Seva Yoga offers many weekly classes and is very affordable. The classes are challenging yet fun and the owner offers many “extras” each month to enhance individual practice or group work. I highly recommend Seva Yoga!

Being male and in my 70's I wasn't sure what to expect and what I was walking into when I signed up for my first class. From the moment I sat with Cathy, with her walking me through the process of joining and scheduling to two years later, it has been a pleasant surprise of learning, getting out of my comfort zone along with outstanding support from the entire instructor staff. I'm stronger, more flexible and I've lost some weight. I strongly recommend Seva Yoga to everyone I meet.

Seva Yoga is truly outstanding! The staff is exceptional—knowledgeable, welcoming, and always attentive to each student’s individual needs. They create a positive, encouraging atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. The class schedule is diverse and flexible, with options to fit anyone’s busy lifestyle. No matter your level or availability, there's always a class that works for you. Seva Yoga is the perfect place to deepen your practice and find a sense of balance. Highly recommend!

I love taking classes at Seva Yoga. Seva offers a variety of classes every day throughout the week, so it’s easy to pick one to fit my needs at any particular time. In addition to the daily classes, Seva also offers monthly events. I’m an introvert, so walking into a new yoga studio is never comfortable for me. But Cathy is so laid back and friendly, I immediately felt welcomed. Cathy is very well liked amongst her students. She’s a very knowledgeable yoga instructor, easy to talk with and encourages suggestions and questions. I’ve had the same experience with all of her instructors. It’s an upbeat atmosphere with lots of positive energy from both the instructors and students.

Seva Yoga is one of my favorite places to be. I go to at least 4 classes a week in studio and Zoom into 2 other classes a week. It’s a fun place with lots of positive energy that is accepting of everyone. There are many options for classes and options within any one class to make your practice less or more challenging. Zoom options are available that makes attending classes even more convenient. People feel free to totally be themselves here. Cathy (owner) also plans fun events and gets involved in special events regularly with studio students to include the annual Yoga Mala, yoga in snowshoes, NE Yoga festival presenter, a trip to Sedona Yoga Festival as a participant, a fire ceremony, an Omega Institute road trip, and many workshops at studio. Let’s see if I can upload some pics……

Cathy has graciously offered her space, time, and expertise to regularly work with clients whom I help support from several group homes. It is so evident in the ways she speaks and relates with our group that she is very genuinely passionate about her work and its positive effects on all of us. It is always a pleasure visiting Cathy at Seva Yoga!

Larry and I have been practicing yoga with Cathy for some time. She is one of the nicest people you could know. When she decided to open up her studio we were eager to follow along with her. Her classes are well planned and thought out. She allows her students to work at their own level with many accommodations offered throughout the classes. The variety of classes and times offered can easily fit anyone’s schedule. Seva Yoga has become a part of our daily life and we look forward to continuing our journey with Seva Yoga, Cathy and her staff. We would encourage anyone interested in complimenting their wellness plan to give Seva Yoga a try!!!

Cathy is the master of “one size does not fit all”! Because she offers a variety of options for each pose, age and ability don’t matter. As a 70-year old with balance issues, I can work next to expert students without feeling self-conscious, and leave feeling empowered to take on the goal I set for that day.

I have been doing Yoga for several years now. But it wasn't until I started to practice with Cathy that I stopped worrying about my form (because she is so great at queuing each pose) and could start to appreciate the mental and emotional benefits of Yoga.

Each "practice" opens a new door of self-awareness and self- appreciation. I now use yoga for both my physical and emotional well-being.

I highly recommend Cathy and all the other wonderful teachers and classes that Seva Yoga offers.
