I was desperate for a program that could help strengthen my skeletal support system while accommodating my medical restrictions. My goal was to increase and maintain mobility, alievate pain, and delay the need for medical assistive devices at a young age. Well, that goal has been achieved and surpassed thanks to Practical Progression! In only 1yr with the program, I am stronger than I ever have been, standing tall with incredible posture, and down 40lbs, which was a welcome, yet unexpected aftereffect! The results are not only being recognized by my Doctors and Surgeons, but also by friends, family, and even strangers! If I can achieve these results being over 50yrs old, with chronic pain, anyone can!

I joined Practical Progression in November 2022 after seeing the progress that several of my coworkers were making on the program. I was nervous to work with a trainer and skeptical that it could really be just once per week. Once I began to work with Trainer Kaylee and follow the program I began to notice changes in my weight and body. Slowly and consistently the weight came off and my levels on the program increased. I always look forward to completing my weekly workout and seeing how I’ve progressed. I’d recommend this program to anyone considering it.

Most of my life I struggled with an eating disorder. I struggled with accepting how I looked. Only when I started working with Andrew at Practical Progression have I finally learned to accept myself. Through Practical Progression, I now can look in a mirror and like what I see. I no longer struggle with an eating disorder and Practical Progression has taught me how to focus on strength and stabilize my weight! I highly recommend this program. We are so lucky to have this program in our area! Andrew's approach to fitness is unlike any other method I have tried. The goal is longterm sustainable results. I gave this program a try after chatting with a friend who had recently started it.... and I'm so thankful I did! Andrew celebrates his clients' wins (both on and off the scale), and supports them through their challenges (we all have them!). He encourages you to push yourself, and acknowledges this isn't a quick-fix process.... it's a lifestyle change.
