The coaching is amazing...helping me with form, understanding my limitations, and still pushing me to go outside my comfort zone. They believe in me, even when I don't believe in myself. It's a fun environment with so many different fitness levels...all working out together. No judgement, no pressure. Unless you encourage your neighbors to lift a little bit more. :) Music is great, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly. I really enjoy working out at Orangetheory. #RowerWeightsBike

Let me start by saying that I have anxiety about going to the gym. I decided to try Orange Theory at the recommendation of a friend. I lucked out that my first class was with coach Sarah at OTF Nashua. She has such a bubbly and positive presence, and I immediately felt comfortable. I started off slow, which was good for someone like me who was not in shape. Now, I try to go 2-3 times a week with my schedule. You would NEVER hear me say this about the gym, but I look forward to going to Orange Theory! The staff is professional, courteous, and pleasant. I also enjoy the casual atmosphere and pleasantries with the other gym-goers. The workout is challenging and effective. It was a tough start for me, but I can see the results, and I know my endurance and strength have improved over time. If you're near Nashua, NH, go to the Amherst St location. I can't recommend enough!

I wasnβt let in front desk employee since I was 7 mins late. I never knew the contract has such rules mentioned. I never had any issue in Chelmsford or Saugus area in Massachusetts. People come late by 15 mins without any hassle. Looks like there are special rules in this OTF at Amherst St, Nashua. Horrible staffs

I decided to join Orangetheory in Nashua to support my sister that was working there. The moment I walked in, I was barely acknowledged by the front desk employee. It wasnβt until my sister came over that I started receiving any sort of polite attention. Every change I had to make to my membership was extremely difficult and the desk staff was generally unfriendly and incompetent. In December, I called to cancel my membership. I called on 12/14/2022 and sign the cancellation paperwork virtually that same day. I was aware that I would be charged for my membership (that auto renewed on the 17th of every month) in accordance with their 30 day cancellation policy. This month (late February) I received multiple phone calls and voicemails that my payment had not gone through (I had a recent change to my debit card). I called to clarify that my membership had been cancelled and they apologized. I spoke with the manager, Martha, and asked if she happened to have the date that I signed the cancellation paperwork on her, as I was checking my records to see if I had been charged in January. She told me that I signed the paperwork on 12/30/2022. That is false. Upon review of the records, I had signed the paperwork on 12/14/2022, but it was not signed by management until 12/30/2022. I was unjustly charged for January and harassed about February payment because of the miracle of my debit card had changed. Had I not had that change, who knows how long I would have been charged for. I called back immediately and was told that the manager, Martha, had left for the day as they were about to close, but that they would leave a message and have her call me back. That was on Tuesday 02/28/2023. On Friday 03/03/2023, when I had still not received a call back, I called them. I explained the situation again to a desk employee and she informed me that the manager was on another phone call and that she would leave a message for her to call me back. Before I hung up, I verified that I would actually get a call back this time, and they assured me that I would. It is now Saturday, 03/04/2023, and I have heard nothing. This whole experience has been very disappointing, as I loved attending their classes. The incompetence and shady business on the membership side of things has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I have vowed never to return. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for that reason. I wish I could leave a 0 star review.

New Hampshire's best kept secret! Are you tired of going to big box gyms, waiting on machines or trying to remember how many reps / sets you've done after a long day at work? For me, I make so many decisions on a daily basis that I like to be told what to do at the gym. Walk in and just enjoy myself and not think! Imagine Group Fitness with a personalized approach. Coaches who are dedicated to making sure you're doing the exercises appropriately, giving feedback in the moment, options for any restrictions you may have, etc. It is the best 60 minutes of my day. I love burning 500-600+ calories in 60 minutes, in and out with no waiting on equipment, etc. And have I mentioned the music, the orange lights, the FUN!? Highly recommend checking out Orangetheory Fitness!

If youβre not familiar with the fitness class types here, I suggest you read up on them. I personally find them to be a good 1hr effort - not brutal, but definitely not βlightβ, challenging enough to motivate and have you push through the level of effort you walked in the door expecting to exert. I believe first-timer classes are typically free too, so worth checking out and seeing if the style of fitness is right for you.

I joined the Nashua North location almost a year ago and have never enjoyed a workout more! Coaches Grace and Jake make the workouts fun while still pushing you to better yourself. They play awesome music and are very encouraging day after day. Their positive attitudes and motivation are what bring me back every morning! Thank you!

OTF Nashua has been driving my fitness goals with me for over 5 years. Great coaches who ignite energy throughout the gym early every morning. Every work out is balanced and different - never the same and always challenging! OTF drives accountability by leading the classes with excellent coaching and high energy as well as the OTF class scheduling process urging you not to back out last minute. Theyβre handling of the facilities during COVID were top notch, and dynamic, as they safely remained in operation almost the entire duration of the pandemic.

