I have been a client of Proform for over 10 years. Ryan always delivers top-tier care. Easily the best athletic trainer I’ve ever worked with β€” knowledgeable, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond. Every session leaves me better than I walked in. With Ryan's programing and expertise I can confidently say he has prevented injuries that I otherwise would cause on myself as I did when I was younger. Cannot recommend him enough.

I have worked with Ryan for 10 years, initially to recover from a knee condition requiring surgery, to ongoing training for functional fitness. Thanks to Ryan’s expertise, I run, hike and ski with no limitation from the surgery. In addition, a nagging discomfort in my right shoulder has resolved due to retraining of the appropriate muscles to support it. The work we have done, and continue to do, has been life changing. I am extremely grateful to him for his knowledge and highly recommend his services.

The seacoast community is most fortunate to have a resource such as Ryan at Pro Form Athletic Training. Ryan works with all ages including 71 year olds like me. Ryan’s depth of knowledge means his training challenges you to tap into your inner most potential. I cannot recommend Ryan strongly enough as I am most grateful for what he does for me, Tony Wold.

Ryan is by far the most knowledgeable strength & conditioning coach and injury prevention specialist in NH. I met and worked with Ryan almost 20 years ago and wish it was sooner than that. As a former Division I athlete I came to Ryan with some nagging injuries, which after just one evaluation he was able to pinpoint without any mention from me what they were. He offered a plan of attack as well as a nutritional plan to lower my body composition to help further with these nagging injuries.

I also witnessed Ryan work with numerous athletes that I coached at the high school level overcome injury and have tremendous success after following his instruction. I wish that I had someone like him as a strength & conditioning coach when I was in high school. Great person and great coach, I highly recommend his services to athletes of all ages.

Ryan is one of the few out there that cares deeply about his craft. When it comes to fitness training, details matter. Anyone can go out there and start lifting random weights or trying the latest trendy cardio exercise, but Ryan's approach is different, it's actual science.

In the beginning he will take the time to give you a proper assessment and then come up with a program to fix the underlying problems, in the right order one step at a time. This process can be tedious and it takes time, but if you are serious about putting in the work to accomplish your fitness goals, Ryan will lead you down the correct path and he will educate you along the way about all the common pitfalls and myths that exist in the world of fitness (and there are many).

My two teenaged boys have trained with Ryan George for over two years. Ryan created a sport specific program for them that includes functional training , injury prevention, and nutrition. My boys have seen significant gains in their sport because of his approach. He is always available for support and guidance, and he genuinely cares about their development and longevity. We are so lucky to have found Ryan!

We could not be happier with the expertise and professionalism shown by Ryan with our two teenage sons. Beyond guiding them to be their best physical selves, Ryan imparts wisdom that has been influential in their life choices. He listens to their goals and gives direct and honest feedback about what is needed for them to attain them. Ryan has become a voice they respect and listen too. We are thrilled with the progress made thus far and look forward to seeing the future growth on the stable foundation created with the help of Ryan.

Ryan has changed the way we look at fitness/strength training while working with my two sons. They have both become stronger, more flexible and more physically stable as a result of his work. His insights on how athletes develop patterns in their body that lead to injuries is fascinating and spot on - and we have seen his program reduce injuries and injury risk with our boys while increasing their performance level in their chosen sports. Highly recommended.

Ryan has helped us better understand my daughter's risk for injuries, and build a strong foundation for prevention. We re starting to notice more power and speed without specifically focusing on it. Also appreciate the education we're getting on what is a gimmick and what YouTube "trainers" are selling without evidence.

I struggled with upper back pain off and on for years. After a lot of trial, error and bad advice, I finally found PROFORM and it has been a game changer! Ryan clearly knows what he is talking about, he clearly dispels many untruths of the health/fitness/wellness industry and takes great care in educating people about the mechanics of their bodies. I have been a client for about 7 years now and can’t imagine a better investment.

Working with Ryan has truly changed my life. When I first started, I was struggling with constant lower back pain that affected everything I did β€” from working out to just getting through the day. He took the time to understand the root of the problem, taught me proper movement patterns, and built a customized program that focused on my specific weaknesses.

Within a few weeks, I started feeling relief, and now, my back pain is completely gone. Beyond that, I feel stronger, more confident, and more in tune with my body than ever before. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating β€” never pushing too hard, but always encouraging me to keep improving.

I can’t thank him enough for helping me get my life back, pain-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to move and preform better in their daily life and athletics. Thank you Ryan!

I reached out to Proform with genuine interest in their services after being impressed by the offerings and Ryan George's background online. In my initial email, I shared my weight loss goals and asked a few standard questions about pricing, scheduling, and what to expect. I also asked if I could check out the space and meet briefly before committing to a $200 assessment.

To my surprise, I received a curt response from Ryan saying, β€œwe are not a good fit, good luck.” When I asked for clarification, he told me that my questions were a red flag and that he had never had anyone want to see his facility or make sure it was a good fit before committing. He implied that I was looking for a "personal trainer, not a professional".

I found the exchange incredibly rude and dismissive. As a potential client trying to make an informed decision about my health journey, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and respect. Instead, I was shut down and made to feel like a burden for asking reasonable questions.

This was a very disappointing experience.
