My only complaint is not coming here sooner. The last 2 gyms I went to quickly had a more commercial experience to it and were always crowded. I’m normally the only one here when I go. During the week if I go theres still normally only 4 people. Bob and another guy I met gave me great advice for weight loss and pointed me in better directions than I initially had for weight loss that helped me a lot. Bob charges a lot less than the last gym I went to and the experience is so much better than I’ve had prior. Definitely recommend

I've been at the Powerzone for several years and love it! The owner Bob is extremely knowledgeable and offers tremendous personal training services. Powerzone has everything you need and nothing you do not. 24/7 access in a clean and well equipped gym, what more do you need? C'mon down and sign up, you wont regret your decision.

Join this gym!! I should've left a review sooner but you know how when things are good you don't always leave a review, but I gotta come on here and say this is an excellent gym. I have been going to this gym for 3 years and I've never waited on equipment, never had issues as a woman, and the membership pricing is MORE than fair. Great mix of machines, free weights, deadlift platforms (and Bob the owner allows chalk), even got a hack squat machine and the lying down hamstring curl machine. Clean gym and nice people. The owner is kind and runs a great gym. I'm a competitive powerlifter and most people there do general lifting for fun/health etc. and there is enough space and equipment for everyone. And as a powerlifter I've had everything I need and then some here. I've brought friends here too who do general lifting just for fun and health and they liked it. Also 24/7 card access. If you're looking for a gym in the area don't look anywhere else.

PowerZone is a cozy little gym with affordable rates. The equipment is well-maintained and the gym is clean. 2 power racks, deadlift platform, a good selection of dumbbells, lots of machines, a few treadmills, spin bikes, and a rower. Excellent personalized one-on-one personal training is available at astonishingly affordable rates. 24-hour key card access makes it easy to work out on your schedule. The regulars are friendly and welcoming.

I had the most fun working out in this gym preparing for a powerlifting meet. Not really a gym for anything but weightlifting and strength sports though.

I’ve come here for the last 2 years on & off. Every time I go, the place is spotless and if anybody is there with me they are always kind. My previous injuries make it hard sometimes, but Bob (owner) and the other gym goers are always supportive. Definitely the best gym I have been to since moving back to New England.

Excellent! Just the type of gym I was looking for. No frills, just plenty of weight, benches and lifting platforms, with a few machines sprinkled in. I signed up on the spot!

A small, but well equipped gym for powerlifters, Olympic lifters, bodybuilders and strength athletes. 24 hour access let's you come whenever you want. Often times you are the only one there, and you can blast your own music and enjoy yourself.

They have two squat racks, 3 bench presses (one of which is a brand new competition bench at the time of this review) two deadlift/Olympic platforms, lots of barbells, plates, boxes etc. You can use their lifting belts, straps, and other gear for free. They have a leg press, leg extension, leg curl, pec deck, pull down, and two cable machines. They also have three treadmills, two bikes, and a rowing machine.

The owner Bob is great and provides top notch strength training, powerlifting coaching, and weight loss training. The best gym I've ever been to despite being the smallest. It feels like your own personal gym, and everyone who goes there is very nice. Can't recommend this place enough.

Solid gym. Has a good atmosphere and community. The owner, Bob, is very kind and passionate about lifting and training. They have all the equipment you need and nothing you don't need. Escape the commercial gym atmosphere and give Power Zone a try. Whether you are a serious lifter or an average Joe it is a great gym!
