My husband and I are in our 40's and realized we needed to do something to counteract our work from home desk jobs. We didn't want to be in our 60's falling apart. So we started training 2 days a week with Jon & Chris. First, my husband is not a gym guy, and he loves our twice weekly private sessions. I love how they're focused not only on strength, but mobility. The workouts are thoughtful, challenging and after 3 months we're already seeing big changes in our strength and bodies. If you're looking for trainers who are down to earth, smart and accessible, you won't regret signing up for a group class or private training with these guys. They are awesome.

I attend a Senior class 3 times a week and it has grown from 3 to 10 participants. We have a blast. We are all age-challenged and really do enjoy encouraging, as well as making fun of each other! We all agree that it has helped us in many ways! I just recruited 2 new members!
