I went here for 2 weeks and stopped because it was too far I've gotten 4 30$ returned check charges from my bank because they keep trying to charge me 69$ for a 15$ month membership it won't let you cancel on the app they want you to mail a letter or go to the home club which is an hour away shits ridiculous read the fine print doesn't matter what you sign up for they'll charge you 54$ on week 3

The gym has plenty of equipment, is kept clean, and is a nice place to work out. I do miss the later hours, but its still the best option for me in Keene.

The staff make the real difference, they are always friendly and helpful. They have shown me how to use different machines when I have asked. When I had to call them with a billing issue, Sarah took the time to double check that everything had been resolved. Keep it up!

I was handicapped from a stroke in 2019...and planet fitness is around my corner from me so with my walker i walked there to airport dr. My stroke gave me brain damag and other health issues..but i paid for 6 months and went 6 times or more..however cuz my stage 2 copd and stage 3 heart failure i did my best with what i could do..the workers there made me feel comfortable however i am attending physical therapy weekly now across town..with direct therapist...who see to my every needs and know my limits...thank u planet fitness..

I love going to this club, but the past couple weeks have gone downhill. I don’t feel comfortable with this new manager, he’s going up to patrons and saying they can’t pump eachother out, saying that men working out are making women uncomfortable but then proceeding to corner a woman on the treadmill for a while (she was visible uncomfortable), and honestly it’s creating an environment where people aren’t comfortable to be their true selves when working out, but also one where it’s a deterrent. That, along with firing all of the staff that made planet fitness a wonderful environment, or forcing them to quit due to this “managers” behavior.

Great for the price. I wish they opened earlier than 7am on weekends. Also, it would be amazing if the "30 min circuit" machines were available on the weight machine floor for use outside that area. For many, they are just more acceptable and better machines than what's available and not everyone needs to/wants to do the 30-minute circuit.

Tabi is by far one of the shining stars at this facility. At the end of a work day when I am exhausted and heading in to tan or workout,Tabi is there to greet with a smile no matter what and make your day brighter. If I could leave a zero review I would. Absolutely ridiculous closed at 7:00 on a Monday when the website says open I drive 40 minutes each way to come here. This has been a on going issue. Closing early. This place needs to stay permanently closed since they clearly don’t care about their paying customers!!! The facility is clean well-kept. I have always been frustrated by the lack of bench and squat freeway capability, but that was a reasonable trade-off for convenience. I have come back to start working out after a long break and I have been trying to use the 30 minute circuit, the sign says that that area is for the 30 minute circuit only and it is monitored so that patrons conform . My most recent visit had at least five people hopping around to whatever machine they wanted, sitting on them for five or more minutes. It got to be the point where I had to go use the machines in the weightlifting area just finished my workout. If I can’t get the strength workout that I want or the convenience that I want I don’t know why I’m paying for a membership especially a black card that I am now.

I am strongly considering my options as far as canceling this membership. Hoping it improves.

The only reason I got a membership here was because it was 24 hours. I work nights so now they are closed before I even get out. It is incredibly dirty to market as 24 hours to then just switch to incredibly different hours. Responding to anyone who has an issue with this that, "hours are subject to change", is not only a poor excuse, but actively insulting and making this decision even worse.

Showed up at my regular time for a 9pm workout on Friday after a busy week. Closed with no notice. I have seen many Planet Fitness chains in this area change their hours with no notice. Will be seriously considering cancellation and switching to an Anytime Fitness membership which is always open 24/7.

Planet Fitness is know for its 24/5 schedule. Keene has a variety of gym options, some of which offer more amenities than Planet Fitness. The hours are what attracted me to the gym in the first place. Planet Fitness has become less attractive due to the change in hours of operation. It’s time to stop marketing what you can’t offer.

It's a over packed hangout for the college kids until 9 pm and then your able to get on a machine or actually enjoy your workout. Men's locker room an uncomfortable hangout, and always dirty and trashy. Also just came again at 8 pm and the employees working don't seem to care about all the hanging around on machines like it's a day camp Wich for some of us who like to come and get a solid exercise in and leave can't do that because yet again sitting there waiting and waiting. There should be strict policy of no hanging around and or on machines. Tonight in the men's bathroom both toilets were full to the seat with toilet paper and fecies ! Was here 20 minutes and left . Not impressed as a black card holder.

Loosing its charm. I have been going to Planet Fitness for a couple of years now. Due to the fact that I travel for work, I really enjoy certain aspects of this place. Lately, however, it has been less and less convenient. My biggest complaint is that many of the locations are no longer 24hrs. That was a big selling point for me. As it is, if you work a 9-5 job, you will struggle to find time to go, especially if you need extra time to shower there. Just now, I had to leave the gym at 10pm because they are closing, although the website says they are open until 12am. If you plan to work out and it's not the middle of the day, I suggest calling ahead to ensure your workout won't be interrupted.

Please note the five stars. This gym is excellent and the staff are completely awesome at their jobs.

That being said this gym has a little cluster of about ten older men who like to hang out and chat there. There are only two machines on the entire floor that have no copy - and they routinely sit on them and chat. Not any other machines, just those two.

So folks have to belly up and confront them if they want to use them. It’s on purpose, to pick little fights and they’re being adorably immature bullies.

The good news is a fair number of women over 50 at this gym don’t have time for that kind of nonsense. So back them up and they will have your back too.

The staff are not to blame for this and I’m relatively sure they’re not even allowed to ask them to change what they’re doing or get off the machine.

Well after being sick on and Off throughout the pandemic I hadn't been able to attend the gym in about 4 to 6 months. I was able to contact 4 memberships and 3 of them where more than gracious and understood the pandemic and illness and where able to refund some if not all club fees.However when talking to local pfit AND their corporate headquarters i was told just cancel or take a free month of the gym! Completely disgusted that no one even blinked an eye or cared enough to consider the adverse time we are and have been in for 2 yrs now. Now i wasnt expecting gum drops and rainbows that isnt realitybut I would have thought customer care would have been on the list. Extremely disappointed.

Set the scene, had canceled my membership in October, due to personal reasons, decided to rejoin in March on a “renew three months free” promo. Everything was great till I got logged out of the app and lost the member number to log back in. No problem just call and get it back right? Wrong! Called and I haven’t been a member since October, what?! Well I’m still being charged now, so how do we fix that? Nope you’re not a member contact our billing department, did that, same story. Finally contacted my bank to stop all payments taken directly from my account. Month goes by. Look at my account again and NOW they’re charging my debit card instead of taking it out directly. Not only that double charging for my OLD black card membership and now the newer base membership. NEVER give them your banking information. The gym itself is nice and clean but not worth the added stress and hassle of everything else. I’ll stick with the YMCA for the same price thanks.
