I cancelled my daughter classes on September 8th 2025. As per cancellation policy i need to inform on Sep 4th so i paid Sep fees without using that facility But still they charged on Oct I contacted regarding   2 extra payments  made and also send screen shots. Still no reply. I already contacted several times regarding this issue. I did not see any refund on my credit card. I try to remove my credit from jack rabbit but there is no option i need to add another card to remove this card. I send so many emails no reply i don’t know why?

Noha's is a wonderful family run gymnastics facility. All of the coaches and staff are professional, enthusiastic and committed to the development and safety of the athletes. My daughter has been so happy here and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. It truly feels like family!

I do not take the time to leave reviews for many businesses, but Noha’s is a special place. Both of my children have participated in both recreational classes as well as the competitive teams offered at NGA. The coaches find a way to teach to the group yet somehow tailor their approach to each individual child, maximizing their personal best. Top notch coaching aside, I’ve found the family that owns the gym to be legitimately wonderful human beings with the biggest hearts. Amazing gym, best coaches and just an overall great experience.

This place is amazing! My younger sister has tried other gyms before and Noha's tops the cake. She raves about the coaches and how helpful they are as well as spending individual time with the kids to help them. Highly recommend 👌 great atmosphere 🫶

STAY AWAY!!! Bad customer service. They will cancel days and still make you pay. Recreation gymnastics is a waste of money. They only put effort into competing. Very rude staff, never receive call backs or information requested. Check all negative reviews, they all say the same thing. WAY better gymnastics in the area than this money grabbing daycare. Unless competing, Recreational and camps are just if you need someone to watch your kid. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love Noha’s! My daughter has been a part of this gym for over a year and has grown as a gymnast tremendously, but she’s also grown in friendships and confidence as well. The training and safety is absolutely top notch. The coaches deeply care and engage my daughter every week - they remember to ask her about the exciting things in her life, always making her feel welcome and loved.

We have 2 girls on team and my daughters have been at NGA since they were 4 years old. The gym space is large, with proper equipment for serious gymnastics training. We haven't been to many other gyms that have comparable equipment! We have only done competitive gymnastics at the DP level but feel like our girls are getting high level training by coaches who truly love them and treat them like family. Definitely recommend a tryout for anyone who loves gymnastics (from recreational, to Xcel, to DP).

My daughter was enrolled in a class on Monday nights for 10yr olds, it was run by a young teen with only 3 kids enrolled. They didn’t do much but she got some energy out. She didn’t really want to go anymore and stopped attending somewhere around end of November early December, maybe earlier I wasn’t keeping the best tabs. I called and LVM about cancellation, a lady called me back asking what the reason was. I explained my daughter was just not interested any more etc. she told me we were already paid for Dec and she could continue to go until the end of the month. My daughter did not ever return. When the Dec payment came out I called and she then told me I needed to send an email to cancel which I did on January 8th (monthly billing was 25-28 of the month). Mind you my daughter has now not attended for roughly two months. I got a call the 22nd of January stating they now noticed she hadn’t been in a while and was wondering why. So I forwarded the cancellation email that had previously sent. It’s now the 25th and I have gotten billed for January and a prorated amount for February. All I can say is based on the low enrollment of the class and the fact it took them several weeks to figure out she wasn’t attending despite the VM and telephone calls regarding my tries to cancel, they either have shotty book keeping, could care less and are probably hurting for money to continue to charge me at this point. Bottom line is we would never recommend this place it is very low quality and not worth the money but if you still choose to sign your kids up make sure you read the cancellation policy thoroughly, send an email everyday and probably put a block on your credit card to be sure. For me, lesson learned.

never got a chance to bring my child for private lessons. Inquired twice, left my info- nobody ever calls back after saying we can surely set something up. Giving up and looking elsewhere. A couple reviews make sense that they don't really care unless your kid is going there to learn to compete. If you just have a kid who wants to learn some flips, no call backs.

