As a personal trainer myself, I always look to hire someone with that “next level” knowledge and skill base and Reed certainly hits the mark. Reed listened to my fitness goals, and worked creatively to help me make significant fitness improvements. I didn’t think many were possible because I’ve trained for over 30 years, but with Reed’s guidance I was able to make my mile running pace drop significantly. Reed takes a highly technical approach measuring baselines as you go, he’s very analytical. Also, as a trainer myself, it’s always helpful learning from other great trainers, especially someone with Reed’s caliber. His advanced degree in this field makes him unique as many trainers do not have this education backing. I highly recommend Reed for whatever your fitness goals are!

I had been dealing with a horrible back issue from my younger age. I was able to contact Reed and he helped me learn about core stability and how to function again learning new foundational core movements. I high recommend his professional services. Communication was excellent!

My husband and I have been working with Reed for over two years now. We were completely new to the world of strength training when we started but Reed’s knowledge and expertise quickly put our nerves to rest. He developed a program for us that targeted the areas we needed to work on most, and we review the data together on a regular basis to see how we’re progressing, which is something we really appreciate. He’s patient and encouraging but also very good at motivating us when we’re starting to tire. We’ve been really happy working with him, and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Reed as a personal strength trainer.

I have had the opportunity to train with Reed for some time now and I have to say he's quite incredible. When I first started training with him he quickly realized and diagnosed that some of my muscles were not working properly and instead of trying to push through or work forward with that he took me back to square one and forced me to do exercises I thought would do me no good one in fact they created the base that I needed to move forward properly. Can't recommend him enough his knowledge and Keen Eye for form and proper technique are exactly what I was looking for.

Reed has been my personal strength trainer twice a week for over one year. He is the perfect combination of teacher and coach. Each training session builds on the last one and the exercises are both rewarding and challenging. He is an excellent communicator, not only explaining what we are working on but also making sure the technique is right. If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer, you need Reed. I highly recommend him!

I've known Reed for 10 years and been trained by him, in person, for over 5 of those years and counting. There's a reason I've stuck with Reed for this long and I think all of his clients would agree.

The level of knowledge, rigor and dedication he brings to bear on his work is second to none. I'm a powerlifter and he's helped me improve over multiple meets. But even if I were a bodybuilder, runner, crossfitter or someone looking to improve my fitness at any age, Reed builds a customized program ready for anyone's needs. However, in my opinion, it's his in person training where he really shines. Over the years you'd think there's nothing new for me to learn with respect to technique, cueing and methods, but as Reed himself is constantly learning and adapting, so too do his clients benefit from this constant thirst for knowledge.

If I haven't embarrassed him by now, then I haven't done my job, but in all seriousness, give Reed a call and have that first consultation, you'll immediately see what I mean...
