I have very much enjoyed being a member at PF for the past 4 months or so. Since summer has come to an end I’ve been able to be on a regular schedule with workouts. I like that it’s friendly,clean,convenient, and that it is so affordable. But most of all I have enjoyed my workouts with Nic H.the trainer available there. He is always a positive supporter, and motivator in helping me on my journey to better myself.

A+! Not that busy, (depending on when you go of course) so you can usually find free equipment. Also they have a personal trainer! His name is Nick Hannon and he is full of great knowledge from extensive training and personal weight loss experience. Great job Planet Fitness West Lebanon NH!!!

Nick Hannon is the best trainer out there! He is a great listener, easy to talk to, and very skilled in his profession. Every workout with him I learn something new and leave more energized and happier than I was before.He is humorous while being professional and efficient.

This place was incredible! The team was so polite and helpful. There was a young lady, I think her name is Taylor that I was asking questions about the machines, she introduced me to the trainer, Nick.

I was very scared to come workout at the gym and he was very kind and even told me about how he had lost over 200lbs and became a trainer. It was encouraging to get help from someone who understands the struggle of weight-loss. Nick and Taylor was so helpful. I will definitely visit this location the next time I come to New Hampshire. Almost makes me wish I lived there just this gym.

Shortly after getting my membership I had some personal and medical struggles making it difficult to go to the gym as well as getting behind with the fees, I reached out to the manager Jeff who was super understanding and treated me like a human and showed concern for my health and worked with me to settle my account. I plan to reopen my membership as soon as my health issues are better. Thank you Jeff from the bottom of my heart I appreciate your understanding and kindness!

The Men's locker room has only one shower designed for people with disabilities. (It has handlebars for support, a fold-down seat, and a movable shower head.)

Unfortunately, it is not designated as such--as it should be. I approached several employees about adding a "handicap" placard to the wall next to it. Their response(s) ranged from disingenuous to condescending, and the club's continued lack of support is testimony to their lack of compassion for those in need.

I have been witness to more than on occasion where another member's indiscretions have exascerbated the situation.

This is, by far, the cleanest, most well-equipped PFit I have ever been to. I travel all over the place and I wish this location was closer to me! The manager was on duty while I was there and he was cleaning, interacting with guests, not standing with his face in his phone like many others I have seen, I will go out of my way to visit this location in the future, I am so impressed.

Really great until you try to cancel your membership. They make it ridiculous,. Jeff is the rudest person I've ever experienced in that gym and in customer service in general. I see a lot of folks have experienced the same treatment from him so I feel better and it completely validates my experience.

When calling to report the lack of customer service, I spoke to Jeff. As I'm trying to explain the situation and say I want to cancel my account. I am abruptly told WE ALREADY CANCELED BECAUSE WE WONT TOLERATE BULLING OF OUR STAFF.
Watch the camera. I left saying I'd report it. How is that a bully. Clearly none of them have customer service expertise! I will be taking this to corporate level. The first time I had issue with the lazy kid, he charged full price 3.50 for a water. I am black card member therefore half off of drinks. As I tell the kid this he starts listing the ones that are not half off. Which water was not a part of. When I politely say ok so water isn't on that list, he looks at me spaced out. Oh I'll deal with it later I'll just have my manager refund you. WHY IF YOU WERE PAYING ATTENTION YOU WOULD SEE I DECLINED THE PAYMENT SO YOU CAN DISCOUNT IT! THEN THAT WAS AN ISSUE AND HE COPPED ATTITUDE. I LET IT GO AND NOW HERE WE ARE. I WANT I COMPLETE REFUND AND BETTER NOT BE CHARGED FOR EARLY CANCELATION WHEN IT IS ON THEM.
I will say Matt and the rest of the evening crew have all been professional. Know what customer service is. Over all experience at night was always 👌 💯. Every run in with the other kid and today with Jeff is appalling.

Taylee n Lisa are the nicest ladies ever so understanding of mental health! I’m a Marine n just a humble Cpl of Marines. Been out for awhile but it seems like yesterday n the crew at Planet Fitness is so understanding! Thank you for making me feel like I belong, thank you for making me feel like I matter n deserve to be here at Planet Fitness in Lebanon NH! It is a great experience. I have social anxiety, specially in a gym, but PF made sure I was comfortable. The entire place is extremely clean and there are cleaning stations all through the gym and people do clean up after themselves. The staff is nice and friendly and there's no dearth of gym equipment. Their black card is just an amazing deal. It's $25/mo, and you can bring a guest anytime, use any PF branch, and you can cancel your membership anytime. The other thing that makes this deal really great is their spa. Their massage chairs were so relaxing for my back. They also have tanning, whole body enhancement, hydromassage etc. It really is a holistic experience.

I've been coming here the last two months. Its mostly at night due to my availability. I have to say for a gym it's very clean and neat. The people who are on at night are very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Riley and Tyler L please keep up your phenomenal work. I appreciate you both. I did try coming in on the weekend mornings and was greeted less than pleasantly. I have come to find out the gentleman that is rude and treats you like a burden when coming in is actually the manager Jeff . I will not be returning to mornings and will be sticking with my nights. It's unfortunate.

I tried a day pass to check it out. I am a member of another gym locally but it's always good to see what the options are as I like-don't-love my current gym and would consider changing if I found something better. This place is new so everything is in good shape. There is a good mixture of equipment with something for almost everybody. My biggest complaint is that they play music. This was fine decades ago when the only option for personal music was a Walkman which was not amenable to working out. These days, everyone has a phone with their own music and earbuds. I want to listen to my own music and having someone else's playlist blasting over the speakers is really intrusive as I could hear it even over my noise-canceling earbuds. If they recognize that it's 2024 and everyone listens to their own music, I might come back as I really liked the place.

I am not a gym junkie by any means but I tagged along with a friend this morning to work out. This place is amazing! The machines are so much more functional than what I remember from weight rooms of years past. Bright, neat as a pin, music was pleasant (not too loud for 6AM, but loud enough to pump you up a bit), and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Wow this gym is 🔥🔥 the staff was kind enough to keep me posted on when they open, everything is fantastic equipment, has the all the machines I'm used to using plus some I've never seen. Plenty of free weights, benches etc, tons of cardio options if that's your thing but for weight lifting, love it, huge, open lots of space between machines, clean. Also few bucks more the black card, worth it if you have pain you're dealing with helps work out things with the massage chairs/hydro massage. Also freaking prices are fantastic especially comparing to all the outrageous local options. Just go, try it.
