I went to HOTWORX in Londonderry for a free trial session. Generally, I hate hot classes but kept an open mind. I ended up signing up immediately after the class. Now I go 4-5 days a week and absolutely love the variety of classes offered. My Mother and I own Spa Medique around the corner so I’ve been driving by HOTWORX for a while now-every day—and I had no idea what I was missing! Today was only my second workout, and I’m already feeling so grateful for this place.

About 9 years ago, I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation Type 1, a brain and spinal cord condition that affects my ability to do certain movements and workouts. That means some classes like Pilates or Yoga can trigger major headaches for me-sometimes I have to stop multiple times or all together.

But HOTWORX is a total game changer. Even when I have to modify, I’m still able to feel like I’m getting what I need out of it-I’m still sweating my butt off!

If you’ve ever felt like traditional workouts weren’t quite right for you-this might be your thing too.

Hotworx Londonderry has a wonderful staff of very kind, patient, and understanding gym lovers. They will give you a detailed tour when you join and help you with any equipment you might need (they do sell you some equipment that is heat tolerant obviously) as well as help when you get confused with the vending machines... Which I did frequently lol. I especially want to give a shout out to Emily, who has always been gracious and kind to me.

I have been a member here for a year now. I have belonged to many gyms ranging from workout club to the zoo. This for me supersedes them. The infrared workouts are amazing and the real deal. You can do anything from spin to row to stretchEtc. I never thought working out in 125° Infrared heat would be so invigorating, the health benefits are truly amazing, Highly recommend. A++++.

I used to go to a Barre Studio pre-covid but then the location changed and then it closed. I’ve been trying to find a new fit. I found HOTWORX and thought I’d give it a try. I can choose sauna workouts by myself or with a friend. There is no need to worry about judgement or anything, I can workout comfortably whenever I want since it’s open 24/7. I am now addicted and got a few friends to try and are addicted now as well. The staff are friendly and helpful, they are patient with any and all questions that have been asked since joining around Thanksgiving 2024. I’ve been able to go outside my comfort zone and try classes I wouldn’t normally try since I can by myself. I get to set my own temperature as well. Most of the other people are nice, friendly, and supportive. Highly recommend trying HOTWORX

Joined Hotworx when it was under construction and I have been going consistently since it opened. I love that I can pick classes whenever they fit into my schedule 24/7. I have been a member of Hotworx since February and it is hands down the BEST gym I have ever been a part of. The workouts are challenging, but doable, and leave me feeling like the best version of myself leaving the sauna each time. With a warm up, full workout, and cool down only taking 45 minutes, it is easy to make working out a priority throughout the week. This gym is also open 24/7, which makes it easy to squeeze in time for yourself with a busy schedule.

We liked the training, and everything was fine until we tried to cancel the membership.
The cancellation policy is terrible!!!
First of all, only the manager can cancel your membership. The manager works a few hours a day, and, of course, every time we came, she was not there. After we finally saw the manager and she cancelled our membership (which cost an additional $90), we still had to pay for the next two months, and we were okay with that. We planned to attend for those two months, but the next day after the cancellation, they blocked my account!!!

They said I had an overdue balance of $170 that I had to pay. This was a complete lie, as my card had been charged automatically all the time. After a long conversation, they apologized and said it was a mistake, but they couldn’t unblock my account, so to book a training session, I had to call them every time. This was inconvenient for me, so for the last two months, I just stopped going and was relieved that I had finally cancelled. But two months later, they charged me again!!

I called them several times, and they supposedly said that everything was fixed. And now, another month has passed, and they charged me again!
I do not advise giving them your bank information. This is terrible customer service. I had been reluctant to write a bad review for a long time, but this is too much.

The first two months after cancellation, I paid but did not attend because they blocked my account. Now, for another two months, they continue to withdraw money even though I call them every time.

Love the idea of working out in the heat, but did not love the classes. The staff members have also been pretty rude especially when I was looking to cancel my membership. I felt like they gave me the runaround. I work a lot and had tried to come in multiple times, even when I was told someone would absolutely be there to help me cancel my membership, and nobody was available. I decided to finally send in a letter which I didn’t want to do because I wanted confirmation immediately that it was going to be cancelled. After waiting a while I called back to see if they had received it and whoever I talked to was not very understanding of the frustration of this whole process, and let me know that they hadn’t received it. Not a very welcoming environment , will not be recommending to others.

I've been at member at Hotworx in Londonderry since they opened. I was looking to try something new and I'd read about the health benefits of infrared saunas. I was especially interested since I'd heard with regular use, people were reporting improvements with autoimmune disease symptoms, specifically inflammation. Something new and challenging that can get me in shape, potentially reduce chronic pain, with flexible scheduling...um, sign me up! I thought I would like it but, I love it! I'm getting toned and most importantly, I feel awesome. I think the best part is the short classes with scheduling available 24/7, no reason for this busy, full time working, single mom to not be able to squeeze in class when I need it. The staff and members at the Londonderry location are friendly and fun. If you're considering going, give it a try!

HOTWORX is my new obsession. Everything from the easy bookings, calorie counting app, variety of classes to the super convenient class schedules etc…is what keeps me committed. There is a brand new HOTWORX opening near me however I will continue to travel to Londonderry. Francesca (owner) is absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I tried our 1st free class a month ago and fell in love! We were welcomed by the owner Francesca and manager Isabella that happens to be a mother/daughter duo! The saunas are immaculate, the workouts are amazing! I've never been so interested and involved with exercise! I get up excited every morning to meet my daughter! Terrible customer service, felt extremely unwelcome.

I booked a free trial class to try it out and they assured me that I would have the room to myself, which made me feel comfortable for it being my first time there. When I arrived (a few minutes late as I had a meeting that ran past), they gave me glares and attitude about not being on time. They said they added another person to my room reservation and I was not allowed to join since she already started. I was perfectly fine with rescheduling since it was on me for not being on time, but their attitudes, condescending tones, and lack of transparency about adding another to the room completely turned me off from rebooking. Will not be coming back here.
