The gym itself is decent. Problem is the members and no one knows how to respect equipment, and put their weights back. Theres constantly shit out of place and just everywhere. If you have even a slight touch of OCD, this place will drive you mad. One of the toilets in the mens room has been broken for over 1.5 years and when a piece of equipment or cable machine breaks it doesn't get fixed for MONTHS. Other than that its alright.

People wont stop poor behavior until they are held accountable for it. If this gym instilled a policy saying that they were going to check cameras and charge people $5 for leaving weights on equipment the problem would immediately be solved, and the gym would increase their revenue enough to hopefully fix the toilet in the mens room. Just an idea.

Stephanie who works the front desk is rude & unprofessional. She looks up other members accounts & discusses personal information with other members. She refused to let my daughter use the daycare when I arrived at the daycare at 10:30am & other children were in the daycare. Daycare hours are 8-11am.

The gym itself is absolutely Great! Good equipment plenty of dumbbells and different styles of bars to use good atmosphere great staff really a good gym to work out at! However there are some serious flaws in the upkeep of some things! Some things are broken and have been broken for quite some time now I can guarantee you that no one EVER cleans this place the bathroom in the mens locker room always smells really bad and there are urine stains around the ONE toilet that works and the ONE urinal that works I accidentally forgot my soap in the shower there one day went on vacation for a week came back and that monday the soap was still there! Really good gym just needs some more love!

Going to the zoo is part of my day everyday. I truly look forward to going and honestly it’s more the staff than the work out. I love the staff since day one they have rooted me on in my journey and made me feel so welcomed and just a great vibe and environment to be in jeez I’ve spent more time talking to the staff sometimes then actually working out. I will never go to another gym because there will never be anybody like the staff at the zoo who brighten my day each and everyday.

I have been a member since the gym originally opened as WOW. After the Zoo acquired the gym they made a substantial investment. New Precor machines, benches and cardio fitness equipment. Ownership has created a gym that provides areas for multi faceted workouts, a turf area for Cross fit or calisthenics. Free weights to include dumbbells that range from 5 lbs to 150 lbs. A multitude of various cardio equipment from treadmills to airdyne bikes to rowing machines. It's a gym that provides something for everyone regardless of fitness training level. I have been to many gyms in various areas of the U.S. and this one is a good value for what you have access to as well as the fact it is open 24 hours.
I would be remiss if I did not mention the staff, Melanie, Stephanie, and D' Angelo are professional, personable and attentive to the needs of the members. You will regularly find D'Angelo cleaning the equipment, vacuuming the floors. He takes great pride in keeping the facility clean for the members.

The best gym with the best people. Equipment rarely has issues and is promptly taken care of when there is an issue. Large variety of options for machines and equipment. The staff is what really makes the place amazing. Stephanie, Melanie, and D’Angelo are the best hard working crew. I've been working out at this Zoo location almost daily for about two years now, and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable setting to get my workouts in. 24/7 access offers great convenience, especially on the weekends.

Stephanie, Melanie, DeAngelo, Damon, and Andrew along with the rest of the front desk staff are always incredibly welcoming and happy to see you!

Weekday evenings can get a bit cramped, but numerous squat/powerlifting cages alleviates that here. Plus what gym doesn't suffer from a post-work hours rush?

I'm 61 years old...I fell in the shower and hit hard.There were no traction strips in the shower and the water was ice cold.It was very traumatic to me.I tried multiple times to cancel my membership.After several months of requesting cancellation they took it up on themselves to take _$177.00 from my account.Im a senior citizen and haven't lived in that state for over a year.Im definitely due a refund which I will probably never see.Its clear to me they played ruthlessly and agregious(greed) against a senior citizen.Its sad at a time when inflation is high in this country that there would be such callous predatory greed.I rate this gym as a zero.My name is Kenneth Cooke.

After almost a year at this gym, I’m changing from 4 stars to 3 stars, simply due to the lack of management’s attention as to what’s going on in the gym during staffed hours. Almost every time I train here, I have to remove the last person’s weights off the barbell / machine because they never re racked them. If it’s not that, it’s one of the 5 groups of teenagers that walk around blasting their own music from a bluetooth speaker, while staff doesn’t say anything. Start holding these people accountable Zoo !! I chose this gym because it’s close to my house, but I honestly don’t think I’m going to sign up again next year. I hate leaving bad reviews too, this place has potential to be a sick gym. It’s got great equipment and hours.

