About the Club

Ignite Fitness is a unique fitness studio owned by a certified personal trainer, providing private personal training sessions as well as small group fitness classes. One-on-one sessions will be tailored to your specific fitness goals at a time that works for you. Small group classes are 1-6 people. You can book a small group class with friends or pick a class time that works best for you and make new ones! A full body workout using a variety of equipment guided by a certified trainer to keep you focused and motivated throughout the 1 hour class. I really enjoy the 50+ Fierce class I take at Ignite Fitness! Katie is a great instructor with great knowledge and enthusiasm! You know you've had a serious workout when you leave! The StudioBooking app makes it easy to pay and sign up for classes. You get reminder emails so you don't forget. What more can I say but come in and try it!

I’m in my 60’s and walk a lot but I knew I needed to do more. I started personal training with Katie and I’m glad I did! My first session was an assessment and I was very discouraged to realize how weak I was. With Katie’s encouragement and workout routines, I feel better and know I’m getting stronger. She is great!!

I started personal training with Katie in late May. After 3 shoulder surgeries and then the pandemic, which led to 4 years of very sedentary telework, my core, posture, well just about EVERYTHING has been a hot mess. 🤣 Katie has been kind (while still kicking my butt), patient, and highly motivational. I was afraid to start exercising out of fear of hurting myself and didn’t want to jump into a large group class for this reason,so personal training was my only way out of the mess I created. I’ll slowly be starting some of her small group classes soon! After 6 weeks, I have more energy, feel better and I am even seeing some muscles that haven’t seen the light of day in over 5 years. If I can do this, anyone can! If you are thinking about starting exercise after a long drought, run, don’t walk to Katie! I really look forward to my workouts. 😄

If you want results and have a great workout you have come to the right place. The best thing I've done was decide to train with Katie. I look forward to every training session for a challenging workout. In just a few months I have lost weight, reduced in size, and improved in my overall fitness. Katie is so personable & down to earth & makes training fun. She is a wealth of information & explains each exercise thoroughly & why you're doing it. She closely monitores your form to be sure it's correct with every exercise, which is so important. You will not go wrong if you choose Ignite Fitness to guide you through your fitness training 💪.