It is truly one of my favorite places in the entire world. Itβs like a family. It has pushed me to push my body farther then I could ever imagine. And what I love the most is that I push my body to MY limit, not to the limit of the person next to me. And sometimes some days are less and some are more, but I know I give 100%. It is extremely non-intimidating and not somewhere where you should ever feel like anyone is ever judging you or trying to compete with you. We have benchmark days, but those are days where you try to beat YOUR previous times, not the times of everyone else. And trust me, the first few days you feel like you might pass away from over exertion, but it does get better, it gets so much better. And donβt get me started on the coaches. I would trust my life to these coaches, they are sincerely some of the best people I have ever met in my entire life. They care about you, they see you, and they are 1000% supporting you every step of the way. #OTFPapio

I am not a person who likes to work out! The classes are for everyone - I am not a runner and I consider myself a power walker. The classes go fast - the trainers keep you motivated and I love the countdowns! Little wins for the whole hour. I tell myself I can do that for 30 seconds!

I enjoy the changing workouts with the coach motivating and encouraging me all throughout the workout. I have had incorrect form during a few workouts, and the coaches came over to correct my form, so I appreciated the time invested in that aspect, as well. I also enjoy working out alongside everyone who motivate you when you're giving it your all. I enjoy the challenges each month to push you and feel like you accomplished something. And the music is always the icing on the top!

I was hooked after the first session! Before your first class, the trainer walks you through the workout stations and demonstrates how to use the rower and treadmill and helps you get set up with your heart monitor which links up to a large flat screen in the room that helps you track your proress. The class is well organized and fun, and the trainer helps keep everyone focused on their goals. The 55-minute class is over before you know it! They have also made modifications to help make it safer to work out.

I have tried every workout from Bootcamps to CrossFit. I have had a ton of trainers and know what to do on my own. However the workout, motivation and encouragement is nothing like Orange Theory. The coaches are amazing - they know what they doing, they know how to always modify every exercise, they are 99.9% up beat (can't always be perfect), and they get to know everyone by there name. Orange theory is very clean and has everything you would need from shampoo/conditioner to hair ties. There is something for everyone and the variety makes the hour fly by. If you hate the rower don't worry you will be moving on soon enough. I have finally found a workout & facility I look forward to going to and am sad when I can't.

I love the fast pace and high intensity. I feel like I am getting an amazing work-out and still have the ability to do it at my exercise fitness level. I love working out here. It makes me want to come back. As someone who is not very disciplined about working out, this really works for me. It takes the guess work out of what I need to plan or figure out what muscles I need to work. All I have to do is show up and do my best. Another great feature of this program is the heart rate monitor. It really helps me keep track of my workout and decide if I need to go slower or if I'm not working hard enough. Finally, I've found that the trainers are really very supportive, encouraging and completely nonjudgmental. They are also very kind and I find that they check on me a few times during the session and help me correct my posture if needed. I honestly feel that it is not at all difficult for me to be consistent with this workout. I'm really looking forward to positive change. Thank you, OTF Nashua!!!π₯°

Amazing place. Challenging at times, yes, but the end goal is achievable. The coaches push you to do and be your best. I think my favorite part is that it doesnβt matter if you work out everyday before joining, or you never worked out a day in your life - the program seems to suit everyone. Either way - you walk in motivating yourself, getting motivated by others or you yourself are the one to put the motivation in for another class member. Orange is a team - Orange is family. A great place to stay in shape or get in shape. The amazing trainers and staff make this feel more like a family than a gym. Though Orange Theory may seem expensive when comparing it to other fitness options. Give it a try and youβll learn itβs worth every penny. Nothing compares to the visual (splat points and calories) encouragement that youβll get through out your workout. The results youβll begin to see and feel from making it part of your week are priceless. I canβt imagine calling any other gym home.

I highly recommend OTF to anyone - no matter what age, shape or size. I find it very un-intimidating and the coaches and staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable and well supported as a newbie. The classes are extremely motivating and coaches really help to pump you up. The music is loud and awesome and each class is completely different so you never feel like any workout is stagnant. What's nice about the workouts is that there's plenty of ways to modify depending on your fitness level or simply how you're feeling that day. I belong to a few gyms and I always feel very challenged and great after each workout. Also, I feel like it's very clean and well maintained and also very organized and structured which I appreciate :) They always have fun contests or events going on like Weight Loss Challenges or longer workout events on the holidays which is already great! They have plenty of membership options which also makes it affordable and easy to sign up for classes as they have their own phone app so you can view the schedule along with your specific class history etc. Go for it!! :) You won't regret it!
