I have moved tried to cancel my membership (Non commitment membership) since August 7, 2025 and I live out of state where closest is 45 minutes away if I wanted to keep in it. I've spoke to Ray, refuse to do it asked him to have manager call me refused. Now spoke to Preston says I owe money to pay if I want to cancel. 3 months going through this, emails from ABC saying I need to contact gym. This is pure BS Fraud on a non commitment. You guys will NOT get a dime out of me . You've ignored me trying to cancel now you are on ignore. Most people ignore you, I've not but you all sure ignored me. Don't join this gym they lie to sign you up.

Shout out to Stacey! We know each other from the past but she is still the amazing woman she was back in the day. I was being helped by her awesome staff while she signed up a new member and then once she was done we were able to spend a few minutes connecting. I told her I was looking for part-time work and she is fully staffed but referred me to the Concord location and I called and spoke with Stacia? And filled out my application on indeed and am looking forward to working for of someday soon! ❤️👍

Would be 5 stars if loud sounds whether it be weights slamming on the last rep, loud exhales when pushing to failure, OR people at arms length distance screaming loud enough to disrupt me with headphones on during a set, it all should all be frowned upon in the same way. It’s a gym, weights should be slammed, exhales should be loud. Not saying loud conversation is wrong, just saying noise is noise and if an exhale half the volume of a conversation is frowned upon, then that loud conversation should also be frowned upon.

Other than that, nothing else to complain about really.

Although a great location, PF Hookset,NH has some training issues, as I have visited and recommended this location, vs my first local location,Concord NH. I found the Ft Eddy Rd a bit dirty and over populated with a membership of 11,000+ members. The goal to have less room that a packed elevator in a fire.. it made me travel over 45 minutes to find a less crowded location in Hookset, NH.
Oh well we can never pick our relatives...but we can stay home on Holidays and cook our own yummies!!!

The luster of a new gym seems to have worn off. Machines need to be cleaned, not just dusted. Cracked/worn-out padding on machines need to be replaced more frequently. The men's locker room is marginally clean. The shower stalls are disgusting, full of mold. This has been brought to the attention of management repeatedly, but nothing changes. Sorry, but I've run out of patience.

A lat pull down machine was marked with a tag out yesterday when I told your stay it was broken. A big loose bolt with a nylon locking nut on backwards so zero metal threads are on the loose metal bolt. I go in this morning. The tag out for the me home is gone and it still broken. Are you trying to hurt people?!?!?2 smith machines with snapped cables and the tag out is 8ft high in the air where no one can see it so people start to use it…. Does this $9bil company not have basic “lock out tag out” protocol that most any company has to have? Why do we pay a service fee at the start of the year when half the stuff in the gym never gets fixed. It’s just over a year old for. Can’t speak to a manager. Can speak to a general manager cuz no one has her email. Should I speak to a lawyer? Maybe they will listen. O don’t forget about the 4 bikes that don’t work also. The worst managed gym I have ever been to. On top of that you let men in girls/women locker rooms where they change. What’s wrong with you?

10 out of 10, don't recommend. They give you the hard sell on the "Black Card Membership" but then everything in the "Black Card Spa" is not working and / or the employees on duty are too busy sleeping or out in their cars smoking to assist you, so they put up a "Temporarily Out of Order" Sign so as not to inconvenience them. This has been going on for THREE MONTHS and not a single offer to refund that portion of the membership or a free month entirely. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Facility is usually pretty clean for early morning. Toilets are not the cleanest and I sometimes need to clean them myself before use. Takes an unusual amount of time (too long!) to repair broken equipment. Hit or miss if an employee is there. Sometimes a search party is needed to to find an employee to be able to utilize the "Black Card area" A "Temporarily Out Of Order" sign is on the sign in screen for "Black Card area" more often than not. It's extremely aggravating to pay for a service and not have the ability to utilize this services.

I've been into three different facilities and I've noticed the same thing, more than 10 pieces of equipment not working. They take my money every month but they don't invest it into quality service people to keep this place operating properly.

I think 🤔 this Planet Fitness reminds me of a combination of Derry and Concord. This Planet Fitness has all of the new 🆕 equipment that I have seen at the PFs I have visited. Plenty of treadmills and stair climbers. Multiple weight benches. Several cable machines. A Thirty Minute and their version of the 360° Training Area which I think was called Functional Training.
The men's locker 🛅 room was being cleaned and looked good. The changing area could have used a little attention. But there were plenty of hooks and a mirror. The shower 🚿 I used was okay. The drain had hair and some small pieces of litter. But the walls and shower curtain were in good condition.
The massage chair 💺 was relaxing. The associate I interacted with was friendly and professional.
This is the first PF that I have seen with vending machines. The 📛 name is Vicky. You can buy sports or health drinks and food.
Plenty of plaza 🅿️ parking.
I recommend this PF and if I am in the area, I will use it again.

This location is absolutely beautiful and the shift leader for 3rd shift was amazing and very educational, however, the employee named ARI was very very rude, and was judgmental. She said “I wish I could say something but I would get fired if I did.” After Ari had my friend and I waiting over 10 min for no reason just rolling her eyes the whole time and catching an attitude…. I came here with a friend expecting a gym that is a “judgment free zone” but couldn’t even ask the employee a simple question and was met with nastiness.

After cancelling in early March, noticed a $59 charge from Planet Fitness on April 12. Considering I had canceled a month ago, not sure why this happened. I called and it was supposed to be taken care of, but the money is still not in my account.
EDIT: I waited 10 business days for my refund. Called 2 more times, (May 1and 2) to be told that it's taken care of, I just have to wait 10 MORE business days for my money. Funny how they can take your money instantly, just not put it back the same way. Not ok.
EDIT 2: Got the money back, only took 5 weeks and a whole lot of aggravation.

Come here everyday at night. Had an issue with a guest making one of my friends uncomfortable to the max, the desk staff John and Kyle handled it perfectly and took care of the problem with the man staring inappropriately

Was turned away from the gym even though my black card membership showed active status. Disappointing to pay for a membership to something that is so eager to turn you away. would not recommend this location, especially if you originally signed up at another location.

Nice set up and not as busy as other locations. Find it irritating that the evening staff (all 4 behind the front counter) are constantly on their phones and not greeting or saying goodbye to gym goers. This is rude and inconsiderate to the PF policies. I have also seen employees working out while in uniform 3 times now on smith machines and free weight benches. As a past PF employee and 10+ year customer, it’s easy to say that this is not a good look!

This was the first time i was here, and honestly, the place seemed fine. The main reason I didn't give a five-star review is because you can't adjust the exercise bikes peddle strap. I asked the staff if i could adjust it, and they said i could not.

Hooksett PF. This place is nice but smaller than the others in the area. Can get packed. Some of the new tread mills have sticking or non working speed/incline buttons on the handles, which can be a nuisance. Also, some of the heart monitoring handles don't work or take forever compared to the older models.
I am seeing much more of the younger crowd(13-17) exercising, which is good. Start young, stay young. Wish they had a separate room for those who want to stretch as they tend to take up prime space in front of some workout areas/mirrors. The staff is friendly. I have lost 15lbs in under two months. Can't beat the price of the membership.

So, this planet fitness just opened. It is the best PF location that I have ever used, because it is brand new. Everything is clean, all of the equipment is brand new, it has a perfect layout. But, MASSIVE but, this location is FILLED with children. I don't mean teenagers, CHILDREN. I have only been here four times now and I have already seen 5-6 children that can not be more than 12 years old, some of them unattended by adults as well. It blows my mind that this is even allowed.
