The staff here are WAY nicer than the s willow street location! Not sure if they are all owned by the same owners but this location is way better . I loved it !!!! Def will be back . My only complaint is the murals all around town says “30 day trial “ then online says “14 day trial” he told me I was only allowed a 7 day trial 😭 so I’m confused

Have been working out at this Zoo location for a couple years now, good atmosphere, equipment is new, and staff is friendly. The area can be a bit small when the gym is busy, but the staff keeps up with efficiently keeping the gym layout the best it can be for everyone to work out in. Recently the gym took on a new manager who has done a superb job of revamping things and taking care of gym members. Would add an additional star if they got a Jacob’s ladder.

Great experiance at the zoo gym in hooksett had to recently transfer from the goffstown zoo gym location which recently had to close kind of sad because i lost 71 pounds at that gym and began my fitness journey there. I had two work out sessions and love the hooksett location the gym is nice and clean its close to my house about 10 mins and the equipment is spot on and new i was using 30 year old equipment at the goffstown location. I typcially workout late at night after 11:45pm till about 1;15am its kind of cool to have the place to your self love the set up just wanted to pop on and say anyone looking for a gym come to the hooksett zoo you will love it and become a gym rat like me. Just recently there is a new GM starting noticed some great changes turning the smith machine around makes so much better to rack behind me then forwards love were the barbells have been placed by the free weights opens up the area around the cable stations keep up the great work love this gym will be a life long member for sure.

I have been a member of the Zoo close to 10 years and this is the best Zoo location. It is well maintained and clean. The equipment is nice and there is a lot of newer equipment. The location is also staffed much better than the other locations which is nice for when you have a problem! You can tell the owner of this Zoo cares about the gym!

I love going to work out at the Zoo! Everyone is very nice and helpful. I had help from Redwood with my physical training. Alex, Tim and Eric did an excellent job teaching me the proper techniques in a lot different scenarios and helped me where my weaknesses were. They were very pleasant and professional and learned a lot to achieve my fitness goals! 💪 I recommend The trainers at Redwood all day long!))

I’ve been a member since 2018 and have attended the Epping, Concord, Derry, both Manchester locations, as well as the Simsbury CT location and don’t have a negative thing to say about them. The machines are well managed and cleaned daily, the locker rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and the gym attracts “good” people. Everyone’s welcome here, no matter their fitness less. Everyone is friendly and their included workout classes are always a good time! The 24/7 accessibility is huge for me, and the fact that I’ve never felt unsafe is something I greatly value. I just didn’t think many other gyms in NH can compete.

This is the best Zoo location hands down. Friendly staff, great and clean environment. The equipment is new and they are always adding new stuff to improve the gym. The equipment rarely goes out of service, but in the rare case it does, it’s fixed very quickly.

The only negative I would say is the cell service in the gym is very poor for me (to no fault of the gym staff, of course). So I wish the WiFi was a little faster, as I sometimes have difficulty streaming music or videos. But honestly not that big a deal.

The best Zoo location without any doubt. I’m a brutally honest reviewer and I would give this place 6/5 stars if possible. It’s sparkly clean, there’s plenty of equipment, the community is amazing, and the outpour of support from staff is incredible. Look at “thezoohooksett” instagram and you’ll see just how much this gym loves its members. I recommend this gym to everyone I know, and I’m highly recommending it to anyone reading this. The Zoo Health Club in Hooksett is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. I’ve been exercising/lifting/powerlifting for the last 17 years, and no other gym compares. The staff are friendly and you can tell actually care about where they work. The gym itself is always immaculately clean, and the atmosphere itself is very positive and not intimidating in the slightest. I’d suggest this gym to anyone!

Clean. This was honestly the biggest thing for me to mention when it comes to gym rates and for cleanliness Hooksett Zoo gets a 10/10. However I was disappointed with some of the equipment provided. All of it is new but much of it is cheaper equipment. Especially the barbells and benches are just not ideal for the best gym performance and wether or not this was intentional is up for debate. Overall great gym and would recommend to a friend just getting into lift or physical activity overall.

Start at the zoo last week. Sign up was easy, the manager was very kind and patient answered all my questions. Beautiful facility. Love the class schedule and ease of use with the app. Worked with Alex and Marc today for my initial consultation for personal training. Both of them were very easy to talk to and super knowledgeable but break it down for those( like myself) that aren’t super familiar with all the jargon. My initial workout was challenging but also really motivating. Mark was understanding and accommodating when working through signing up for sessions. Overall a really great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

This gym is brand spanking new (As of Jan 2023). It feels sooooooo good to be in such a new and clean gym that is not very crowded. I would love it if this gym got a hip abductor/adductor machine, calf raise machine, and a side delt raise machine. It seems that they would have the space for it.
