I have had an amazing time at Rhythm & Roots studio. The teachers are so talented and encouraging, and just everyone that walks through the door has been so welcoming. The studio is clean, and there is a great variety of classes from beginner to intermediate! I would highly recommend Rhythm & Roots studio to anyone who is a seasoned dancer, or if you are learning and just want to move your body to some music and spend time with amazing humans!

Rhythm and Roots has been such an outlet for me. A place where you can be able to express yourself and feel like you matter. A place that is bringing the community together and positive energy! Rhythm and roots has so much to offer when I saw that they had hip hop, heel, and Afro classes I was ecstatic. If you don’t know, “Manchester does not have many places like that and if they do they don’t compare to Rhythm and Roots!” I love the adult dance classes they offer. I highly recommend coming and checking them out because once you step into the building you will see your self always going back!!!!!!

I absolutely love the energy at this studio! The adult dance classes are perfect for anyone looking to move their body. As someone who only started taking dance classes as an adult, it can feel daunting to step into a class when you feel like everybody there is more prepared or has more knowledge than you. At Rhythm & Roots, I've felt completely comfortable and welcomed regardless of my ability. I look forward to taking more classes here in the future!

This dance studio is so welcoming and leaves great opportunities to try new dance classes!! Staff is amazing and encouraging too, I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone even if you never danced before!! Also take Fete101 on saturdays!!

Hi dance friends! Let me just say, I was soooo excited when I found a new studio that was close by to home. I started going to Rhythm and Roots in July when they first had their soft opening. The first time there, I already felt welcomed by instructor and peers. It was such a nice vibe & definitely knew no one was there to judge me no matter how many times I messed up hehe. The instructors there are super welcoming and you learn their choreography at your own pace. I never felt rush & the ladies always made sure we are good before learning new steps. I also have taken their dance cardio classes and it was amazing. If you're new to this, don't be afraid to join! Kastle has heels 101 classes and it's so helpful. I would highly recommend that. I will continue to go to this studio for as long as I can. Looking forward to making more memories here!
