Gym is fine but scan system on the door doesn't work consistently so some days you can't get in. Other reviewers have posted the same. Doesn't seem to be worth fixing for them.

I tried to enter the gym this morning but the scanner system wouldnβt let me in. This has happened twice in less than a month. If you expect to actually receive a service that you pay for, then I suggest looking for a different gym

The equipment is good, it's never packed, 3 stars because half of the times you can't even get in through the front door, there is always some sort of problem with their scan system, I've called multiple times about it and over the year it's never been resolved. Multiple people at the Elm St location have experienced this problem. I've never been to a gym that has these kinds of issues.

I've been coming here for a couple years now, and I love it. Staff is always friendly, motivating, and supportive. Gym is always clean. They've got all the equipment I need to get in great workouts, and many locations I can hop around to for a change of scenery.

front door not working!!! you pay money to look out the window and go home, stably 1-2 times a week I canβt go to the gym, I turned to the management more than once and nothing changes. I'm paying for a service I can't get! and regardless of location, the same problems in the hall at 377 S Willow St suite b2-1, Manchester, NH 03103

Great gym, but I've tried canceling more times than I can count. Despite going to Willow Street location to sign cancelation paperwork, I still get billed.

The entrance doors rarely work which defeats the whole purpose of this location being 24 hours. I have brought it up multiple times with the management with no resolution. I do want to give a shout out to David who works in this location. He is very professional, friendly and has come in multiple times to let me in when I have been locked out. He keeps the gym very clean and organized.

Just wanted to give a shout out to my personal trainer Teia & training manager Keith. With their help, I've been able to break through my slump & drop 6 pounds in the 1st week of training; eating MORE & working out LESS. Believe or not, the secret is that there is no secret. Having professional guidance makes the difference! For me, it's simply been a matter of slight adjustments to my diet & form durning our 30 minute workout sessions. Anyone who knows me, knows I don't just post to post. If you're having trouble achieving your health and fitness goals, maybe you need some extra help too & that's ok.

I love the atmosphere and the equipment is fantastic. Unfortunately I will not be recommending this location EVER. The entrance doors barely work, I go and scan my I.D like normal but the door opens only halfway and won't budge. This has happened a few times and it has become increasingly frustrating. I'm paying for a membership I can barely use, definitely not worth the money.

Awesome, convenient gym with the scenery of Elm street which is pretty sweet. I know the owner pretty well too and heβs very tentative to his members which is great. Smoothie bar, lockers, showers, itβs got everything you need. I highly recommend to come try this gym out!

Let me start by saying the facility is fine. Low end equipment, but it's new so it's in good shape. The cardio gear is great.
The reason I'm giving just 1 star is due to the gym not processing my cancel request when I moved. After filling out the form in August, I received a call in October telling me I now had to provide proof of the move, which I wasn't told initially but ok. I have sent that in, but am still getting charged. I've called twice and asked to speak to a manager z the first time getting no response, and the second an email from a sales rep, who didn't respond when I brought this up. Unprofessional, and trying to scrounge money where it isn't due. Also, if you didn't call and freeze your membership while they were shut down, they continued to charge you.

I pump irons at this joint on weekdays cause its right next to my apartment. All the equipment is brand new except the 105 pound dumbells which are kinda why i joined but they dont gotta be new. Clean bathrooms really nice private showers lockers are visible from everywhere in the gym so no theft freeweights shake station heavier machine max weights than planet fitness woowoowoo

I really like this place. Clean 24/7 access. I tend to workout during off hours so I do not often interact with the staff but when I have had the opportunity it has been a real privilege to be in the company of such friendly and professional folks. All I really need is my phone, my headset and Amazon music and I am in for a good session.
