Ben has done wonders for my neuropathy / thoracic outlet syndrome. His dry needling technique has been the most effective treatment I've had for my condition. He is kind and very knowledgeable.

The best quality of care the industry has to offer!

In 2010 I had reconstructive surgery to repair a Lis Frank fracture in my foot. I saw Ben for a few rounds of post surgical PT. After finishing PT I realized that my foot would get worse (more painful, more difficult to walk...) over time. Eventually I gave Ben a call and began seeing him again. He recommended dry needle therapy. The difference that this makes in my pain levels and ability to do everything is unbelievable. Ben has since discovered that I have several recurring Morton's neuromas in my foot. The location of the neuromas make them unreachable by traditional methods, but through dry needling they are manageable. Over time they reform, and I need to go back to see Ben for a tune-up. Aside from his excellent skill and knowledgeability, Ben goes above and beyond to make his patients feel comfortable and welcome.
These days it's over an hour drive for me to get to his office and it's worth it every time.

I injured myself while exercising a few months ago. The pain became severe and quite chronic. I feared surgery was imminent, which is something that I had never experienced before. Thankfully, I was recommended Ben and Heal Strong for Life. He used dry needling, and instantly I felt a release. With his recommended stretching and in-house massage, I feel as though Ben expedited the healing process and helped me avoid further medical intervention. 100% recommend Ben.

I was referred to Ben by my neighbor who said he was the best. I have been experiencing muscle tightness from all the physical therapy from my recent knee replacement. I was in a lot of pain and Ben recommended dry needling which is helping. I am learning a lot from him regarding my recovery and how to exercise properly. I recommend Ben highly if your in a similar situation. If you need that one on one attention call Ben. He is the best!

Ben is my go to! He determines the issue so quickly, implements treatment immediately and get fast results! It’s cheaper for me to pay privately than use my insurance with the co-pay (and additional cost for needling services) bec I get results so much faster with fewer visits.

Ben is an extremely gifted practioner. His assessments and diagnostic capabilities are exceptional. He listens and for those who are recovering from an injury, he is kind and compassionate all the while training you how to work on your own rehab. Highly skilled with the technique of needling, Ben can break up the most painful muscle knots and trigger points. He is all about safe and individually tailored training techniques whilst having the necessary tools and equipment to facilitate that. I can’t recommend Ben highly enough!

I had my first session. It was all I expected. Ben created a personalized strengthening program. He started with understanding my goals (to increase my strength and ability to do all the activities I like to do). He then walked through each exercise providing encouragement and guidance. He emailed me the program he suggested for me! I will continue to go every 4-6 weeks to continue to build strength and agility!

Simply put, Ben is world class.
If you are in southern NH, consider yourself lucky to have him as a local resource.

I made a recent visit, specifically to see him, as I knew he was one of very few that had the formal training in Dry Needling. He was able to get me in the next day, and his treatment released the stubborn knots in my back (which multiple massage sessions elsewhere could not).

Ben is more than a just a Physical Therapist. He walks the walk (actually runs), so unlike many, he can relate to training and injury from real world experience. His approach and demeanor are both grounded and comforting.

I left left the session feeling relief, but also educated and empowered. In 32 years as a competitive cyclist, I've worked with many PTs, and have never felt this assured in receiving care.
