I was the overnight for 2.5 years. Belmont planet fitness is horrible and horrible managers. Broke my back for this company and they throw u under the bus. Destiny is awful and sexist. She rewards bad workers that dont do anything (look at the male bathroom every morning, since I got fired its gross and smells like pee constantly.) I never took a vacation time for more then 2 days at a time but the second I take time off for longer then that for people in my life going through stuff planet fitness turns it back and fires me.

Anyone who goes there in the mornings knows I made that place look good for them and now its garbage and smells like pee 24/7.

The worker doug that is still there does nothing but sit out back and play on his games. No cleaning or nothing. Destiny rewards that.

But me cleaning and doing both mine his jobs all summer into fall meant nothing.

great gym, i’ve been going for a few years now now and it’s very cleanly and my #1 gym to go to, but i went the other day after a while, brought a friend with me, and when we got in no one was at the desk so we waited until someone showed up. when we came out of the women’s changing room after we were done changing the sign that says there’s a male working in the changing room was already up as they didn’t check if anyone was in there. then when we were finished and went to use the massage chairs etc but no one was at the desk again so we had to go out back to find someone and one of the workers was laying down on the water beds in the back room and the other was using the massage chair room as their living room with an xbox and snacks didn’t pick any of it up just let us sign in and use it which didn’t feel professional at all and we were sort of uncomfortable. (the chairs also had a bunch of dandruff on the head part when you’re supposed to wipe them down after.)

I have belonged to this facility for over 6 years and it wasn't until now that I decided to write a review. This needs to be said. The cleanliness of this facility is astounding primarily due to the tireless commitment by their weekday assistant manager. She doesn't stop cleaning for one minute. I have never seen her not doing anything. What an asset she is to Planet Fitness and to this facility. Her efforts are so appreciated!

I created my membership with my friend with the support of a male PF associate, later on they started overcharging my account by 40’s, 60’s and 90’s I went there in person and was told they could give me a refund but I never received one. I called again a few months later after I noticed that my account was still being overcharged, I spoke to another manager on phone and the entire time she was giving us attitude, incredibly rude, and hung up on me, before she even gave me a way to resolve my current issue, absolutely unacceptable the managers here aren’t helpful and whenever it seems they need to actually work they have a attitude about it.

I've been going to this gym for over a year now. Summers at this gym are hot and sometimes intolerable. The ceiling fans are small, and I don't think the air conditioner is on. The other day, it was 74 degrees in the gym—way too hot. Please install commercial ceiling fans or turn the air conditioner on. Thanks.

I usually do not post reviews, due to how in business for every good review you usually have a bad review and nobody is perfect. however I had a situation Tuesday night when I went to cancel my membership due to life changes. the employee informed me that the signature pad is down and i would receive an email within 20-25 minutes. hour and a half later ,I did not receive an email. therefore i went back with my wife and spoke to the person at the front desk. the response I received was "sorry, not my problem, call corporate. its not my fault you misunderstood" I also informed the worker that Planet fitness has my checking and routing number, so can i just get something that verifies you will not pull anything from my account? the response " not my problem" I don't know who the owner is, but you need to either get your employees customer service training, or have a better screening process for hiring. If this was my gym, I would be ashamed of owning this establishment. I wish your company the best

I travel a lot for work and have been to dozens of Planet Fitnesses. This is the worst Planet Fitness I have ever been to. It is filthy and isn’t mopped, vacuumed, or wiped down. Bench seats in the free weights area are all ripped and cracked. Fans are tiny house fans and filthy with dust caked on. The rubber is pulling up from being so worn, and is a tripping hazard. There were only 2 mats for stretching or abs on the floor, and both were in use. How is this not a violation of the Planet Fitness franchise rules?! This Planet Fitness is terrible and an embarrassment to the franchise.

You have a better chance of walking on water than you do canceling your account. The only person in their company, NATION WIDE, that can cancel your membership is the Club Manager. Good luck getting that done. Only way to cancel your membership is to hire a lawyer.

Staff refuses to accept a credit card for membership payment, wants bank account info only despite the fact that my wife's membership is paid with a card. They wanted to tell me she does not have a membership as I stand there with her membership card in hand when I asked to clarify why hers was set up this way.

Only reason for trying to add a membership is that she is pregnant so I cant use her black card to get in as a guest for a while.

So rather than be helpful they would rather lose two members. Well done PF!

Unfortunately, the tanning beds are horrible. Went this morning and there were 16 bulbs out and the whole top front wasn’t working. They have 2 beds and one of them is ALWAYS out of order so I was quite disappointed that the only functioning bed was broken. I was only going to give one star but I gave 2 because the employees were pretty nice! 3 months later, I came back and there’s 21 bulbs out in the tanning bed. It’s ridiculous, now I have to go somewhere and pay extra just to go tanning! What happened to being open 24 hours? Not this location! If you want to go tanning, I suggest going somewhere else.

My experiences with Planet Fitness have been nothing but favorable. The facility is clean, the staff extremely welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. I just had achilles surgery which limits the machines available to me and the manager took the time to show me what I could use to keep me in the groove and safe. The Belmont facility offers a huge variety of aerobic machines (plenty to share!) along with weights and machines to work whatever muscle group targeted. Plenty of cleaning stations to encourage people to do the right thing... and the price is right! All good! Big thanks to them!

The gym is fine, other locations nearby are significantly nicer though. This one is dark and the front desk staff do not even look at people as they enter/ exit they just stand there staring at their phones. This gym works for me if I need to get a quick cardio session done; otherwise I would recommend driving a bit further to the Concord or Manchester locations.

When you’re overwhelmed, overweight and an over thinker a gym can be a bit intimidating. Yet so far since the moment we stepped in this kid that works maybe mid shift or late nights has been an inspiration for my fiancé and I. Being open 24/7 was the only reason to choose PF. No longer open 24/7, no updated hours on app, you just get surprised one morning with locked doors and lights out. Also, I find it ironic the "judgement free zone" has a "lunk alarm" that sounds on a specific type of user in the gym.
