Love this location because it's only a stone's throw away from Dunkin' Donuts! The whole time I'm on the treadmill, I just keep muttering to myself "America Runs on Dunkin'". It motivates me to earn my 'sandwich special treat': a triple sausage patty, two rubbery eggs smashed in between two Boston Creams donuts.

I work the most with Josh at the front desk, and he is courteous, polite, and always makes sure we have what we need. He’s doing an awesome job offering great customer service! The staff has been good overall, and my wife and I are able to get a nice workout and massage at this PF too. The cryo lounge is one of my favorites. Thank you!

Planet Fitness (NW BLVD) is the best club I have ever been a member of and I have been a member of several. This year it has been greatly improved by the addition of a new club manager, Brenda Gawrys. Of all the managers I have seen at this club over the years Brenda is by far the very best. She not only does the required day to day tasks she does so much more.
If a member notifies Brenda of a machine malfunction she checks the machine out herself to see if it is something she can fix rather than just adding it the list for the Planet Fitness Repair Tech. I see her doing this often with much success. She has fixed two machines for me.
If for some reason the lockers rooms don’t get cleaned overnight, I see her cleaning those rooms when I come in in the morning. She helps out her employees in general cleaning duties, doing the walk around, dusting, etc. Brenda is always doing something to make sure this location, in my opinion, is the best site in this area. Great manager and a team player!!!!

She recently trained new employees, helped with registration and start up at the new Nashua location.

Been a planet fitness member for 15 years. I wanted to do total body enhancement, someone was in there so I was going to tan. I guess the card I have on file wasn't working so I couldn't purchase the 1$ stickers for my eyes. All the other planet fitness' I go to just give them to me if I don't have them. So they didn't let me tan. For 1$ and the amount of money i've spent on this membership you think they could just let me pay next time, or eat the $1...

I have been a black card member for a little while and have gone to various locations due to traveling for my job. Whenever I go tanning each place has those sticker eye protection for free. This place charges for those dingy things. Granted it's $1 but they are cheap throw aways. And they don't take cash so had to charge a card for a dollar. And the front desk staff looked miserable.

The sudden changing of hours open from 24 to 5-10pm is frustrating for those of us who do not live near other locations. This gym has been advertised as 24hs. Other location now is overflowing and not big enough to handle customers. Will be cancelling membership.

Clean! I used to go to the one off exit 6 but after going to this one, I'll never go back. The tanning beds are clean, I don't feel like I'm going to get scabies at this location. It's definitely worth driving g a little further.

The equipment is new. The place is clean. I've always felt like PF was a good value. You get a lot for a little $$...but I knocked one star off because of the staff. They always look miserable and bored. I had a question about the Hydromassage because I had never heard of it or used it before. The kid I asked to help me...clearly didn't want to help. Minimal effort. Cold attitude. It's been like this for a while. I used to see the same smiling faces at the desk and everyone was friendly and helpful. The vibe is so different from the staff now. I'm curious as to why and I hope to see happy faces again someday soon.

just came here for the first time. i usually go to another location. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. the manager Terry was so rude to me that I actually left before even completing my workout. She had issues over my account that could have been easily addressed if she wasn’t a hostile, aggressive person. I notice a lot of other poor reviews. Probably because the rude, threatening front desk staff aren’t very welcoming. I’ll be back at my usual location and be sure since Im local to the area that i let everyone know not to visit this location. Its a mess. Plus the women's locker room smelled disgusting and the bathroom filthy. DONT GO HERE. Planet Fitness, you can do way better than Terry!

This new location is not big enough ! They ‘downsized’ the amount of equipment and space, so it is harder to get on the equipment. There is only one set of machines for people to use. This is the he only planet fitness in NH with so little equipment.

The owner doesn’t care about their customers workout experience.. do not join this location. You will not be happy with the location. The location should have been bigger..

The previous location had better spacing between equipment and better lighting. The lighting is just such a harsh white retail light. I have also found that this location has a weird smell too. This location feels very cramped and crowded with equipment and especially during peak hours it feels like there no room to walk around. I do appreciate having more free weights and aside areas to stretch and such but doesn't have the same feel as the old location. I thought I would've liked the new location more but definitely missing the old location at NW Nashua

The new Planet Fitness in Amherst has a foul odor from the second you walk in the door and throughout the entire gym. I inquired at the front desk about the awful smell. I was told that they are aware of the issue and yet unsure of any resolution since there is sewage issue next door at Michael’s and the odor is coming in that way. Michael’s is still open so I don’t know what to believe. Other guests were talking about it smelling disgusting in the gym and most didn’t know why. I cannot work out and breath in that foul odor. It’s absolutely disgusting and such a shame because it’s brand new gym. I’d appreciate a reply from the owners. I’m calling the Town of Amherst on Monday to report this health concern.

This place used to be my favorite gym, then the move happened. We lost all of the good equipment and gained nothing but lack luster equipment that keeps breaking. Let’s not even discuss the absolutely disgusting smell that greets you on the way into the facility. So disappointing.

I agree with a fellow comment... I was hoping that the new move to Amherst would bring more equipment. I personally feel that the gym in Nashua was outfitted better. They had two of everything so you didn't have to wait and they had a better variety. Instead of adding more equipment they added more cardio way more than anybody uses. I have no complaints other than that. I find myself driving out of the way now to go down to coliseum avenue which has all the equipment we used to have .
I'm still up in the air as to stay.

Since I moved to mass very gym that is near me haven't had any trainer. They Said coliseum in nh gym had a trainer. But once I could make an appointment on the app, I get there and they tell me that they have no trainer and no classes. A trainer is supposed be one of the of the benefits. So you guys are lairs.

Their billing system is atrocious. The Billing Company handles thousands of gyms all over the world. Twice, they have been unable to take their fee from my bank account and charged me a late fee.
There is no reason why they cannot use my credit card for billing.
Other gyms are more expensive but I may be forced to leave for a gym that has more reasonable and competent billing practices.

A good layout of equipment, and lots of cardio equipment. The stretching area with the bars (see photo) is great - I wish more Planet fitness locations had these bars.

The only drawback to this location is the overhead fans, which are ALWAYS on, and at full speed 100% of the time. It makes the area within reach of the fans way, way too cold, and the breeze can be uncomfortable and annoying at times.

Went in to cancel my subscription on September 11th, apparently if you don't cancel by the 10th of the month you automatically get charged for the following month.. They said I still have access to the gym but I said, I don't want access to the gym just cancel access now and don't keep charging me. Yeah apparently that's not an option.
