I wish I could give more stars. I recently had a severe injury at the gym and had to have an ambulance called. Not once was I left alone. They talked to me like I was still a person and lifted me up in one of the most painful moments. They stayed in touch with my family members and constantly checked on me. They even froze my account so I wouldn’t be getting charged until I was back in the gym. I came back today to a gift basket that they SPENT THEIR OWN MONEY ON. I’ve never felt so cared for. They truly care about their members.

Staff doesn't enforce the 30 min express work out area. And is extremely frustrating while trying to work out and people are using machines in random order playing on their phones taking selfie staying at machines for 10 min at a time. Other than that it's fine.

Very nice facility for the greater Goffstown area. Pleasant staff. Although this location is a bit limited by the square footage of the space, it's well equipped and only lacking on a couple of the black card perks. Their massage chairs need to be upgraded. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

This Planet Fitness location has a rather unusual layout and a noticeably small footprint compared to other locations. Despite being in a smaller town, the gym sees a surprisingly high volume of visitors, which can make the space feel cramped during peak hours.

Given its popularity, it might be worth considering an expansion—perhaps by acquiring the adjacent lot if feasible. This would allow for a more spacious facility that could better accommodate the local demand.

That said, the gym does offer nearly all the standard equipment and amenities you’d expect from a Planet Fitness, ensuring that most workout routines can still be accommodated. The staff was friendly, and the facility appeared well-maintained during my visit, which is always appreciated.

While it’s functional and meets basic needs, the limited space and unusual layout can make it feel less inviting than other locations in the franchise.

Great experience working out at the Goffstown location. The daytime and nighttime staff are always ready to answer any questions I've had and have been very helpful. I originally enrolled at another PF location but,it hadn't opened yet so I started working out at this location and haven't even seen inside of the new location.

Cheap and very basic.
Dressing room is smelling sweat and mold. Water cooler is broken or not connected to power and have no cold water. Weekends hours are not convenient as they close on Sunday at 7pm.

Good amount of space to move around. Ab & Stretch Area and 360° Training room. The men's locker room was in good 👍 shape. Helpful and friendly staff. The message chair 💺 is an older model, and sounds like one, but I liked it. WiFi available.
Only issues, weight slammers and the free weights bench had hair on it. It needs some attention.
If I am in the area and I need to visit Planet Fitness, I would come here.

Missing chest machines always a pinch point. Only two a press and fly, fly doubles as reverse delts. Several machines seldom used, swapping one rectify would be easy. Written this, talked to manager, nothing changes.

Planet Fitness-Goffstown NH

Just a shout out about how happy I am to work out at the PF in Goffstown NH. The gym is always clean, the equipment works great and if it is broke the management team fixes it right away. Lockers are always clean and seem to be consistently cleaned on a regular schedule. Nick has the team working with responsibility and pride. A good manager (Nick) gets the best out of his team. The energy level is very high, everyone looks happy working at PF-Goffstown NH. Keep up the good work.

I was excited to see rowers - yay! - however they are positioned too close together. There are only 2 in total, and really only one can be used at a time - unless you like getting elbowed every 4 seconds. That is really disappointing.

Cool well circulated indoor air is one thing I like. Large open work out room, but a little more space between equipment would help. I like the dim lighting and workout music played low in background. It's a pretty spotless gym and staff are constantly cleaning. Repairs are made to damaged equipment in a timely way. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Update - I still give the place one star but after a conversation with the manager - my membership was cancelled at my request the same day. I appreciate it as I have no plans to even darken their doors again. The manager seemed very responsive and I wish she had been there when I came in. I would probably still be a member.

Well this is a big bust.
After joining online this morning - I went to the Goffstown site today to get a key card and a tour and actually start some exercises.
I got a very fast registration and was handed my key card and told here you go. I said no tour? I have never been here before or to any gym for that matter– what do I do?
Response - Oh just find someone (may have been a mumbled name) and just start.
I wandered around still in my coat – saw no one who was not exercising. Finally asked a lady where I could hang my coat. She told me but was unsure who I would ask for help – and after all she was a patron not an employee..
I felt very unwelcomed. I went back to the front desk but two gentlemen at the counter (including the very unwelcoming person who checked me in) were very busy with about 8 people who had just entered – maybe looking to join - so there was no help there. I left.
Very unimpressed, feeling a bit taken advantage of. I will either cancel this membership or maybe join someplace else. Total waste of time and money. Either way – I do not feel any desire to return to this very unwelcoming and rather judgemental place

Been going here for 4 years, location is great, parking lot is pretty much only PF members as everything else has gone out of business here. The gym is as clean as you would expect, the equipment gets replaced every 2-3 years it seems and broken equipment is usually fixed within a few days. There is AC issues, especially in the very hot summer days and water leaks when it rains or heavy snow, these are building owner issues and I am sure don't reflect the business itself.

Typical Planet Fitness, meaning clean and reasonably well equipped. Like most PFs it doesn’t have a squat rack, just a Smith Machine. Also does not supply the showers, so bring shampoo and soap if you’re using them.

Unlike some other PFs, also doesn’t have rowing machines.

Staff dont make everyone feel welcome, the dont greet you or say anything when you leave, I've been going to gyms for years, and this is by far tge JUDGY-EST place I've ever been to. Its more like a Judgment Zone more than a Judgement Free Zone. The staff only stand around and socialize with one another like customers dont even exist when they walk in. The staff let random people to solicate that arent even coming here to work out, letting other customers trying to check in, wait until their conversations are finished, by far the least professional gym I've ever been to, and do not live up to the Planet Fitness persona.

I find it interesting that PF'Goffstown can afford pizza each month(usually cold) yet there is a light in the men's locker room which has been out for over 21/2 months Also the tv in the men's LR doesn't work and I recently noticed a large stain on the ceiling which looks like a water stain Can they not afford to maintain the facility or is it because the young staff members prefer to hang out with their buddies at the front desk ?I will give credit that when a machine is down it is repaired quickly and over all I like the gym.