Great gym, decent bodybuilding equipment and a lot of power racks, and love that it’s 24hr. I’d give it 5 stars but I have a problem with the amount of people who don’t re rack their weights here, and get away with it. I don’t know if it’s fair to blame Zoo. but it bugs me when I have to pull someone else’s 45 pound plates off a bench or squat bar, sucking up my energy before my set. These people must have personal maids that follow them around at home and clean up after them. I bet they dont put their shopping carts back either. Zoo needs to start catching these people and giving them warnings. I am here right now looking at 5 squat empty racks with weights left on them. Otherwise great gym

They just got new equipment last summer. But it’s not maintained well. The leg press has been broken for almost two months now. There are usually three people behind the desk but not one will give you a greeting as you come or go. The floors are a mess with dust buildup around the racks and machines. The place could be so much better with a little effort.

Came here on day passes worth a week now. I gave it as many chances as I could. But the monthly fee was just not worth it in my opinion. I’ve been to gym all around the country and this has the be the most expensive for the least amount of amenities. $40+ for a tiny sauna and a decent amount of equipment. The free weights area is just stuffed. Plenty of squat racks, but the mirrors really throw me off, they’re placed high(at least 5 feet high), you can’t even watch your form. The staff is cool, they keep to themselves. I’ve been lifting for over 12 years and the planet fitness down the street feels like a better gym. Overpriced is all it is.

I was on a plan with WOW a commitment free plan which allows me to cancel at anytime. Zoo took over stated my account was grandfathered over as is was with WOW. I called to cancel plan in July spoke with a rep who didn't give much information but all set. Later I am being billed. I disputed it with my bank. Zoo stated we can only cancel a plan in person to sign document so after speaking with my bank I went to sign it close the membership so they can stop billing me in which they informed me I would be billed one more time again right after i signed it, not even a warning before. Even when I canceled my plan verbally over the phone with a rep, who clearly didn't have the proper training as he never advised me it had to be done in person. They said WOW did the same process to cancel memberships as Zoo did, that is incorrect and the reason why I paid more for my plan to have it commitment free. They are still billing me to this day. I have not stepped foot in that gym in months. They also give false advertisement says on the website open 24 7 but when you go on the weekends the doors are locked and the other members won't let you in as the pay additional for weekends and think you don't have to membership. I simply asked for a refund, cancel my plan and no future bills and they will not take a moment to understand where I am coming from, my plan I had with WOW or even take accountability for their reps not giving correct information, they are only being greedy for 48 dollars. I have had enough. I have disputed with my bank again, submitted a complaint to the attorney General and also a complaint to BBB. I will also be sharing with FB to save anyone from stress and financial issues.

You did response by still billing me. You never submitted any proof on the type of plan I had for 29.99 which I DID find and have submitted yet another claim to the BBB again for review with proof. You are not owed the 47.49 because I was in fact on a commitment free plan for the 29.99. It's sad that all of this had to happen over 48 dollars. It shows I did make the correct move by not sticking with your rip off plans and unprofessionalism. If zoo was a company that cared about its customers You would have allowed me to show you my contract, which you don't have from WOW and try to convince me that WOW never had the plan I stated I had. Instead you continued to bill me and cause over drafts to my account leaving me to have to go back and forth on this time consuming matter that could have been resolved if you weren't so money hungry. You do not care for your customers.

Was so excited to try this place, its 3 min from My house. Vibe was low, not impressed, but what REALLY set the tone was joke at desk. Never looked up from phone, when we asked about trial he stated “No trial, sign up or pay for day pass” .. and when we said “forget it” he huffed, laughed etc at us! I’ve been so excited to try this new gym. I walked in this morning the check it out and the guy at the desk didn’t even look up from his phone until I asked “ Do you offer a trial?” He said “No you can buy a day pass though.”

Why advertise a trial and then not honor it… also the vibe is so off. No music playing at all.

Customer service was awful. Won’t be back or recommend it that’s for sure.
