We offer strength and Fitness Coaching Catering to Beginners of All Ages. Our goal is not to turn you into a "gym rat" but to help you get stronger and more fit so you can continue to hike, bike, ski, and enjoy your life to the fullest. Exercise shouldn't take away from the things you love, it should make them better.

Jon is an excellent personal trainer. He listens to your goals and meets you where you're at. He is patient, explains the exercises thoroughly, and personalizes the workouts based on what each client needs. After working out with Jon's guidance over the past several months, I am much stronger, and daily activities that used to leave me in pain, no longer do. Highly recommend Strength 101!

Exercises are modified for my situation. I have found that I am physically stronger, less back pain and less knee pain. My tolerance for physical activity has increased tremendously. I am in a group session with two women who are always encouraging me. We have lots of laughs. Highly recommended.

I’ve been working with Jon for a year now and cannot say enough good things!!! He’s simply amazing at what he does.
I first started working out in person when I lived in NH. He made sure to know my starting point, my concerns, my goals, and showed me the roadmap for success. Then I moved out of state and he has kept working with me remotely via the app and monthly check in calls. I can share videos of myself doing the workouts for him to review all within the app, wicked easy! (Love that he’s stayed with me remotely, but I do miss his extensive workout equipment.. but maybe not the EchoBike though 😅😂)
Jon starts at your level and supports you 1000%. He’s patient, unbelievably kind, and has become a great friend. He is extremely knowledgeable, is constantly learning more so he can help you more, shares helpful videos/quotes/tips/etc, cares about what is causing me roadblocks, and helps me find workarounds to consistently improve.

Jon is amazing. I started working out with him 5 months ago. He evaluates where you need to start, listens to you, and gently pushes you to where you never thought you’d be. I've been working with Jon for a little over 4 months; I came to work with him after a weight lifting injury I sustained while training alone. In working with Jon I have made tremendous progress in my strength and confidence post-injury. I’ve had a couple coaches over the years, but Jon is by far the best! He listens to what your goal is and pays close attention to how you perform the movements to get the maximum benefit. Then he sends you a daily plan so you know exactly what to do daily and you can ask questions and he responds quickly! Just love this as it takes away the pressure of what to do.
