I am a professional dressage rider and after having a couple children wasn’t feeling as strong as I wanted to feel. I went to Jason and after a couple months I already feel stronger and more confident in my body again! Jason is good at increasing the work out in small increments so it’s always a challenge but attainable. His knowledge of biomechanics is vast and correct form to avoid injury is always prioritized and explained clearly. With two young children my workouts have had to be based from home where I have minimal to no equipment, Jason has adapted, been creative, and still given me awesome weekly workouts. I highly recommend Jason!

My husband and I started trainings with Jason early 2020. The pandemic caused in-person trainings to stop, however Jason quickly adapted and started us on live video sessions and weekly check-ins on our progress. We have since been back to in-person training session and he comes to our home during scheduled times that work for us. I've never encountered someone so committed and dedicated to the success of his clients. He understands that everyone has a personal life (no matter how hectic) and is extremely accommodative. His workouts and nutrition are uniquely designed for each individual person. Overall, I cannot recommend Jason enough!

I started going to Jason for personal training a few months ago to kickstart a healthier routine, a hiatus in exercising left me unmotivated to pick up where I had left off with my old routine. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've been brave enough to try. Not only are the physical results evident after just one month, the confidence I had lost is back ten fold and I'm stronger than I have ever been. One healthy lifestyle change leads to more healthy changes and for me the first step was here, I'm so glad I took it.

I am a martial arts student and instructor and I cannot begin to say how helpful Jason and his fitness sessions have been for me. Not only is the schedule adapted to my busy schedule, but Jason brings a cutting edge to the training that is well ahead of the times and tailored to personal needs. It is thanks to him that I am at present able to keep up with the level of fitness required for my martial arts.

I have been going to no BS Fitness for 6 months now and have been incredibly satisfied with the results. Working one-on-one with Jason has allowed me to focus on specific areas of interest. He takes the time needed to map out a program that suites the needs of the customer(s) and monitors the progress on a weekly basis. I would recommend him (and Tori) to anyone wanting to get into shape without having to contend with the over abundance/saturation of people at conventional gyms.

Jason and Tori do an amazing job of listening to your goals and tailoring exercises and nutrition that will fit into your life. They are flexible and approachable. They educate clients so they are well informed of what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and what the impact will be for them. Because of this, you not only reach your goals, but you learn exactly what to do to maintain or improve in the future. I can’t recommend them enough!

Jason was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I am a runner and as I was increasing mileage I was always getting injured. I had never thought of a personal trainer before but it made total sense! I connected with Jason and explained my goals. He was super flexible with his availability to match my schedule. I have been going there for several months and I can already see and feel the difference that personal training has done for me and my running! I would recommend anyone to No-BS Health & Fitness!

I've just finished a 12-week 1-on-1 Online Course with NO-BS H&F and I am beyond pleased. From the professionalism to the results, everything was worth the time, money, and effort. I had my 4th child at the end of March and I wasn't feeling well in my physical state. I wanted more energy, I wanted more strength, and I wanted more confidence. I contacted Jason and asked what we could do to make a personal course for me since I did have 4 children, one being a newborn, and I live 45 minutes from Concord where his gym is located. Jason didn't waste any time creating a specific routine for me to complete online at my convenience. We started with short routines to get into the groove and make sure my babe would sleep through a quick 20 minute workout! Then we started adjusting the course and adding time--always at my comfort and my discretion. Everything about the program was made to work with MY schedule, MY life, MY goals. It was beautiful. Nothing was forced on me, I was never nagged, it was always a matter of me fitting another thing into my day IF I COULD. And I think that is what drove me more--that it's all on me. If I didn't complete a work out for the day, I had to be honest with myself and with Jason and then deal with the guilt of missing a day (jk, although I really did have guilt every time I missed a day). But the workout would easily be moved to the next day and the weekly line-up adjusted a bit. But I always reminded myself that it was my money and time I had invested, and that if I didn't give it my all every day I wouldn't see results and I would've wasted money and time on both our ends.
All in all, I've lost 15 pounds in the 12 weeks, gained some definition, and feel better in my clothes. We didn't get into the nutrition portion of the training, but I'm sure if we had I'd see a lot more results. With that being said, I lost 15 pounds just from working out--no "dieting" or meal changes, however I do eat pretty healthily. I would definitely recommend NO-BS to anyone looking to fit an easy, effective, fun workout into their schedule, whether from your own home or with Jason at the gym. The focus is really on you, and it's so worth it. There's no way you won't see results if you're determined and dedicated. Thanks Jason and Tori!

Jason and Tori are amazing! I don't even know where to begin. They are completely non judgemental, comfortable to be around, very knowledgeable and good at putting that information into easy to understand concepts. I have experienced various results through the past years of working out at No B.S. including weight loss, increased endurance, increased strength, and higher energy levels. I highly recommend starting a program!

I’ve been training with Jason and Tori for just over two years now and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have PCOS and it makes it very difficult to lose weight. With their 1:1 training sessions, group circuit classes and help nailing down my nutrition and macros that fit my PCOS needs - I lost 25lbs in just under a year. Since I lost that weight, I was finally able to get pregnant with my little one. During my pregnancy I gained 41lbs. I worked out with Jason and Tori up until about 37 weeks pregnant. They adjusted all of my workouts throughout my whole pregnancy, so baby and I were safe, but still staying on track. I started working out again, very minimally, at 4 weeks postpartum. Once I was cleared by my doctor at 6 weeks, we started things back up again. I’m now 4 months postpartum and I’ve lost 43lbs - I weigh less than I did when I got pregnant just four months after having a baby!!!! All of this wouldn’t be possible without their knowledge, encouragement and motivation. I highly recommend No BS to everyone looking for a serious trainer!
