I have been a member of integrity since they opened their location in North Conway. I started off strong and lost my routine for a year or so. Over the past 6 months I’ve been working with both Robin and Jess and signed up for the RAMP program. Now, I’ve been going back to the gym on a regular weekly basis and have started seeing results in myself! The gym is always very clean at all hours of the day. It has both very friendly and members and staff and is open 24 hours a day to members. I recommend anyone to walk in and take a look for yourself if you are looking to join a gym in the North Conway area!

Integrity is a great gym that far exceeded my expectations. I have been a member at several nice gyms in Boston and this is right up there with any of them. I judge a gym by these three factors.

1. The Equipment & facility:
* There's a huge variety of equipment and machines. * State of the art equipment and machines.
* The equipment and machines are well maintained.

2. Cleanliness: this is extremely important to me. Here are some of my general observations of Integrity:
* The equipment is well maintained and clean.
* If something breaks it's fixed asap and the staff cleans the machines and equipment regularly.
* The bathrooms are cleaned multiple times a day.
* The air has great circulation without the usual gym odors; which is important to my allergies and asthma.
* Santizing stations are throughout the gym and always stocked.

3. Knowledgeable & Friendly staff:
*Robin is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help anyone achieve their goals. She is extremely friendly and creates the perfect environment for everyone.
*Jess is also knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. As you can tell I think Integrity is a great gym amd we are lucky to have it as a part of our community.

Having a very hard time getting hold of gym, for my gym card… Every time I call no one answers.
I checked my email after I signed up and there is no instructions on app or anything but confirmation that I’m signed up…
I only go the weekends, they need to find what I improve that area for new members. Not a great start to my experience with them..

Lots of equipment to choose from! I enjoyed all the options from heavy weights, cages, cables, machines, cardio, and the room for trx bands/stretching/bikes/ other toys. They also have showers. The health coaching sounds great, although I would suggest a refresh in the old-school "calories in, calories out" method. As we all know, ingredients matter big time. I know when I started cutting out bad ingredients like seed oils (vegetable oil, canola oil, soybean oil, etc), corn syrup, sugar, and especially PRESERVATIVES, it helped me tremendously to get started. But still, it's a great option for people who need a kick start in the nutrition department. I like that they help with grocery lists for cooking for members to learn how to cook in a healthier way for themselves and figure out meal planning.

This place is great. I can't really think of anything it's missing. Fair price music, tvs, lots of machines and weights. They have different prices for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. There is also a seperate room with a projector on the wall for other exercises.

Integrity is a very solid gym, and one of the few currently in North Conway ( aside from Core Community Fitness) that offers the decent selection of equipment you would need from a gym. There is a good sized free weights section, cable cross machine, elliptical, treadmills, and machine weights. The gym is alway clean, and never seems to be too busy. There is also a room for stretching. The staff are super friendly and eager to help. Oh, and it is also open 24 hours!

I go 6 days a week and can't wait to get there. My wife is a member, many of my friends and most of the teachers I work with, many small business owners, those in the service industry, high school and college students. Very diverse group of people and we all respect each other. The staff is very friendly and greet members by name, creating a very pleasant environment. Every staff member from the manager on down is always cleaning. Bathrooms, showers, equipment, shoe changing area are always clean and very appreciated by all members. Even nice messages from staff on whiteboards here and there. The equipment is in great shape and if something isn't, it's repaired or replaced. The little health and nutrition store also always has what we all need and the manager will even special order something if you ask. There is a bit of a social aspect going on at all hours, but that's the great charm of a small town gym. Out of town people or those members that don't consistently attend are missing out on what makes this place great. BEST GYM EVER

Great alternative to Cranmore Fitness because Integrity is about the same price, open 24 hours, and has state of the art equipment. Just read a one star review focused on an individual worker. Reviews of this type are useless. Why? Because such reviews inadequately describe the facility; they are more akin to a personal vendetta. Smarten up!

Friendly staff, always greeted at the door and always a friendly goodbye when leaving. I go in, get my workout done and leave pretty much without being bothered. I have started there awhile back and dropped not only a ton of weight, but I have also got a lot of strength back, been able to run for the first time in years without pain or having to stop and catch my breath after a certain distance, and I’m down a total of 29 pounds. Great place to go and get healthy!

OMG This place changed my life!! Literally!! So I am an old gal, was a sedentary office girl, video gamer, and food LOVER! I thought I was too old to "work out," but I wanted to feel better so I walked in and inquired.

Like I stated I am older and sorely overweight. Every staff member and every workout neighbor has treated me with respect, are pleasant, helpful, encouraging, friendly, I cannot tell you how much that is worth to me!!

I go 3 times per week and lift weights with machines. I have added cardio if I have time. I have changed my eating habits but I do cheat here and there and sometimes a lot, but I have lost 22 pounds in 12 weeks and feel amazing! I could barely chest press 25 pounds and I am now up to 50 pounds, woo hoo! I love Integrity Health in North Conway NH, thank you for helping me change my life for the better and feel amazing and full of energy!!

Ok gym. It's hit or miss mostly. Some days it's very busy and loud with rowdy weight lifters. Some days it's quiet and relaxing. Wish it was bigger so it didn't feel so crowded.... Plus there aren't water coolers. You have to refill using the bathroom sink. Staff is very nice though

It’s incredible in 2018 a fitness center this size, that charges this much for memberships, doesn’t have a water cooler. When asked, I was referred to the bathroom sink to fill my water bottle. We don’t even need to get into how gross that is. But really, how hard would it be for them to have a water cooler? Or even a vending machine that sells water.

Great gym and a huge plus they're open 24/7. I work late and being able to go in after hours is a bonus. Well maintained equipment and clean building. Monthly prices are very reasonable. Don't know why people put this down, it's a great place for the valley.

Integrity has 24 hour access which is a huge plus. There are 7 treadmills 6 of them have cable tv with 70 channels. There are also 4 large screen tv's set to different channels with a downloadable app available for sound. One of the many highlights is the virtual room which offers over 320 classes through virtual instruction. Yoga, pilates, TRX and spin classes are just naming a few. The great thing is you can do a class any time 24 hours a day!

I have been attending Integrity for approximately 6 months now with great results. The money has proven to be worth it. The staff reaches out and helps continuously to help ensure you reach your goal. I have witnessed calls being made to check on clients who may have fallen off the wagon. (Display of going above and beyond). The owners put a lot of research into the products they sell to insure they are of top quality. The staff uses the products and are knowledgeable and will answer questions you may have on any of the products or comparing of products. The place is always clean and you can always see the staff cleaning. In regards to the comment I saw below; there are 5 TV's and all on different channels and the treadmills all have TVs. I have not heard any excessive grunting or witnessed rude behavior. In fact my friend and I have been lifting free weights and have found the men are extremely knowledge and when approached are willing to help with any questions or proper form. I have been most impressed with the fact if an employer sees me lifting improperly, they correct me - Thank you. I not only feel healthier I have forged many new friendships. Very expensive for a place without water fountains and no locker rooms, no classes and a TV permanently set to FOX news. PRO: The equipment is new and the facility is kept sparkling clean and smelling nice. But the muscle heads slamming weights and grunting kills the moment.
