As my body became a bit more tired and balance a bit more wobbly, I listened to my wife who strongly suggested I take a yoga class at Sharing Yoga. Obedient, yet hesitant, I dipped a toe in the yoga pool and began a private class with Laurie. It was a wise decision. In a short period my balance and flexibility improved. Laurie’s wise counsel and calm demeanor is an added bonus; a balm to these turbulent times. So, if you’re like me hesitant to take that first step, take it… what can go wrong?

I would like to express my enjoyment with attending sessions at Sharing Yoga. Owners Laurie and David are very knowledgeable and skilled in the art of Yoga. They both welcome your suggestions, comments and feedback. They schedule many levels and variety of yoga sessions and make sure that beginners like myself are comfortable, supported and always feel welcomed. All the instructors encourage you to feel comfortable with any level of movement you can do. They are caring, compassionate, skilled and welcoming to all.
Sharing Yoga was my first introduction to the art of yoga and I continue to enjoy the many sessions they offer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sharing Yoga to all who are first timers or who have practiced yoga for years. Sincerely

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Laurie, David, and the Sharing Yoga team of teachers.
I know it’s not always easy to run a business. From the outside looking in you do it effortlessly.
The online system is easy to use to enroll in classes and keep up to date on class offerings. The space is comfortable and always clean. Love the beautiful plants.
The diversity of classes, schedules, and teachers are wonderful. I’ve enjoyed all of the classes I’ve participated.
It’s clear that the business is important to you and that you care about your/our community of people.
Thank you for the heart and care that you offer us!

As the fall season was approaching, I received an email from Sharing Yoga about their first upcoming "Be Here Now" yoga retreat. I knew I needed something in my life to help ease me into the difficult transition to the cold and darkness of winter.
I had never met Laurie or David, attended a class at their studio, or knew anyone planning to attend, but was compelled to commit to the 4 day yoga retreat held in nearby Franklin, NH. From the warm welcome, beautiful accommodations, fabulous vegetarian food, and a bird's-eye view of the beautiful Webster Lake, it was a life-changing time spent practicing yoga, embracing gratitude, being in the moment, and rejuvenating with other like-minded yogis.
The weekend was filled with two yoga classes a day, meditation sessions, guided breathwork, an Ayurvedic cooking class, tea workshop and tasting, Kirtan live music, hiking and exploration on 900 acres, Vedic fire ritual (yogic practice of making offerings into a sacred fire to purify emotions, burn up unresolved conflict and worries, and leaving us feeling lighter, free, and more open inside), a bonfire, and lots and lots of laughter. We were invited to partake in everything that was offered, or spend the time with whatever filled our hearts.
Laurie, David and Paula created an absolutely fantastic retreat and shared their love, peace, talents, and yoga practice throughout our time together. I arrived alone and left revived and with beautiful memories created with my 13 new friends. I can't wait to see what the 2025 retreat will bring.

🪷If you're considering embarking on a transformative journey through yoga teacher training, let me share one of my most cherished memories and experiences from my own path.
Back in 2013, I made the decision to enroll in the 200-hour RYT program at Sharing Yoga in Concord, NH, and it remains a pivotal moment in my healing journey and spiritual growth💫💕🕉️🧘♀️✨
David and Lori, the founders of Sharing Yoga, are not just seasoned professionals but also nurturing souls who create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
Their decades of yogic wisdom and experience enrich every aspect of the training, fostering a space where personal development and learning thrive.
💕Personally, this training was instrumental in shaping who I am today. It allowed me to delve deeper into my practice, leading to profound personal growth and ultimately guiding me towards a career in sound healing🥣🎶💕✨
The skills and insights gained during my time at Sharing Yoga have been invaluable, both on and off the mat.
If you find yourself contemplating whether to take this course, I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so. It is a decision that your body, mind, and spirit will undoubtedly cherish and benefit from🫶🪷✨
The journey towards becoming a yoga teacher is not just about mastering poses; it's about discovering the depths of your own potential and sharing that light with others🧘♀️🙏✨✨
I’m forever grateful for this experience, and love seeing others taking that leap of faith 🪽🩵🪽
Namaste,
Jess Griffin🙏🧘♀️🕉️🪷💕✨

I found Sharing Yoga in January and it has been one of the loveliest experiences of my life. The space is wonderful and immediately makes you feel calm and welcome. The teachers are all so very dedicated, kind and helpful. Laurie and David, who own Sharing Yoga, have such an inclusive, open-hearted approach to their community. Everyone is welcome, no matter how old or young, no matter their experience or ability or physical limitations - there are classes to stretch those who love the more fast paced yoga and gentle and chair classes for those who want a less intense experience. I look forward to every class I attend and always come out feeling so much calmer, happier and physically stronger.

