed email going over what I was looking for, what I needed, and what my goals where. She got back to me right away and was totally on board! I look forward to every session as she mixes it up all the time so it’s never monotonous and dreadful like I’ve always thought working out has been in the past. She’s so nice and fun to be around during the sessions and I’ve honestly never felt better!! I highly highly recommend her for personal training. For someone who has hated anything like this I cannot believe how much I absolutely LOVE working out now and that’s literally ONLY because of Staci!!!!

I’ve been training twice a week with Stacie for over two years and she is the BEST personal trainer I’ve ever encountered! I feel stronger and healthier than I’ve ever experienced as an adult. Stacie has made the transition to Zoom sessions effortlessly with lots of support and understanding when the dogs get in on the Zoom session and take over my mat!
I’ve been a member of every gym in Santa Rosa, and have tried many exercise programs. Nothing compares to my training sessions with Stacie! She monitors my movements and gives instructions for adjustments as I’m going through each exercise. She challenges me without being mean, and is encouraging and celebrates each milestone with me!

I am someone who gets easily bored doing the same exercise routine over and over. Staci mixes it up every session, so every workout is new. There are never more than 5 of us in a group (more often it's less), so she is able to correct me when I'm doing something wrong and personalizes the workout so it fits with my abilities and injuries. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. And now, she does an incredible Zoom workout, so you can do it from anywhere you have internet access!
