Aaron, Jenna, and Smokey are the dream team! Aaron makes workouts fun and always focuses on form and preventing injuries. This is important to me with a long term back injury that sometimes requires accommodations during routines. Jenna inspires and motivates me to keep up with my nutrition by sharing creative ways to keep up with protein. Her protein coffee videos are part of my daily Instagram reel scrolling every morning. Smokey is the gym pup and the sweetest guy. He is an excellent doorman and specializes in nose boops. These guys rock I really like working with them!
