The staff here are very active and unusually forward. Friendly but a little disarming- i looked it up and this might be the first planet fitness ever? So that makes sense. They're like worried you're a secret shopper. That's cool and the club is clean and well organized but also there's no hot water in the showers which is one of the base line things I need planet fitness to do.

This is by far the largest and cleanest Planet Fitness I have been to. I switched from the Zoo to PF and don’t regret it! The people who come here are kind and respectful and the staff is amazing, friendly, and always kind. They seem to enjoy being there unlike other Planet Fitness facilities I have gone to in the past.
Highly recommend choosing this one over others in the general area!!!

Staff was rude when I entered with a friend and mentioned I’m a member but didn’t download the app yet. All my info is in the system. As a black card member, I should feel comfortable going to any location. Older employee was condescending to the point where I walked out, as I walked out he was laughing at me. Worst planet fitness experience I’ve ever had.

It would be nice if they cleaned their bathrooms. But when informed about the lack of cleanliness the man at the front desk said *this isn't a bathroom facility*. Im not sure why they offer bathrooms if not meant to be used. Hopefully they wipe down their equipment better than their counters and floors.

Price is great for what I get—lots of space, equipment is clean and well taken care of, the hydro massage chairs are wonderful. However, the highlight of this location is its staff! Mateus, Keith, Ashley, Tyler, and Ana have all been super kind to my wife and I. They’re always very helpful, attentive, and overall—offer great customer service. I’m sorry if I’ve left anyones name out because you all do such an amazing job, and are the main reason we keep coming back. It’s hard to find good people who genuinely care about others or their own job, and you all are exceptional at both of those things. Please give them a raise, because they’re doing great! The gym is big and really nice. The environment was designed with appropriate bathrooms, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired — there was poop in one of the showers two days in a row! 💩

However, Mateus’ service was very welcoming. He’s bilingual, which helped us a lot since we’re Brazilian, and he was very kind and friendly — unlike most employees we’ve encountered at other locations in the chain.

They have just about everything you could want. The only things they are missing are a cryo room and a sauna room, both good for recouping after a good workout.

Quick edit. Went here 2:30 in the morning. I worked out for an hour and 45 minutes. I saw the person working twice in that time. As I was leaving I wanted to buy a drink but gave up after waiting 15 minutes at the desk. Awesome place during the day but not so great at night

Overall the gym isn’t too bad. Most of the staff is friendly, but it is irritating they don’t follow their own rules and consistently have people doing full workouts on singular machines in the dedicated 30 minute workout area. They also allow people to clutter up the limited space near with their bags and coats. Location is convenient, however I tend to use a further one due to these issues.

Worse experience ever. I arrived 20 before close to take just a quick shower and the door was already locked and the very rude attendant said he not gonna allow me to enter because he need to get home at 10pm. Don’t trust the open hours posted! DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. 11/01/25

One of the better PFs around and I have been to pretty much all of them in the Southern NH and NE MA area. Place is well lit, clean and very well equipped. The staff is very nice and keep up with maintaining the equipment as I have never noticed a machine being out of service for more than a couple of days, thats not the case with some of the other local PFs. I started coming to this location since they opened and I am glad to say that the level of satisfaction coming to this location has not gone down since the beginning, hope the management takes care of the staff as they are very welcoming, courteous and through with their work and patrons.

Won't be coming back to the Daniel Webster location!!! TYLER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND A FRIEND QUESTION US ON WHY WE WANTED A KEY CARD THEN ACCUSES US OF HANDING THEM OUT TO ALL OUR FRIENDS!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There's enough equipment that I don't find myself waiting long for the machines. I'm recovering from a long string of surgeries including 6 joints, my throat and heart. This is the ideal place to do this.
The black card membership is worth it because I can use whatever gym is open including 24 hour gyms near me. Tanning booths and beds plus massage chairs make it almost complete.

If I could add one thing it would be a pool.

Nice location with a nice view looking out over the hills of South Nashua and Hudson. Just wouldn't recommend going after 3pm. I found the crow gets increasingly less courteous and self aware after that time.

The gym is clean and there is a lot of equipment, which is fantastic. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also offer some great amenities for black card members, which is what I signed up for. My only complaint is that they advertised there would be personal training available and there is not which is disappointing and I will have to find elsewhere. Also, this is a 2-story gym and there are no restrooms on the 2nd floor which is very inconvenient. Overall, I do recommend this gym.

Great place to work out! New site with brand new equipment. Clean and well organized. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Kathleen was particularly enthusiastically helpful. She seems to enjoy working there... good sign! Clientele is quiet and friendly... definitely lives up to the "Judgement-free zone" ethic PF encourages.
