About the Club

RD1 Fitness is part of a new trend “Gym Boutique” Group training expert, focused on great coaching quality, to provide motivation, options, and correction if necessary, during the training session and/or after.
All programs are offered on a weekly basis. The workouts are approximately 50 minutes.
RD1 programs are designed to enhance lean muscle, shred body fat, athleticism, injuries prevention, slow down arthritis, body mechanism, functionality, all while working on stress management in a fun and motivational workout session.
Our primary program, Strength and Conditioning, is a Cross-Training format workout.

The small group buddy training at RD1 is great. The trainers really get to know their clients and know just how far to encourage us to be our best selves. I’ve been going there to rehab from knee surgery and made more progress to being pain free in 3 months than I have following the program outlined by doctors.

Awesome gym! I came to this gym to help strengthen my knee after 2 years recovering from ACL tear. Countless gyms, trainers, therapy, etc. for two years did not work, but Roque and Tania were fantastic trainers! They really made sure that your goals were the priority of each session. They pushed you but also knew when you were at your limits, gave honest feedback, checked-in on how the client is feeling if their goals are being met, and fantastic motivators! I really enjoyed my time training there and felt so much stronger. Not only in my knee, but my whole body felt strong and my mentality had also shifted. It was just what I needed. 10/10 would recommend if you're willing to put in the work!

I started personal training with Roque 4 months ago due to hip pain and wanting to increase muscle strength. I love the personalized workouts and individual attention Roque provides, and I have full confidence in his expertise. My hips don’t hurt anymore and I am much stronger. I joined RD1 close to 6 months ago, and I don’t know why I waited so long to do a review! I love this gym. I do some group classes and also personal training with Roque. I have had great results with over 30lbs lost so far, but more importantly, I am stronger all around. Mind, body and soul! At almost 50, some aches and pains were starting, but they are better now. All the trainers and the members are great. Don’t think twice and give RD1 a try, you won’t regret it!

This is amazing place. Everyone here is very professional, have they own style. This is also not just about fitness, its about people, communication, about your health and wellness. When I started Personal Training with RD1 Fitness I weighed 265lbs. I won’t lie - those workouts were intense and I was struggling a lot. No surprise…I wasn’t active too much at that time. I managed to continue though seeing the great effects at my body. Rocky kept motivating me all the time providing also other healthy lifestyle advice regarding proper nutrition, hydration, sleep hygiene, etc. Today I weigh 188lbs…I’ve built the internal motivation to workout and keep up with the healthy lifestyle. I worked out at RD1 Fitness for 1 years between 2019-2020, then I injured my knee and stayed out for 14 months, I missed everything about the gym - Workouts, Atmosphere, Professionalism, the Community and of course the results in health and strength! I’m back now and doing personal training with Roque(trainer) on recovering and strengthening my knee after surgery, it’s been fantastic so far!

Roque is not only an incredible trainer but an incredible person. My daughter started training with him at 15 after her MCL and dislocated kneecap injury. We weren’t sure if she would play soccer again. He got her back to not only playing again, but First Team All State her Senior year. My daughter just finished her freshman year in college and is a member of the varsity crew team. She is back with Roque all summer continuing her strength and conditioning workouts. He works on mental strength as well as physical.
