I have been a member of Seacoast Strength & Conditioning foe 5 years. I had mobility issues due to an old injury. They helped me regain a lot of my mobility as well as strength and confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for more personal training.

Two years ago, I walked into Seacoast Strength and Conditioning looking to get stronger and be held accountable. My neighbor recommended the gym, and although I was active- walking miles every day and practicing yoga, the gym environment always felt intimidating. That quickly changed. I started with the three introductory sessions and never looked back. What I found wasnโ€™t just a gymโ€”it was a welcoming community open to all ages and abilities. Everyone is so supportive - cheering you on during workouts and the monthly challenges, creating an atmosphere thatโ€™s both motivating and uplifting.

The gym is small, which means youโ€™re never lost in a big groupโ€”you get the attention you need. Every training session is custom-built just for you, with coaches by your side from start to finish. They push you to your personal best, and the results are real. I've lost inches, gained muscle, and, most importantly, built lasting confidence. Seacoast Strength and Conditioning has truly been a game-changer for me.

I started working out with Seacoast Strength and Fitness in February 2025. 6 months in and I am stronger than ever. What began as an effort to add strength training to support my bone health has turned into exercise I look forward to (I used to dislike weights and avoided them altogether). Bailee, Nick and the team are knowledgeable, helpful and make work outs fun and interesting. Every time I come in, I am doing something new. They push you to do more without compromising my health or safety. They acknowledge some limitations I have and modify exercises accordingly. They truly care about my safety, health and enjoyment. Not only is the staff great, the facilities are top notch. I feel welcomed and comfortable working out here and the gym never feels too crowded.A bonus is that I have made new and strong friendships with some of the other members and look forward to my workouts! I never thought I would say that about strength training and weights.

I started back in Sept of 2024. After 1 year and 5 different gyms I finally found my home @ Seacoast. They were attentive to my onboarding with regards to my abilities, injuries/recovery and goals from day one. After the onboarding I was prescribed a training program that is focused on goals, weaknesses and outcomes for better life as I age. Along with the excellent programming the coaching is top notch. Every one of the trainers is engaged and supportive throughout your workout. This style of personal engagement and focus has really helped me improve over the past 4 months. Highly recommend. When I started, I was a lump of dough without a lot of formal gym experience. That didn't matter, I was made to feel very welcome. Each time you go in, there is a customized workout waiting for you. You rotate through the exercises frequently, so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. It's hard to do even more than one rep using bad form. A trainer will come right over and gently guide you to proper form to get the most from the workout. It's a great team and a rewarding approach to getting in shape.

All of the coaches are great to work with, and really focused on helping you achieve your goals. As someone that doesnโ€™t like going to the gym and doing the same stuff all the time, the individual programming has been good at shaking up my routine and keeping me interested. I have been a member at SSC for about 6 months now. It is by far the best experience I have had training in a gym. For one, there are no mirrors! Yea! Secondly it is a small, friendly and supportive community. There are always many different fitness levels at each session, which I believe makes everyone more comfortable. SSC provides a unique training experience. You have your own personalized workout, that you complete in your own small area, within a larger gym setting with other members. They provide personal training in a group setting, making it much more affordable. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Every workout is doable, but still challenging. I have had great results. I have lost inches and gained muscle. I feel strong! I really look forward to my workouts! SSC is a different kind of gym, in the best way. I highly recommend!!

I started attending Seacoast Strength & Conditioning nine months after having my first child. I had done a lot of yoga, running and pilates in the past, but wanted to focus on improving my strength. I have been participating in the group personal training at Seacoast Strength for a few years and I highly recommend it. Josh strikes a great balance of motivating you to work hard and also being understanding of injury and limitations. He customizes workouts to meet your needs and designs programs to help recover from injury and remain injury free. He's also creative at keeping workouts interesting and inspires friendly competition among the members to make it fun. I also really appreciate the flexibility with timing; since my work and family needs are constantly changing I would never be able to always get to a gym class at a regular time... with the group personal training at Seacoast Strength I can shift my workout times around to fit my schedule. It's a great experience all around.

I thought I wrote a review back when my wife and I completed two weeks of sessions but I guess I thought wrong. I highly recommend having Josh as your trainer. He is very educated on what he does.