In response to Ashly Guerrier’s review. My kids have gone to Noha’s Gymnastics for many years and have had the same instructor. He is always very kind and outgoing. He is the most supportive coach we have had and loved our experience with him. We have also been very close to him and although he may be sarcastic at times he’s always very professional! he has a great heart and truly cares for everyone he coaches

In response to Ashly Guerrier, I disagree. I have had a great experience with the coaches, people, and the environment at this gym. They coached me for about three years and I could not have had a better time and experience there. So in summary I disagree with you but hope if you decide to go back that you have a better experience.

My two daughters trained at NGA for 3 and 4 years (after moving to NH from PA), both graduating as seniors in the gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, with personal experience at all levels of gymnastics from Mommy and Me classes through international competition. The facility is expansive, safe and clean. Gymnastics is not an inexpensive sport to compete in, nor run as a business, which becomes apparent when you see the size of the gym and the vast array of equipment. Classes and team practices are not crowded and are safe and well-organized, providing everyone some one on one time while others work on their skill repetitions. The owners of this gym literally work night and day to ensure that any athlete who wants to work can achieve any goal. I know my girls benefited greatly with their time there, and made lifelong friends along the way.

Had the pleasure of working an event with Noha’s Academy at our facility the NH SportsDome. If you are looking for a top notch gymnastic academy for your children Noha’s your home! Her team of coaches and her gymnastic family are absolutely amazing. Her students are the best.

DONT GO HERE! This place has NO communication and AWFUL customer service. THEY cancelled my son’s Wednesday afternoon class but they are making us still pay for it! They said we have to sign up for another day/time, and they cannot just stop charging our card. Well, there is no other class that THEY offer that we can do. It’s not our fault they have staffing issues or whatever on Wednesday. We have been calling and calling for weeks leaving message after message and emailing without any response. Crickets. The staff at the Nashua gym has sooooo much attitude and say the owner is the only one that can adjust payments but that person is NEVER there. Find another gym with staff that actually treat you the way a paying customer should be treated.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this place. Nohas is not the place to go if your child is not a professional gymnast. My 3 yo and 8 yo daughter attended classes here for a little under one year. We weren’t allowed to watch practice and the zoom cameras they set up cover the whole floor and not each particular class. On several occasions, I would walk in and see my 3 yo playing on the equipment instead of learning skills with the teacher. My 8 year old never learned any skills while at nohas. When I inquired about additional classes (thinking maybe they needed more time In The gym), I was met with outrageous prices and fees… I immediately pulled my kids out. I’ve talked to many other parents who felt the same. If you’re looking for a nice gym, start out at ymca in goffstown. They’re way more hand on than this place. Again if your child isn’t going in as a professional, they will spend little time helping them to achieve that goal. Decent staff, just poorly ran.

I brought my son to a trial class last monday only a week ago. He's 7 years old. His interests change every other day as a seasoned parent will know this. I got emailed and called multiple times this past week by this company harassing me to sign up. I was busy at work and couldn't talk. I said I'd call back. Instead of waiting for my answer. They charged my card without authorization. Whoever I talked with in corresponding emails said I wouldn't get charged unless I signed up. They don't seem like they actually care about people they just want the money. I will not be using this gymnastics academy. I'm taking my money elsewhere.

My daughter has been attending here since she was 4, it’s been 5 years this gym is the best! We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The coaches are amazing and truly care about both the physical and emotional development of their kids. It’s a great place if your looking for a solid gymnastics program that builds happy and confident athletes and have a family culture.

The coaches are a balance of supportive, nurturing, and disciplined. I feel that gymnasts are treated with respect and also are gently pushed to their potential.

If you are looking for a recreational gymnastics or a highly competitive team, or a fun birthday party, I would highly recommend NGA.

It's the best place to practice for gymnastics we found in NH. We tried several different gymnastics schools, but NGA was the only school my daughter wanted to stay in. NGA gymnastic has fully met our expectation, providing quality classes and improving our daughter skills and self-confidence.
