I found this place in 2021 through a Google search. Visited their home gym to go over my goals. I only wanted to do classes but was being pushed to have them write my meal plan as well even though I told them I already had someone doing that. Was told 3Xs a week would be $400 per month. I agreed, took a couple of classes, felt like $400 was excessive and terminated my membership. Ben was definitely trying to rip me off. Despite multiple requests to unsubscribe, I continue receiving unwanted promotional communication from this gym, to this day. This behavior borders on harassment and disregards basic customer consent.

I started with KDR Fitness 3 months ago and have been given all the tools I have needed to be successful in my goals. I have lost about 30 pounds, increased my exercise and stamina, and balanced out my sleep. Ben and Jamie do a thorough job making sure that they are the right fit for you and once you are in, they show extreme care and dedication for your progress. I can’t recommend them enough if you are serious about your health goals!

They have no pricing listed anywhere but if you fill out your contact info, they supposedly send you the pricing. Only, I never got pricing, I got repeatedly asked to give them all sorts of info so they could build a personalized plan for me. When I stated I simply wanted pricing before committing to anything I was told I was rude for not wanting to have a long winded phone call and voicing my feedback that their hard sales tactics were sketchy. Still never got pricing. I posted on Facebook asking if others have had a weird experience trying to get simple info and my inbox filled up with TONS of negative experiences. Not a great first impression and left me with the overall impression that they are sketchy. Totally made me think I was at a used car lot...

Ben and Jaime are fantastic couches who helped me through recovery after a skiing accident and surgery. Their commitment, knowledge, and expertise helped me to recover and strengthen my leg which allowed me to participate in an ebike tour through Tuscany after only 7 months after surgery. I highly recommend this team for your training.

The coaches truly care about YOUR goals, not some generic version of what "fitness" means. They utilize their knowledge and extensive evidence-based practices, applying them in personalized ways that help you see success. If you are new to exercise, returning after a hiatus, or a gym rat, they meet you where you are and adapt everything to your body, needs, and growth. I could not have asked for a better, more tailored fitness experience that encompasses the whole person (exercise, nutrition, rest, socialization, etc.).

My experience @ KDR Fitness has been way more than I ever expected. I have learned so much in just 2 months and continue to learn more each session. I love to workout, but have always struggled with the nutrition portion of fitness. Since joining KDR I have learned how to take control of my nutrition in an easy and simple way. The accountability and support I have recieved at KDR Fitness has been a game changer for me. I have maintained my weight loss the last 2 months and continue to shed more pounds as I get closer to my goal weight. Thank you Ben and Jamie for sharing your knowledge and support!

KDR is a great place to realize your fitness goals. The coaches are great in explaining exercise and diet and how it all ties in. It's a fun, relaxed environment. But, I still find myself challenged to improve.

Helped me realize fitness goals I didn’t think were possible for the shape I was in and age I was. Incredibly flexible and bent over backwards to make things accessible when COVID lockdown started. Super knowledgeable - just ask them anything!

KDR is more than a gym: it’s a support system. All team members are approachable and they have a genuine interest in helping you achieve your personal goals. Membership is not inexpensive but if you consider the personal coaching, FitFam peer accountability, and meal planning assistance it’s a better value than just being left to your own devices at a larger facility.

So many GREAT things to say about KDR Fitness! A true hidden treasure in the Upper Valley!

I just completed KDR’s six week challenge, and had AMAZING success. I lost 10 lbs / 6.8 % body fat -- yep just in six weeks, yes SIX weeks. I was doubtful that I would reach my goal (let alone surpass it) but they had full belief in me and their program - and rightful so, I should have never doubted them! The program was skillfully design hitting all the elements needed for building (and maintaining) a healthy lifestyle ------> a meal plan that doesn't leave you hungry, a variety fun group workouts that are complete within 45 min to a hour (and scheduled throughout the day to so you can attend the classes that best fit your schedule), and the biggest/best factor of all the accountability, a team of SUPPORTIVE coaches and a community of other clients routing for your success too. KDR is not just a gym - they offer so much more. It is a true haven - a self care sanctuary!!

If I had to give any β€˜negative’ comments about KDR - it would be that the bathrooms are on the second floor and that I often find the parking lot so full that means parking in the back lot. <--------- PLEASE NOTE HOW RIDICULOUS THIS STATEMENT IS. If you are going to a gym and feel put out that you have to walk an extra 50 steps to an entrance or climb a flight of stairs to use the bathroom, you should question what you are doing at said gym.

Many many thanks for your support, guidance and kick a$$ workouts Heidi, Lara, Maura, Jenny, Gina, and Ben!

Did the 6 week challenge and got amazing results! Such fun classes and the team spirit makes working hard enjoyable.

