At Primal Health and Fitness, we are the home of CrossFit Souhegan, our goal is to help you achieve success in health and fitness through the programs of CrossFit, Personal Training, Mindset and Nutrition Coaching. I have been trying to get back into regular workouts post-surgery from a car accident for the last year. Coach Selena welcomed me for my consultation and answered any questions I had while making sure the class structure was going to be a good fit. I have then been fortunate to have Selena as my coach for my first 2 morning classes. Coach Selena is very knowledgeable and keeps the workouts moving while providing tailored 1:1 form and scaling suggestions to everyone (including myself) during the workouts. She makes the workouts achievable in realtime. I feel like I'm getting the benefit of a group class alongside focused 1:1 personal training. Ihave finally found my home gym, and I know I will be able to get back to athletics while working with Coach Selena. I highly recommend Selena and Sohegan Crossfit. Amazing coach and a well equipped CrossFit gym with a great group of people supporting one another to be their best selves. Five stars.

Well, when I first read this text I thought…why just this class? I’ve been out of CF for 2+ years. I walked into your gym to check it out and she had me signed up before I left. It’s going on week two, I’ve gone from 3 times a week to unlimited.
It sounds like I’m talking about myself but it’s actually the opposite. It’s been so easy to stay home, now after being in her classes, I can’t miss a day. Selena watches, listens and adjust to where I am in my fitness journey. In such a short time she understands my goals and how to push me. Mentally and physically.
I am not sure how many members you have but to have a coach who not only knows her stuff but also understands each and every person. I’ve been in CF a long time overall. I have been in a lot of gyms. Selena is one of the top coaches I’ve had.
As far as today’s class, great as usual.

Love how Coach Selena incorporates games frequently into the warmup. She’s an extremely technical coach, which I appreciate a lot. Always great to check on each member and work with them on modifications that works with their current skill level and pushes them to improve and get to their next level of fitness.

What can I say about a gym that has made my life so much healthier? I have been a member for over TEN years and my health, strength and well-being has improved immensely! I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful coaches that teach, encourage, and support everyone of their Athletes.

Coach Selena is great ! She gives everyone the individual attention they need. Today she reminded me about pushing down on the bar when I’m doing toes to bar and it makes such a difference. When I’m in the middle of a workout, I tend to forget the little things and she’s right there to remind me! CFS coaches are amazing💪🏻😀

I’ve been going for a few months. Positive experience, I often struggle with mobility and proper form and they coaches I’ve had hesitate to offer corrections and guidance. In addition, they are thorough with workout explanation and warm up, which is helpful to me with less than a few months into this experience. Grateful for the experienced and patient instructors on the team.

I’ve recently started my journey back into getting healthy & CrossFit Souhegan is my tool. The coaches have been unbelievably helpful. They modify the exercise as needed and give advice when needed. The rest of the members are incredibly encouraging!! They cheer you along, congratulate you when finished as well. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner.

My favorite place to be. I was a member for 4-5 years about 2-3 years ago, struggled with time while working in my degree. Graduated and CrossFit Souhegan was the first place I went to get back on track with my fitness goals! The community is like no other and the physical and mental results I’ve seen within myself at this gym make very burpee worth it!

All ages, all fitness levels! You will never get a better workout anywhere else, and also feel so strong physically, and mentally, each time. Great coaches, inviting community. The music starts and you can just zone in on your workout, while being surrounded by others doing their own work which pushes and motivates you! Try a class!

I joined CFS in the spring of 2022 and have gained not only muscle, but friendships, a community, and a shift in mindset! The individual coaching I receive from Levi Daniels has been the catalyst for breaking barriers inside and outside of the gym. He has taught me breathing techniques, mobility work, aerobic training, and a progressive lifting program. It is so much fun leaving my comfort zone and learning these new elements!

I joined CFS in September of 2022, when I first walked in for the tour, I wasn’t in the best head space. I was nervous, I had very little to no confidence, I was depressed and constantly breaking down. I felt like I was in a constant war with myself physically and mentally. I was graciously greeted by one of the coaches who gave me the tour, I felt very comfortable in this environment and explained to her what I was struggling with and what I was looking for and they really delivered!
After the tour, I made the decision to try personal training to get comfortable with working out, executing the movements and to find where my limits were. I was hesitant and nervous to move to classes but with the support of the coaches I gave them a shot and it was a decision I wish I made sooner! This gym has a lot to offer from one-on-one training, classes to nutrition and more. I’ve found that I have every tool I need with CFS. The coaches are amazing! They are constantly supporting the athletes, listening to their struggles, their needs, giving advice and helping them find solutions to advance and help them reach their personal goals.
I’ve been to 2 other gyms, and they just didn’t work for me personally. I knew I needed something more personable, someone to oversee my progress, guide me and motivate me to stay on the band wagon. This is no boot camp with extremely strenuous workouts and someone yelling in your face, but a friendly and welcoming gym with different workout routines that definitely get your heart pumping. There is always support from coaches and fellow athletes.
One year later, I can proudly state that I’m not completely disgusted and down about myself when I look in the mirror or throw on a pair of pants that I used to hate. CFS has helped me in so many ways and for that, I am beyond grateful! I am so excited to see what progress I continue to make in the next year! Big thanks to CFS and my personal trainer/coach for not giving up on me and treating me with so much kindness! Needless to say, I wouldn’t trade this gym for any other!

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Souhegan for three and a half years and I’ve worked out at all three locations—Nashua, Milford, and Pepperell. All of the coaches are knowledgeable, skillful and approachable. I never thought I’d be stronger in my 30s than I was in my twenties but here we are, thanks to CFS. I’ve had to change my membership through various stages of life, and the owners have worked with me each time. Above all else, the community is wonderful!

Crossfit Souhegan has brought me light within my darkness. Having had a turbulent past few years, I was willing to do anything to feel something again - something positive again. I joined CrossFit on a whim not knowing what I was getting into. It turned out that the coaches and community at Crossfit Souhegan were the remedy. Even though I was immediately humbled when I first joined, over time as I progressed gaining strength, my attitude on life started to change for the better. It has given me a new perspective. It has also transformed me by pushing me outside my comfort zone as well as mentally, socially and physically. I now find myself stronger than I have been in a long time - yet more relaxed, having more patience, humor and inner peace. My newly born calm attitude has allowed me to live life "in the now" with my two young boys.
I'm forever thankful for the coaches and community at this gym whether they realize it or not. They all have been a major part of my journey.

I have never been able to stay consistent with working out I hated going to the gym but after an intro class at crossfit souhegan I knew I found something different. All I have to do is get myself there they warm you up give you the workout and stretch you out after. Going 5 days a week now and been there for over a year! I started training here about 6 months ago, and can't say enough positive things. On the verge of turning 50, CrossFit was extremely intimidating. Plus coming off a sedentary lifestyle due to COVID, it made it even more of a deep plunge. But I'm glad I took it.
20+ pounds lighter, strength/stamina gains, and most importantly to me a dramatic increase in energy level. I now find myself craving physical challenges. I can't wait to see what future gains training here will bring.
CrossFit Souhegan has a positive group setting combined with top-notch personal training. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable with an intense focus on technique. Take it from me who is restarting from the bottom, I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone, no matter your athletic level.

Super friendly and helpful. They are there to give you the best workout for you. If this means modifying so you don't further injury yourself or just cause you are not there yet they have a great option waiting. They push you by being encouraging and you find yourself wanting to go more and more. I am currently doing the six week program and for the price it is amazing I have support from a nutritionist and my trainers pretty much whenever I need it. They gave me a meal plan and a helpful app.
