Very hot and humid during the warm/hot weather a little AC would go along way. Courts get very slippery. Bathrooms were clean and they have a little store/snack table on the 2nd floor. Not the worse place but not the best place to play

We recently visited this facility for my son’s 3rd/4th grade basketball tryout with the Spartans. I was very impressed with the facility, the program, and the coaches on hand assessing the kids. Afterward we had a couple questions and the staff got right back to me within a couple hours and even the owner was quick to email back as well.

The management of the Sports Barn, who run Seacoast Spartans, don't stand by their own policies. When you sign up, the policy states that every player on a team has a right to a few minutes of play time per game. This was not honored as my son stayed on the sideline for at least one full game and was left out of some of the haves and practice drills. I reached out to Chris Coates about the issue and he blew me off. We paid $600 for the season, plus fees to see my son play, and they didn't honor their contract. My son was devastated. An organization for kids should not treat players this way.

What a great facility outfitted with four full size basketball/tennis courts. Son attended basketball camp here. A little hard to hear from with all the floor fans (white noise) going, but to be expected in such a large building with the warm weather we’ve had and all the people and activity happening. Cool place and will definitely return for future camps or other activities held there.

We're so lucky to have The Sports Barn in Hampton! Although it may not be "fancy" compared to some other gyms, The Barn is always filled with healthy activity, positive energy, and love for sports. The management and coaches are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, fun, and dedicated to supporting kids' athletic and holistic development. This facility has an awesome staff with very nice personality. In regards to the floors they can be very slippery and are not wooded. Maintenance can certainly be improved. If you are a basketball player you can certainly play at a high level but have to be causes of injuries. While coaching at a zero gravity tournament I had children slipping continuously, just be cautious and mindful of this. The parking lot is decent but is all rock my ground. I would recommend running a tournament at this facility. There are four courts, few bathrooms and concession once you enter the building.

This is such an awesome gym to use!! Don’t let the name deceive you. When you walk in the doors, the space that this place has is AMAZING. The floors are always perfectly clean, the equipment is meticulously taken care of, the staff is extremely kind (especially the owners who go out of their way to make the place great), and the atmosphere is just so great.

This is a great facility with stellar accommodations from local owners and staff, Adama, Jessa, and Chris. This facility provides 4 multi-surface courts that can support various activities on different scale, ranging from 4 court volleyball camp involving 80 children or 1-2 court high-level competitive volleyball tournament for adults. Other equipment and supplementary amenities are available upon request, such as pumps, carts, tables, bleachers, fans, and paddings. Courts are regularly maintained and mopped every night. There are mesh-nets that separate the courts, which is great for continuous play and less interruption during the game. Plenty of parking spaces. Adequate space for changing and clean bathrooms.

The owners and staff are very respectful and courteous, great to interact and easy to work with as well. They simply provide the space and amenities for us to run events, weekend tournaments or weekly pickups for volleyball.

During all-day tournaments, Jessa and Adama are always available whether on-site or via text but check-in occasionally. Both are also helpful in guiding and providing directions for players and referees.

Overall, this facility and the owners are awesome because they have provided me with the self-sustained setup that I had been looking for, especially with the growing volleyball community in Seacoast area. I continuously rent courts from them on weekly basis and definitely in many more years to come. Thank you =)

this facility overall is below average, in my opinion, compared to other sports courts in the southern NH area. I went there a few weeks for basketball tournaments. Most referred were good, but we can see some biased one as well. One of the games, one referred, was yelling at another one. scoring set has power interruption at least 2 times per game. It may not have proper air circulation with the crowd they fit on for four courts. Parents from cap city red tram were using abusive language on opponent player. Basketball tournament was charhing $12 per visitor. for what? not enough seating, dirty courts,etc.

Part owner jessa Coates is very disrespectful. And hires and supports disrespectful refs. The place is freezing has horrible set up and is unsafe with broken benches right under the hoops. Expects parents of players to pay high amounts at the door but fails to provide good and fair referees. Place is no fun for the kids. Has the smell of manure. -1000/10. Would not recommend

During a recent youth basketball tournament, this place got the most important things right; the court surface was fine, the referees and scorekeepers did a good job and everything ran on time. But the courts are crammed right next to each other, separated by nets, and there isn't a ton of room for spectators. I can understand why they don't have concessions as there isn't really any place to be other than on the court surface.

My daughter plays basketball at the Barn, practices 2X/week and tournaments on most weekends during the spring AAU season. We love how much space there is for watching games, the concession offerings, and lots of room for teams and families to hang out, eat, relax and stretch between games. The court floors and hoops are new. Every week when I go in I notice another improvement that's been completed - bathrooms updated, parking improvements, etc. Always well-staffed and comfortable. Always busy with basketball, tennis, volleyball, lessons, practices and games. Great work!

The Sports Barn is a great addition to our town. They have four beautiful multi-sport courts. What was once just a tennis facility is being transformed into a center for basketball, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and more. The owners not only coach teams but are on-site daily overseeing operations as well as all of the renovations. New bathrooms, food options, and a brand new parking lot are underway. Basketball tournament this past weekend ran very smoothly with plenty of parking and the pub was open with breakfast and lunch.

This facility is not equipped to hold a tournament of the size they attempted. Most on site parking is in the mud, off site parking is a 5 minute car ride, but the shuttle broke down. No heat! Absolutely freezing this past weekend. Signs saying no outside food, but only chips and granola bars sold for food. No place to accomodate teams inbetween games. Only nets dividing the courts, saw two officials trip over them and fall, one cutting his hand. Thankful I did not see any players get hurt. 2 stalls in the bathroom, always a line. No place for players to change.
