Started working with Corey over a year ago to train for a physical agility test. We worked together adapting and refining the training until I was able to pass it. He was right there through the whole process. Corey is an amazing individual, and there’s not enough good things I could say about him. Only thing bigger and stronger than him is his giving nature and giant heart. Has been an honor and a privilege to work with him

Embarking on my fitness journey felt daunting at first, especially as a complete newcomer to the world of fitness. This place is AMAZING and Corey is a really great guy. I started training with him barely knowing a thing about the gym and never picked up a barbell before, but he taught me a lot about form and I’ve lifted heavier than I ever thought I could. Thanks to him, I actually break a sweat and I feel confident doing these things in public gyms like planet fitness! Thank you Corey for everything :)

Corey is the man!! I originally went with him to get into shape. After our first month I suffered a medical issue but Corey didn’t miss a beat. He instantly refocused our training into rehabilitation mode. He kept up with asking me how pt was going and adjusting workouts to stay within doctor recommended range. He is the real deal and would recommend him to anyone looking for help either online or in person.

TLDR: Corey is a good guy with plenty of knowledge and will make you stronger.
I started working with Corey, quite frankly, because of the results I was seeing in my wife. She had worked with several trainers before, all of which were fine or better, but I really started seeing changes after Corey stepped in.
I've been doing weight training on and off for the last 20 years. I'm pretty self-motivated and have kept up with science-based lifting by watching the likes of Jeff Cavelieri (Athlene-X) and Mike Israetel (Renaissance periodization) and others, but had plateaued, so I figured I'd give Corey a try.
Corey worked with me to come up with a plan that was affordable. He provides the programming that I follow on my own most days, and every other week I do a session with him in person. I'm about 8 weeks in, and things are changing. Certainly one reason is because I'm doing exercises I hadn't done much or ever before (because I didn't know the value, and because I didn't like doing them). Another big reason is having someone knowledgeable watching you work and providing feedback on how to get more out of your lifting really makes a difference. Case in point, I was stuck at 195lbs squat doing 5 sets of 5. Two weeks ago that went up to 210, last week it was 230. I haven't been anywhere near that weight since I was rowing in college, which was a LONG time ago.
I can't speak to his online offerings, but if you have the option of having him provide you with programming, sticking to it, and working with him in person even only a couple of times a month like I am, you should do it. He is great to work with in person. Really easy going, attentive, ready to answer questions, and has plenty of great stories to keep you entertained. I should also add he has access to a top-rate facility with all the equipment you need to get fit and strong.

I have experienced unbelievable results after 6 months of training with Corey ... He is the REAL DEAL.... If you are someone who wants to stay fit and get stronger, there is no one better! Worth every minute!!!! :)
