I have been with this gym for about a year or so and I love it more and more. I have worked to incorporate Hotworx into every aspect of my life to maintain my health, safety and longevity. Setting goals such as strength in every day life, the ability to keep up with my future children, open my pickle jars and keep injuries at bay.
From friendly staff to challenging postures, Hotworx keeps you on your toes and teaches you how to balance there along the way.
Being able to close the sauna door and slip into a little bubble of concentration is great. I also love that I can come and go at all hours of the night or day and know I'm safe.

I'm a huge advocate of exercising in high temps and was so happy to see a Hotworx open in the area. The price is reasonable and it's flexible and convenient with any schedule. Adam did a great job explaining everything to us and showing us around.

This is a joke of a gym. John will get you to sign up, but when you decide to cancel? He won’t cancel you. He’ll “pause your membership” charge you for MONTHS. Convince you that you paused your membership, tell you he’ll cancel it, charge you the full price for months then proceed to tell you the “contract” you signed states you HAVE to pay. “Cancel your membership” then charge you again!! Don’t go here unless you want to be screwed out of money regardless of being a part of the gym or not. Don’t bother emailing them it gets you nowhere. After months of trying to cancel this I’ve been charged AGAIN and it’s just a major headache. This guys a scheme artist. Don’t do it.

Absolutely evil people. They refuse to stop charging me and my wife long after the contract has ended. Highly recommend you use planet fitness or another local gym. We've tried to be cool with these people and they don't care they just want to take our money.

I love the concept of hotworx and the workouts are good. The saunas are great but why do I have to have someone talking on their phone loudly outside the sauna I'm working out in almost every time. There should be a cell phone rule aka no talking on your phone. Go outside or to your car. How can someone be so inconsiderate. I've been thinking about canceling my membership anyway. I've had it for a year and used to love the quiet private workouts but now it's just like any other zoo of a gym except lately it's so loud I can hardly hear the instructor and concentrate on my workout. This is supposed to me stress relief not stressful.

This gym addresses all the reasons you avoid the gym.
Classes have online signups so you can prepare emotionally for the amount or choose to be there when others aren't.
There isn't any dumb rules about grunting, but the people here range from dedicated athletes and wellness folks, to nurses and librarians and wait staff. The people here are real. You can make passive small talk or choose not to.
The guy who owns it can come off a little much, but he just actually believes in this place and the healthy benefits. Not just the money making.
It's clean, and the members access only keeps out unwanted energy.
It's a good little community. Everyone's taking things a little at a time and laughing and trying to reach goals together. That's worth far more than any detox benefits in itself.