I saw the ad for the 6 weeks challenge and I signed up. It was not free per se as it was advertised. It was free if you reach the goal set for the challenge, 25 lbs or 6%BF loss. The classes can go from 1-2 people in the early am to close to 30 in the evening and Saturday, and go from 30 min to 1hour.

I did not reach the goal. I was 1.1% away from BF loss. As it was stated in other reviews lack of Sleep, Stress, and work schedule are factors to take into account. I would suggest to start program in low stress period if possible.

The combination of Nutrition and Conditioning works. The support from the coaches has been great. The weekly check-in helps keep on track and the discussion board with other member is fantastic!

I gave a 4 stars because the monthly membership is over double what the other gyms in the areas are, there is no month to month membership, and you have to commit for a year (though you can freeze account for a small fee). The time for the team challenge were not convenient and are restrictive to certain hours.

I joined the KDR Fitness challenge to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks. Within that 6 weeks, I exercised as instructed and stuck with the food plan, although I did not meet my goal, I was only .6% away! So it clearly DOES work!! I didn't reach my goal (I believe) due to high stress and lack of sleep, due to unfortunate events occurring over the past month. I will continue with the food plan and exercising long past this challenge. I wont get my $500 back, but I take comfort in the knowledge I gained from this experience. This will surely benefit the rest of my life. I gave it 3 stars, because the cost is just way too high, and making you commit to a full year is a bit irrational. Why no month to month options? The equipment is far too outdated and the TEAM times that are offered are very inconvenient to my schedule. I really did enjoy my time with everyone, but I can go else where and get what I want/need, and also fit within my budget. Another thing, is that starting this challenge, I was left in the dark for quite a while. I never got a "nutrition council" -That I found out about at week 4 that I should have had (that would have really helped, as I had no idea about the vitamins and such - not all my questions were answered). Also, there were different things that no one ever told me about in the gym like for example, the monthly sticker chart... I didn't learn about that until week 5. I feel like I didn't have all the information that could've helped in the journey, and some stuff was left to guesswork. I definitely could have asked, but I didn't know about them in order to ask and after so many questions I felt like I was being irritating - especially when they'd go unanswered. That being said, I still lost 5.6% body fat! I'm proud of myself for getting so close (with everything that's happened over the past month). I still feel like I won, and I had a great time. I look forward to seeing more results as I continue along this journey, on my own.

KDR is a great community! The staff are great and knowledgeable. I love the workouts (HIIT circuit style) they are always different which makes it a lot of fun. The members are super friendly and encouraging. I joined for a 6 week program and would have LOVED to stay on, but it’s just a little out of my price range. I am so happy with my results and the incredible knowledge I gained! I recommend KDR to anyone that wants a fun filled but HARD working boost to get you headed in the right direction.

I never, and I mean NEVER, thought I'd enjoy a workout. The Workout of the Day keeps the workouts from becoming monotonous, and the HIIT format keeps my eyes off the clock. The coaches also do a great job making workouts feel like being back in school as a member of a team- some friendly competition and socializing are usually integrated into each session. I have learned a ton about nutrition as well. I feel I have learned to eat smarter, not just less. I have rarely felt really hungry (I get pretty hangry, so this was one of my concerns) while on the 6-week challenge diet, and I have discovered some creative, tasty, and simple healthy meals. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the membership is really out of my price range. The knowledge they have to share is invaluable, and I truly appreciate everything I've learned; everything has a price I suppose. Regardless, it's a fantastic group of people and I am enjoying the time I have left with them!

I first heard of KDR when they first started in their garage in Enfield, NH. A friend experienced a huge body, mind and health transformation with them.

Fast forward many years and here they are in my backyard! I am a restaurant manager who gets to bed at 12:30-1am and found myself, willingly, getting up at 5:15a for the early morning class. The stretches, the pace and variety of exercise and the overall sense of accomplishment is well worth the early mornings! Even with the challenging aspect of the exercises, they were fun. Really hadn't a clue that I actually could do squats, which improved with each attempt. The crew at KDR is supportive and it is, truly, a non-judgement zone. Cheers!

KDR wants $200 to do an assessment. The cheapest class is $200/mo. A "trial" membership is $100/mo. Just to use the facility is $100/mo. From the get-go you'll be pressured to share your story of how KDR has changed your life. The programs are heavy on motivation, which leads to dependency, and is cultish. One day this lucrative fitness coaching craze will come to an end and KDR will pack up and leave town like the circus. Do some push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, and go for walk instead. Nobody has a monopoly on fitness knowledge. You can't purchase fitness.

KDR fitness is a great place to work out. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Whether working out in a large group or with the coach in a small group or one on one, I always get the best out of a work out. I have learned so much about my body and what I am capable of. Something as simple as a stretch, can help to lead to more complex movements. I have learned how all the muscles are connected and how important it is to strengthen my core. This is a life long journey and I am glad that I am making KDR part of my journey to a healthier me.
