Tyler is so much more than a personal trainer, he is a movement specialist, and a creative genius when it comes to designing programs. This isn't a job for him, it is his craft, and he backs it up with the skill and passion of a master craftsman.

I joined T1 about a month ago and I absolutely LOVE it there. I played basketball in college and from the time that I graduated in 2011 up until last month, I have bounced from gym to gym trying to find a place that felt like the right fit. I used to walk into a gym and even though I pretty much knew what I was doing, I would still feel a little lost. I was always used to a strength coach guiding me through a program and so when I was on my own I lacked that guidance and motivation. I was not seeing any results from working out on my own and was pretty much throwing my money down the drain. My brother and a close friend introduced me to T1 and I was hooked right from my first time there. Tyler and Lindsey do an awesome job of giving you personal attention throughout each workout to make sure you are doing the correct movements with the appropriate amount of weight. I am almost through my 4th week there and I have already seen huge changes in my body. I used to dread going to the gym but I can honestly say I look forward to every workout at T1. We do different exercises each day/week and that variety makes it so that you never get bored. I really can't say enough about this place! I recommend it to all of my friends and family and pretty much anyone else who will listen. Try it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!

T1 training is a superb facility with excellent trainers . They do a phenomenal job with Tayloring each workout to the individual need of the person training . They have something for everyone ! Highly recommend T1 Training !

I've trained in so many different facilities in the past and T1 is BY FAR the best. Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. I'm not an "athlete" persay but I wanted to train like one. Tyler talked through my goals with me and the training program he has me on is incredible! I'm only 6 weeks in and have already seen huge progress in my strength and my body composition! If you're looking for a change, T1 is the place to go!

This place is the best of the best. Tyler is an amazing athlete himself and has a facility for him to get the most out of everyone of all ages. He has plenty of space and you can tell he loves what he does. My favorite part is that the atmosphere he's developed at T1 Training is perfect for me. This place attracts people that love what they do and want to get more active, stronger, and healthier. It doesn't attract show offs, arrogant grunters, or people looking for a status boost by joining the next best fad. Tyler is dedicated and will be around for a long, long time. Can't wait to grow with this facility going forward.

I have only been at T1 Training for 4.5 months and can't believe the improvement in my strength and endurance. I'm doing things I thought weren't possible for someone who hadn't worked out seriously in over 2 years. Tyler gives you the confidence and push you need to accomplish YOUR goals! I would recommend training at T1 for any age and/or ability. Do something amazing for yourself and join T1!

If you're looking for somewhere to go and improve, T1 is the place. Many other gyms can turn into social hour, not T1. I saw more improvement in my game and all around athleticism after just a summer with T1. It was a lot of fun showing up to workout everyday and Tyler's enthusiasm and love for improvement pumps you up and gets you to the next level. It is worth every penny!

I first discovered Tyler from T1 Training through a colleague (Massage Therapist). I am a Physical Therapist in Salisbury, Ma and am always looking for facilities like Tyler's in which I can progress my patients once they have met their maximum potential with physical therapy. Not only is Tyler very knowledgable, but he is very passionate and caring about all of his clients. I have never received any negative feedback from any of my patients and have no problem with highly recommending him to anyone that will require his services. If you are looking for a great facility with one of the best trainers that I have ever had the privilege of working with then Tyler is your man!!! Keep up the good work Tyler and thanks again for taking such great care of your clients and my patients.

I walked into T1 Training this summer out-of-shape and overweight, not to mention nervous and doubtful about what I might accomplish. After suffering a stroke five years ago (at age 37), and being told my heavy lifting days were behind me, Iβve spent the last four years trying to figure out what to do next while becoming more and more unfit and depressed. I tried various gyms, tried working out on my own, and even ran a marathon (running is not my thing!), but nothing stuck because I liked lifting. However, I no longer knew how to train. Thanks to Tyler and the personalized attention he gave to creating a program that fit my fitness goals and health needs (stroke restrictions and limitations due to back issues), in the past ten weeks Iβve dropped fifteen pounds and 6% body fat. More importantly, Iβm stronger, fitter, and happier than Iβve been in years! The training options available, Tylerβs knowledge and support, and the overall atmosphere of the gym all combine to make T1 Training exactly the facility I had been trying to find!

AMAZING GYM - Tyler at T1 training provides a first-rate training experience. The exercises he has given me are entirely new to me (I never thought I'd be pushing a sled!) and completely personalized to my needs. He changes my routine constantly so that my muscles are always being challenged. I liked his approach so much that I now have my two teenage boys training there as well. The gym, itself, is aesthetically pleasing with a wide variety of equipment that you will not find at your standard gym. Anyone looking for a personalized, motivating training experience needs to check out T1 Training!
