Called to inquire, got the rundown. Informed them of my very tight schedule as I know it's not easy to accommodate. They told me it's not an issue, I also informed them I do not want group sessions. Personal 1 on 1 training. Again, not an issue. So I paid for the intake, did the intake, then was told they will build a program and get back to me. 3 weeks later I had to call and leave a vm, at which point they told me they can't take me on as they don't have a trainer but I can do group training. So basically, they were eager to take my money, 95 dollars knowing they can't accommodate my schedule, then made me wait 3 weeks. Shady way of doing business.

I have been going to KBP for about 2 years now. KBP is not only a fun place to work out with great coaches and members, but it has increased my strength and mobility for my other activities such as cycling, hiking and skiing.
As someone who was not into gym workouts, I now actually look forward to my sessions there and am happy with the results. The coaches are friendly, knowlegable and have a fantastic ability to always push me while making me laugh.

I’ll start this off by saying, when we joined I didn’t think this was going to go on for almost 3 years, but here we are.
Prior to joining KBP, I never worked out and outside of Golf growing up, I rarely was active. Since joining and finding my group, I am addicted. I go 3x per week and if I need to miss a class for any reason, the team makes it super simple to make it up at another class time. My husband and I both go, but at different times. Kyle, Eric, Eddie, Lydia - the entire team are absolutely wonderful. They push me on my best days and motivate me on my worst.
However you identify, how ever active you are, I cannot recommend KBP enough. Now enjoy this video of my first ever front squat.

I love the adult group classes at KBP! The coaches are knowledgeable and compassionate, and there is such a sense of community and support as soon as you walk in the door. The workouts are challenging, dynamic, and fun, and the coaches care about each client as an individual and will work with you to meet your specific needs, whether in personal training or the group setting. I've been going for about nine months now and can confidently say KBP has changed my life for the better.

I have been going to KBP for 2 years and the adult group workouts are great. The classes offer a wide variety of strength and conditioning. The coaches are knowledgeable, and if somebody is suffering from an injury, there are always modifications available when needed. As an added bonus, the coaches and other members of the gym are a fantastic and fun group, and we motivate and support each other, so even when I might be tired, I always look forward to the classes.

Having been athletically active most of my life, I wound up in my early 70s with bad knees, lower back pain, and balance issues. I knew my medical options, and decided to try a more natural approach and thus I wound up at Kyle Brown Performance. I couldn't be happier I opted to sign up for personal training by Kyle. For one thing, he's fun to work with. But most importantly, he knows what he's doing and gears his training to help me build my strength where I need it. My balance has improved, I'm stronger, my clothes are fitting better, and I look forward to every single workout. I've been to other gyms: this one is truly and delightfully special.
