Thrive Group Fitness was born out of a love for fitness. We offer a unique community experience where clients will feel welcomed. With 11 amazing instructors, and awesome classes, you’ll want to come back time and time again.

Current Class Offerings: Jazzercise, Yoga, POP Pilates and UpBeat Barre.

For years I did another dance exercise but the last few years have come back to Jazzercize after over 20 years. I love the fact we tone with weights along with cardio! I really feel the workout & benefits more than just a dance routine. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed .... and hardly notice you’re exercising with all the fun you have!

Fast forward 2 years and I’m still loving Thrive!! Having a blast with great friends while working out can’t be beat! I have enjoyed our latest class PopPilates for a challenge & more core strength. Truly a welcoming studio with many fun classes offered every day!

I have been part of Thrive Group Fitness for just over a 1 year now, I can’t say enough good things about this amazing group of people. I have been doing Jazzercise workouts for over 7 years now and in November of 2020 we moved to the Azores, Portugal and just knew that I needed to continue with this type of awesome high energy workout. The group I originally belonged to only streamed the classes through Facebook and unfortunately this did not work well from our little island. I was so lucky to find Thrive because they use MyFitPro.com to live-stream the many types of fitness classes through out the day, 7 days a week. This live-streamed app is like having the instructor’s in your own living room, even 1000’s of miles away. Of course they offer live in house classes and when we visit home I always make sure to be there in person. In house classes offer an energy that can’t be described. I love that each instructor has there own special grove, this gives me the opportunity to do many genres of music and dance moves, I just love to mix it up. They truly offer something for everyone and at any fitness level. The instructors are constantly showing how to do each movement in a low intensity and or higher intensity to fit your personal needs. As an extra bonus the sense of community that you get as part of this group is unbelievable. I highly recommend Jazzercise and Thrive Group Fitness as a killer workout routine.

It’s my favorite place to be after work! Between the high energy from other members and instructors to the time and patience that goes into making sure you have options. What other place can you have this much fun working out! I have found muscles I never knew I had. You have the option of two different types of yoga classes, pop pilates and good old fashioned jazzercise! Its a sweaty, good muscle ache while dancing your heart out. What more could you want!

Obsessed! I have developed a healthy obsession with this place! And you will too. Thrive Fitness is fun, welcoming, has an amazing community of encouraging people and is an incredible well-rounded workout! This is a fun, enjoyable workout with phenomenal instructors. You can work out to your own intensity (low impact does NOT mean easier!) while enjoying current, upbeat songs to workout to. Great south Concord location, and great group of classmates. (Men too!). Boost your energy and give this a try. Highly recommend.

Thrive is a hidden gem in Concord! It’s a welcoming, friendly, community-oriented workout space that I’ve been honored to be a part of since the beginning.

Lots of different instructors with different styles. The best part about group fitness is that I can always control my intensity based on how I’m feeling at the moment, which all depends on how much I’ve slept, what I ate, how hydrated I am and how well I feel. The classes attract mostly women, though men are always encouraged to come and will be pushed past their limits and feel the burn!

Candi, Thrive’s owner, is extremely nice. When I first met her- I got the impression she was like an old friend I’ve known forever. The classes are super affordable too. And because I show up for myself, the gift of health that follows is priceless. Not to mention the equally valuable sense of sanity and fellowship that is offered. It’s like a one-hour break from life—which, well we all know how life can get. I show up, follow instructions, and BOOM my butt and stomach are less jiggly! And I feel strong and uplifted.

The workouts are fun, and the hour-long classes fly by. My muscles and heart always feel well-worked and it’s the best supplement to a balanced diet (which includes French fries and wine!). It’s impossible to hang onto a bad or foul mood if I’ve been dancing, laughing and working out with friends. People in and around Concord owe it to themselves to check this place out! Highly recommend!!

If you’re looking to have your butt kicked and have fun in the process look no further! The largest class offering here is Jazzercise, but never fear this is NOT your momma’s jazzercise from the 60s, 70s, or 80s. With a variety of class formats and literally thousands of songs for the instructors to choose from I can confidently say you’ll never go to the same class twice. You’ll get an amazing cardio and strength workout in, while rocking out to the best music, in roughly 60 minutes. Thrive also offers yoga classes during the week, and they are hoping to expand their class offerings even further in the near future. Come check out the energy here - I promise you’ll be hooked just like I am!

The Thrive Group Fitness is a great place to get a great workout in. They offer a large selection of Jazzercise classes throughout the week and weekend.

They are adding yoga and looking to add other exercise classes in the future.
