Can't say enough good things about Mike! As a previous client of Mike's from 12 years ago, I knew exactly who to call when I needed to get back on track with my health. After 5 knee surgeries and putting some pounds back on from lack of movement, he has quickly jump started me back on track with my nutrition and exercise while taking into account what my limitations are now. In two months I'm already down 11 pounds with his guidance and knowledge. His studio is clean and welcoming. If you're willing to put in the effort and you are willing to be consistent training with Mike, you will get nothing but RESULTS!

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up to recover from knee surgery and a couple years of being way too sedentary. I am so glad I found Mike and Good Training almost 3 years ago now. I work out 3 times a week and am stronger now than when I was younger. Mike is a personal trainer; this is not small group training or boot camp. It really is one-on-one personal training. Mike listens to you and works with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you’re motivated to move better, feel better, and look better then Mike is the trainer for you.

Joined with Mike at Good Training in Sept. 2021, by June 2022 I had lost roughly 60 lbs and was the healthiest I had been in a very long time. Mike helped me stay motivated, kept me on track and helped me reach my goals. This was the best investment in myself that I have ever made and well worth the money. Instead of spending money on Dunkins, take out, and snacks, I put that money towards a trainer and finally achieved the results I was looking for. A year and a half later I am still making it to every appointment and feel stronger then ever.

The results I achieved as one of Brian's clients were incredibly positive. I am very happy with the outcome and how much healthier I feel.

He'll develop a personally tailored routine for you based on current fitness levels, monitor your progress, measure body fat and adjust your workouts accordingly to achieve maximum weight loss, agility and stamina. This is one of the best investments I've ever made.