Oooh I really love this yoga studio and can’t recommend it enough to both beginner brand new students and life long yogis alike! The studio is very pretty, spacious, clean and has such a lovely vibe. I’ve done really chill easy mellow classes here and very intense ab/yoga/pilates type of class I could barely finish and left me nice and sore the next day from doing something intense and new! If you’re reading this review in January 2024 and have never been to the studio they’re doing an amazing promotion; 30 days unlimited yoga classes, 30 bucks. They also have loaner mats in case you’re brand spanking new :)

I’ve just visited Sharing Yoga for my first class and I will be going back! The location is perfect for me, but the space is lovely as well. Laurie greeted me very warmly, but also not pushy or overwhelming. The All Levels yoga was just the right combination of stretch, focus and relax that I am looking for. Last thing, the signup and payment process is clear and simple. Overall a great first experience.

Want to join a welcoming, inclusive community? I did!
After 10 months of classes I have balance on both feet that I have not had for 8 years, yes 8 years. I now know and can practice mindfulness. When I wake-up stiff I can now do a couple yoga moves that open up my back and free the stiffness and soreness.

Sharing Yoga has something for everyone. Every class has its own vibe and modifications are encouraged for all levels. Whether you’re a newbie or experienced in your practice, you will find joy in movement here. My personal favorite is Gabe’s Yoga For Strength on Wednesdays —challenging yet never intimidating, and I always wrap up with a feeling of achievement and satisfaction…and a few beads of “condensation” on my forehead. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the classes at sharing yoga. The studio is spacious and relaxing. The staff are wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable. There is an atmosphere of acceptance for all levels of practice. The studio offers in person and Live zoom classes. David and Laurie are great people who have invested in the Concord Community in so many ways!! I have been using class passes to pay for the classes I attend which gives me the flexibility to attend when my schedule allows. There are other ways to join Sharing Yoga, like monthly passes. Overall the best yoga studio I have attended! Would recommend it to people of all ages and skill levels.

I am in a group of cancer survivors who have participated in a Yoga 4 Cancer class once a week for years. Sherry Gamble started the course at the Concord Hospital Center for Health Promotion. When the pandemic began, the center closed and Sharing Yoga stepped up to offer our class through Zoom. Sherry passed the baton to Laurie Farmer to teach the class last year and it continues to be wonderful for all of us. Not only is the yoga excellent, the friendships that we have formed and the support offered is truly special. Thank you, Sharing Yoga, and I encourage anyone considering it to join our group. You will be forever grateful.

I started taking private classes from David about 4-5 years ago after having a spinal fusion surgery, then moved so wasn't able to continue. When I moved back I was so relieved to know he is still in business! I set up a private 6 wk session w/ David. A more caring & intelligent instructor you will be hard pressed to find. His voice is calming, reassuring & his instructions are very clear, if your not doing the position correctly he will immediately correct you & explain what you need to do & why. He knows where I hurt because after every class the next day I got a text asking how I was,&where I hurt. With this he was able to fine tune his classes for me. He is careful not to do anything that pushes me too far over my pain thresh-hold.
David has been excellent tutor in what I hope will be a new road for me, a new stronger, healthier and happier new body, new me. I know my journey is far from over but I have an awesome teacher to help guide me.

My husband and I recently joined Vertical Dreams climbing gym in Nashua, NH. Luckily the yoga classes came as a perk with the gym membership. I have practiced yoga sporadically over the past 5 years, my husband is very new to the practice. We decided to start going to the classes to improve our climbing abilities. Dave has been a fabulous instructor! He gives clear instructions that anyone can follow with a peaceful environment. We certainly feel the benefits of each class immediately. After 6 sessions we have both improved in our flexibility and core strength, increasing our capability in climbing and bouldering.
