Working with Amber had been amazing! She guided me through postpartum recovery post C-section and throughout my second pregnancy, always adapting workouts to meet me where I was while pushing me to do more. Her routines are constantly changing, so itβs never boring, and the environment she creates is so supportive and motivating. Thanks to her, I got into the best shape of my life in between pregnancies. I feel stronger, more confident, and empowered! I will be back to train with her again!

I have been working with Amber for a few years now, and I appreciate the increased strength and mobility her workouts have provided. Her knowledge has helped me understand my own body better and specifically target weak muscle groups in my own workouts. Lifting and moving heavy things is no longer the chore it used to be, and I've probably avoided an injury or two because of my work with her.
She's also a nice and down-to-earth person, and has a super nice facility to boot! Great business all around.

I started at Fournier Fit almost a year ago as a runner and practicing martial arts. We talked about overall goals and how to integrate training with my other activities. Amber developed the perfect plan for me to build strength, reduce body fat, and continue to have good range of motion and mobility for my other activities. Amber is a great motivator. She listens to your concerns and provides excellent education on the importance of form while exercising. She is great about changing up the workouts and increasing demand as the body gets used to the training. I would highly recommend Fournier Fit to anyone that needs a good coach to help them meet their individual fitness or sport goals.

I have been training with Amber for years, and cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable and accommodating. I periodically have back issues that limit my ability to work out, and she always finds ways to keep me moving that work within my limitations. She is also well versed in nutrition information so she can put together an all-around plan for your fitness goals. The building is lovely with a personal feel, unlike big box gyms. There's no feeling of being new, not knowing what you're doing, hoping you're using this machine right, thinking everyone else is judging you. It's a very welcoming space.
If you have fitness goals, Amber can help you reach them with dignity and grace.
