I called this Planet Fitness to figure out how to move my membership to another town, since I haven’t been able to go for almost two years. I explained that I was confused about the process, but the person who answered the phone was unpleasant, impatient, and dismissive. His tone of voice was completely inadequate for someone providing phone support—rather than helping me, he treated me as if I was stupid, hung up on me, I called back asking that I want to talk to the manager, and he told me that no one was there to help and to call back after 9 a.m.—even though I was calling at 12:30 in the afternoon.

This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better support and respect as a member, and I’m disappointed with the way I was treated. How such place does not have someone to help with something that I consider not complicated. If the reason for this behavior was about something I did not understand, it was because I was lost trying to get help, besides that, English is not my first language.

I've been going to this gym for five months and have never had any problems. My husband went yesterday and they wouldn't let him in just because I wasn't there. No employee let him in. Does anyone know where I can file a complaint, since I called and didn't get any help?

Ladies bathroom is always disgusting. Lockers rusting, 1st thing in the morning@6am showers are filthy. Has to be the dirtiestiest club around. Hate when im working in the area and have to resort to this location

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I visited this gym last Friday, and from the moment I checked in, Nika—the staff member on duty—was in a noticeably bad mood and treated me poorly right from the start. Despite being a veteran and a long-time customer who had paid for over a year, I was met with disrespect and unprofessionalism from Nika. In fact, I felt practically pushed out of the gym. Because of this rude behavior, we decided to cancel our membership. It’s really disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism.

This place is literally never busy. I love it. I would say the average age group at this facility is 40 and above. There is no riffraff or any judgment at all. Everyone is there to get their workout in and go home.

one of the better planet fitness locations that recently went through a redesign to make it considerably less functional. They scrapped the only good back machines you can find in a planet fitness in favor of another “functional strength” area centered around kettle bells and empty space. some of the changes may have been necessary, most of them are just baffling. they made this gym significantly worse for basically no reason. but hey, at least it isn’t full of 13 year olds like every other PF seems to be.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Equipment is easy to use, but for any reason you have problems fellow members are more than happy to assist. Facility is very clean. Only downfall is they do not have a trainer (which is advertised) and no classes. Otherwise this is the best gym in the area. I highly recommend.

Honestly i've been to the area maybe a dozen times but never used my PF pass.

I have to give 5 stars because they're have a full-length mirror in the locker room. I wish all PF did but most don't.

I went about 7 am: it wasn't nearly as packed as I was expecting. It was very clean - especially for a 24/7 gym - & the goth chick at the front desk was very warm & friendly.

(I dont know who needs to hear this but the employee who gives a warm "GOOD MORNING :)" at 7 am can really set the tone for somebody else's day. Bless them)

Always packed.... Thought it would lighten up since the new PF opened in S. Nashua.
One thing that I found annoying is the lack of courtesy. One guy dropped his giant duffle bag on a bench and set up his tripod to record himself ...I normally wouldn't care but 3 of us were working in the space and using the bench... People just ask! Also, this gym... notorious for people leaving their weights on the Smith machine... Seriously, grow up and put your toys away... 🤷 Other than that it's a good gym.

I joined PF in Feb this year. The gym is large, spacious and fenomily clean, especially with so much in and out traffic. I always see the staff cleaning every time I am there. And if there's an issue you bring up whatever it may be it's fixed asap. All the equipment is always operational, and rarely a machine will be down and if so it's fixed asap. The staffs courtesy and the feeling of being greeted and welcomed is fenomily exceptional! I have been to other PF's, and never get that welcoming unfortunately. I am very happy with this gym and BIG thank you to the colliseum ave PF crew for all the kindness and hard work you do! I was looking for a 24 hour Planet Fitness because I was going to the one in Billerica and it’s not 24 hours anymore. I came across with this PF in Nashua and loved it! I was also looking for a personal trainer and Started training with Vinny in September 2023. Since a started with him I’ve lost weight and he’s been helping achieve my weight goal little by little. He makes every workout count and always make it worth the time. I train 1 hour 3 days a week and it’s been a roller coaster ride but for the best. I recommend him to anybody who need to achieve any goal at all.

The experience I had at this Planet Fitness was amazing! The gym on north west was closed and decided to give this location a try, safe to say I felt included and comfortable in the environment. The machines were definitely an adjustment and some of them didn't work right, or I wasn't using them right, however the employees made up for it. Ethan in particular was very helpful and enthusiastic in helping me find my way around the gym, and was super understanding about my confusion. In addition to that, the free wifi was a surprising bonus, I was able to enjoy my music hassle free I would absolutely come back without hesitation the next time I need to get a workout in.

I never write reviews, but this one employee made me have the effort to do so. Around 6:30-7 am I was having alot of trouble navigating the gym. (first time gym member lol.) And Ethan was more than inclined to help me navigate throughout the gym. I visited the location on December 11, 2023. The men’s locker room was dirty and nasty. Urinals didn’t work. Showers were nasty. Toilets were clogged with hand towels. There were many broken pieces of equipment on the exercise floor. Some pull down machines were unusable, no pins to hold bars. Do yourself a favor, avoid this planet fitness like the plague.. this is unusual for PF to allow such a nasty gym.. Guam was also packed with people and especially kids at 530 pm.
